3601  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: It is not worth it, right? on: March 30, 2017, 10:54:32 AM
Gambling has its risks embedded in it and to those who rae into it including myself understand this risk and we ready to take it. Its like saying life itself is not worth it because you fail in some thing or several things the same way we see gambling. We lose some and we will win some depending on how luck is on our side or chance. No hard feelings.
3602  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice isn't dice? on: March 29, 2017, 07:40:26 PM
The contribution I can add to that is since you can not lay your hands on an actual dice, then the developers have to form a concept based on the view of what is obtainable when we roll a live dice that the winner is determined by rolling higher or lower than a particular figure. But even in this case we have online, you have the ability to even control you chances of winning.
3603  Economy / Economics / Re: At what exchange rate would you call Bitcoin dead? on: March 29, 2017, 07:15:57 PM
The rate that I will really make up my mind that bitcoin is really dead is at the point when the value is zero and aside that, there is no hope of it recovering again due to various circumstances and happenings around that particular period of time aside that, I will still up the believe that I am here long-term and here to stay.
3604  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you like slot games ? on: March 29, 2017, 06:56:23 PM
I actually sit in the middle whether to go for yes or no as to preference for slot games because I just have the feeling that the machine has been configured for me to lose and there is nothing I can really do about it and because of that I try as much as possible to stay away but sometimes when I am bored, I tried to take a look at t and give my luck a run at it.
3605  Economy / Economics / Re: Satoshi Nakamoto should be richer than Bill Gates. on: March 29, 2017, 12:10:50 PM
We all know Bill Gates the owner of microsoft is the most richest man in the world. Total wealth of $80 Billion US dollars. While satoshi nakamoto the owner and founder of bitcoin only have $1 million US dollars, Why he cant just generate indefinite amount of bitcoins for him and exchange it to real cash, right? Any thoughts?

So far Satoshi is still unknown, then there is no way to really determine whether he is richer and even be able to value his wealth. There are even drug lords that might even be richer to some of the rich men we have around but because they are not known we then no have a way to value their wealth. But I hope Satoshi will come out and declare his wealth of that amount and release what he has, then the price of bitcoin is going back way down due to the forces of demand and supply.
3606  Economy / Economics / Re: If you were in desperate need for money.... on: March 29, 2017, 09:10:26 AM
I have tried as much as possible not to be in a difficult situation of having to be in desperate need of money because of the way I try as much as possible to plan my finances. However, no matter how one tries, there will still be some situation where one will need to make some decision immediately in my own case when this happens I just dispose whatever alt or bitcoin I have no matter what will happen to price afterwards.
3607  Economy / Speculation / Re: Almost 1,100 on: March 28, 2017, 07:53:23 PM
I can gladly say that with the little time I have spent here concerning bitcoin, its futile to always rejoice over an increase in bitcoin in several hours because at that point, stability has not been attained. In between the time the thread was created and now, the price of bitcoin has gone down to below $1000 and currently above $1000 and not even any where close to what OP is rejoicing about.
3608  Economy / Economics / Re: How Bitcoin will reach $2000 to $10000 in 2017 and $100k by 2026. on: March 28, 2017, 07:33:41 PM
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kZe1pl66vGg

A good video on exponential growth and groundbreaking technologies, and bitcoin is definitely a game changer.

What can I say? Let's hope those numbers materialize. A lot of people lost faith and now it looks we can easily hit $2000 this year. 100k by 2026 sounds like a decent deal to me.

Unfortunately, if its by exponential growth, then the price of bitcoin should have reached like $10000 today judging from the past and the development we have seen over the years but the price of bitcoin is not just determined on the basis of mathematics as factors that are mostly not objective are the major determining factors.
3609  Economy / Economics / Re: why is it so hard to buy bitcoin on: March 28, 2017, 07:21:32 PM
Over here is not so hard and its simply our financial system is not fully regulated as this gives room for some transactions to be carried out under the radar without being noticed. There are several exchange sites one can visit although the amount might be exorbitant on the other hand, we have a forum that connects the buyer and the seller to transact based on trust this is way cheaper than other means.
3610  Economy / Economics / Re: How to teach kids about Bitcoin? on: March 27, 2017, 06:53:26 PM
Personally, I really dont think bitcoin should be introduced to kids because kids are easily carried a way by what they see and how do one introduce bitcoin to kids without the exposure to the internet so for me, I would prefer one wait to the point where the kids are grown to be enough to take responsibilities for their actions and be able to discern which way to go as as a result of the exposure to the internet then the teaching of bitcoin can come in.
3611  Economy / Economics / Re: How is the capital found? on: March 27, 2017, 06:41:10 PM
How can someone who has no capital find the capital needed to start his own business?
Credit, Debt etc. What are alternative ways like?

After reading a lot of responses, some are definitely funny like marrying from a rich family like rich people will always advertise they are looking for suitors, going the way of banks might even kill the business before it starts, the only sure way I can think of is partnership where people with the skills can liase with those with funds to make the dream come true at an agreed profit sharing ratio and if its loss then no issue.
3612  Economy / Economics / Re: Can you really make money on Forex? on: March 27, 2017, 06:31:44 PM
I have heard people make money from Forex but me personally, I am yet to make money from it but its possible so far some people are still making money from it if that is not the case, then it would have crashed since time immemorial. I believe with adequate training and ability to take risks, then one can equally make some money out of forex but it will take more than small hardwork.
3613  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Freedom on: March 27, 2017, 05:52:29 PM
I also believe its freedom because the moment someone has financial freedom, then nothing matters again and that is why we are facing opposition from government and its funtionaries because they know that the moment we all have financial freedom that they can control, then we will be liberated and there is nothing they will be able to do against it, as that will be the beginning of revolution.
3614  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin's price is so volatile right now! Why should I even hold? on: March 25, 2017, 10:48:25 AM
Its true that the price is low now and could encourage massive dumping but the issue about holding and dumping is not really about the volatility because they all know what they are entering into and that's a fact about bitcoin so that's not new what really matters is are you ready so you won't have to blame yourself whether you should have waited a lit bit or you should have sold earlier.
3615  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can you think , better time for trading ? on: March 25, 2017, 10:41:47 AM
Here everyone knows that the currently the price of the Bitcoin at the peak of the sky .
But due to the increase of the price the price of less famouse altcoins are became down .
So here is a better chance to buy some altcoins?
What is your thoughts about this guy's ? Share your thoughts  Cheesy

With track coming with its own risk, every time is the best time even currently the price has gone down to $900 which is kind of low that would be a best moment to buy but the issue is some people won't still buy thinking it will go down further then they exploit the price crash to them this is not the right time and when the price increases again they say let me wait. In all the right moment is anytime you are ready to take the risk of trading.
3616  Other / Politics & Society / Re: How can terrorism be stopped on: March 24, 2017, 06:24:07 PM
The way I see the issue of Terrorism, is a fundamental issue if its going to be tackled and solved then it has to come from the teachers of the word that radicalises the followers because if it comes from government, it will be seen as enforcing strange belief on them. And if its going to be tackled successfully. it has to go to the root of those teachings without that, when someone is radicalised, death becomes a mercy and what punishment can be given to someone who is ready to die?
3617  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Terror attack in London on: March 24, 2017, 06:14:00 PM
London attack: Four dead in Westminster terror attack

Three people have died and at least 40 have been injured after an attacker drove a car along a pavement in Westminster, stabbed a policeman and was shot dead by police in the grounds of Parliament.

The dead officer was named as PC Keith Palmer, 48, a husband and father.

PM Theresa May said the attack on Wednesday was "sick and depraved" and struck at values of liberty, democracy and freedom of speech.
The attacker has not been named.

Acting Deputy Commissioner and head of counter-terrorism at the Metropolitan Police, Mark Rowley, said they think they know who he is and that he was inspired by international and Islamist-related terrorism, but gave no further details.

Even though I am not a British and dont even live anywhere close to Britain but when I read the news its just heartbroken that people will just kill innocent and harmless individual all in the name of religion. If you want to fight the government, take your battle to the barracks or even airfoce base and face them one on one not to kill someone who goes out for his daily job and does not even knows you exist.
3618  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The level of unpopularity Trump grows. on: March 24, 2017, 06:05:06 PM
58% of the population does not support its activities. So, rating the unpopularity of the head of government reached the highest point since he became President in January. I wonder when it will reach 100%. Your forecasts. http://www.gallup.com/home.aspx

Whether the popularity is high or low, he has signed a 4 year contract with Americans and I have not ready anywhere where a president was impeached due to drop in his ratings, it has not happen before, and it wont happen in the tenure of Donald Trump. The highest thing that will happen is for him not to win second term and that itself is not tomorrow which someone can be sure he is going to lose.
3619  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Secret societies on: March 24, 2017, 01:13:33 PM
Secret societies have exited in the world since time immemorial and what they seek to achieve is to become powerful and rule the world even me personally, I have a belief that the politicians we see, are just figure heads and the actual people who control the government are the secret societies they are the one that will create chaos so government will appropriate money for such purpose to their benefit. Secret societies have existed and will continue to exist.
3620  Other / Off-topic / Re: What Are Your Thoughts On Vegans? Or Going Vegan ? on: March 23, 2017, 06:42:25 PM
I went for maybe because I personally dont have a conviction about what I eat when there is something to eat. I guess the reason why some people will say they cannot be a vegan is because there is another option to consume which I am sure thats why. For countries that are facing famine or refugees I am sure they wont have any other option as all they care about is survival.
