I'm still trying to figure out why people don't use these things I mean, it really isn't difficult to use and increases your mtgox security significantly.

That's a nice bit of fail. Probably a squatter looking to cash in on the FeedZeBirds popularity. I'd say grab them and give them to the FZB people.

Only six entrants make the televised final table and get significant TV exposure. The chance of any single entrant, whether pro or amateur, making the final six is quite small. However, more entrants will get very brief coverage in the "color" portion of play leading up to the final table. There are rules limiting "sponsorship logos" that may be worn at the final table. Some of the suggestions here might be considered "sponsorship logos" and some not. The tournament starts on May 19. The final "TV" table will be recorded on May 26. Holy shit that is a stringent set of regulations. All logos have to be pre-approved, no more than 2 people can wear the same logo, max 2 logos from different unrelated companies per person, no logos on hats or anywhere other than left or right breast and sleeve, maximum 6 square inches of logo size, etc.

But how can they get so high mh/s compared to a $200 Spartan-6 chip?
Because Stratix is more awesome than Spartan.

|
Maybe if their overdriving the chip and there second hand $50 chips that's why they only have six months of warranty?
That is a very strange warranty period for something that is considered a long term (> 1year) investment. It's better than no warranty at all that some other products offer. And worse than the longer warranty that some other products offer. True, true. But at what point does the additional cost cover the extended warranty?

Lame. i know. But i'm sick and can't go to the PO. They pick up, don't they? If you schedule it.

The question is, just how difficult will it be for him to cash out?

Local pickup in Phoenix AZ only. Won't mail.
Lame. It comes in a flat rate box already, so you would know exactly how much to charge anyone that wanted it mailed.

Where can I contact Atlas?
The information you requested can be had in the forward of this book. The YouTube time marker is a nice touch.

+1 seconded etc. Looks accurate.

It seems that anything in Dwolla that touches MtGox is subject to major delays. I don't know in this case whether the delay is due to lack of funds in MtGox's Dwolla account, or whether Dwolla is purposely delaying things, but I honestly suspect the latter. There have been reports of Dwolla users sending funds to other Dwolla users after withdrawing from MtGox, and being subjected to several day delays, instead of it being instant as usual.

Do you have any guess why you're being DDoSed? Also, is your server Xen, openvz? Can I run Ubuntu 12.04 with LAMP? Where are your servers located? How many clients do you have? Is your IRC channel friendly towards noob sysadmins who ask lots of questions?
They have both Xen and OpenVZ available, I would suggest you hit up IRC (freenode) and join #bitvps. The poor fool that is trying to run a DDoS will find out why that is a bad idea when rg wakes up.

Some marketing/selling tip: you can make this easier to buy, if you do all the work you can for the customer. Maybe assemble couple a different piratebox setups (for example, a cheap one with very basic router and little storage, and more expensive one with more storage). Then list the products on bitmit.net and do a little bit of advertising by spamming the link around net. You will have soon the money for the laptop I agree, but as I've said already, I don't even have initial investment money currently. Also, I'm looking hard for a router for you rjk, but it's difficult to find one with your specifications. I'll keep looking around. Sorry, Garr255 was already building one for himself, so I just got him to order 2 of everything. Ended up using one of the little TP-links. But it would be good to see what you can do in the way of a compact and nice looking package, I'm sure if you had one finished with a pic that would help.

ah I see, it is the Advantech PCE-5126WG2-00A1E right? sorry for not reading everything (have done it now:) )
That's the one. And since I never gave a review of it earlier, I'll take the opportunity now to lay out a few points. First, it is definitely less solid than the old Trenton board that I had before, in terms of build quality, etc. The board material seems to be a bit thinner and more flexible, and it actually came to me somewhat warped in spite of the stiffening/strengthening bar that is soldered across its length on the bottom. Fortunately, it wasn't too far off (just a few millimeters), so I was able to gently bend it back enough so that it would slot into the backplane slots. It also seems to have a slightly less than ideal labeling on the various connectors and headers; they are all mixed in with the usual board labels such as resistors and caps, making it occasionally difficult to determine which label goes with which header. I had to reference the manual to be sure I got each connection perfectly correct. Other than that though, it is a stellar performer. I guess you have to weigh your options between Trenton's equivalent option - the cost difference could be a deciding factor for some people, and I can say I would purchase again, because it does what it is intended to do just fine. It is loaded with almost every feature that is available on the C206 chipset, and with others besides. I guess the I would recommend Trenton's option if absolute uncompromising build quality is needed, such as in high vibration environments (airplanes, etc.), where cost isn't an object. The BIOS is reasonably clear and understandable, with a mostly standard layout. One thing that I didn't see was the 64-bit BIOS address table option, but that may require a custom BIOS. I'm going to keep trying to see about getting it working sometime soon.

LOL, Nope, just buying an island to escape to.
Quoted for posterity. How much would you pay for a server (or set of servers) if I could guarantee you at least a million IOPs on the disk array? That should be enough, right?

Could Al-Qaeda use Bitcoin ? Is it possible that they are already using it ?
Has anyone thought about the possibility of them using the coinbase to send messages to, or to activate Sleeper Cells in the US and abroad ? It's quite possible that there just might be someone in a cave somewhere in the Middle East, currently able to stay in contact with operatives thanks to Bitcoin.
Should there be an Anti-Terrorist Bitcoin Organization who monitors blocks and transactions for this very reason ?
You are living in a fantasy world. What on earth would al-Qaeda want to use BitCoin for when they could use cash? Given the very few ways to cash in or out large sums and the very many ways to move large amounts of cash around any terrorist use of BitCoin would be just plain silly. It's possible to send messages from anywhere to anywhere without the massive complexity of hiding them in BitCoin's blockchain. Stop spreading American media style fear because it doesn't belong here. Every time you get molested at an airport, or get your papers checked by some psycho who really just wants an excuse to give you a really bad day remember your irrational fear of Al-Qaeda caused you to live in permanent fear of your own government. The terrorists won and they are called the TSA. Truth, he speaks it.

I have a new host board that supports VT-d, but I just need to get it working. Check the past couple pages for discussion.

That is an awesome site. Thanks for showing it to me; it will be perfect for an unrelated (non-bitcoin) project.
