I made two transactions(3.4985 ETH and 0.001 ETH) to my Freewallet ETH deposit address. The second one(0.001 ETH) was credited to my account quickly after several confirmations. But the first one(3.4985 ETH) was never credited to my Freewallet account. There are some bounty projects that require EOS wallet for their tokens, I found one interesting project that require EOS wallet. When i signing up, on the later part it require payment for EOS wallet, i'm surprise because I really thought creating EOS wallet is free. That is absurd. The EOS wallet is a freewallet and should not be paid for. Be careful, the so called bounty project might just turn out to be a scam. Would you mind posting a link or at least the name of this bounty project requiring people to pay for an EOS wallet? Freewallet provides the wallet for EOS tokens. However, since June 2 these tokens had become non-transferrable. We are monitoring the situation around the new EOS blockchain to make further decisions on support of the new coin. |

Used wallet by FREEWallet.org last year...around December I think...when just started get to know of cryptocurrencies.Bought some Steem and decided to put it inside the wallet.Found out about Freewallet through..like many of us I supposed..where else but Google.Had this ...baaaaad feeling especially after I had send it to the wallet.Sure enough...after a couple of hours ...tried to take it out but they wouldn't let me.Need to put extra Steem...extra as in ' a lot ' of Steem inside the wallet...kinda like a maximum amount kinda thing...only then can I take it all out.I knew then I've been had.There were no mentioning about maximum amount withdrawal or anything like that when you first filled up your particulars in the registration section.But one thing I can tell you is that... their PR or admin or whoever that was that contacted me as soon as I registered for the wallet was really up on his/her feet welcoming me as a new user of the wallet.Very courtiest...helpful and ever willing to helped me if come across any problem whatsoever whenever using the wallet.I guess it was their way in reeling people in for us to bite the bait.Thank god it was couple of dollars worth of Steem back then that I lost to those scumbag/scumbags.Still.....effort to expose them should never stop and threads in a forum like this is the way to do it.

Personally I had a problem with free wallet not sending confirmation emails to my email. The ticket service was horrible and did not fix my problem. It was strange because some of the confirmation for low amounts came to my email, but most of the bigger ones did not. The problem was i had to set up a verficaiton email that was on another mail server; however, the tech support did not tell me that. I got my problem fixed. I suspect they are not a scam, and just have horrible customer support. Which is almost as bad.

Blockchain is a beautiful system where no record of a funds transfer can be altered or removed, so all we need from your associate is the transaction hash (txid) showing the transfer of funds to one of the Freewallet addresses. Here is an important update:
Recently, an assumed recipient of the referenced transaction contacted us as well. (the ticket number assigned is 120940)
Let us confirm that we are ready to consider possible changes of the BTC address and credit the amount in question to a user's account.
But there is no testimony or record showing that the referenced payment in the blockchain explorer has any relation to Freewallet.
No such address was found in our bases.
However, we asked the client to make a video showing how the disputed address was ever generated in the Freewallet's app.
It was 6 days ago and since then we've never heard back from the customer.

anyone have any news on freewallet's XMV fork being added to there system as iv used the xmr address but still waiting for funds to show up after almost 2 months and its been almost 2 weeks since any news update as change there dates on support news even no reply on support ticket what a joke
