3841  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Man-made global warming = Govt take care me for life on: January 25, 2017, 09:12:32 AM
I believe it is the responsibility of any sane government to protect its citizen and if there are no citizens, I am sure there wont be no government and if they want to continue to be in government, then they need to make sure the citizen will continue to live. In the case of global warming it is their job to regulate such because they are the ones that have the legitimacy to make the policies to make it happen. They fail to provide a good transportation system so we can buy enough cars then they can generate import levy then they should be ready to be held accountable to the consequences of such action.
3842  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Trump first action as a president: attack abortion right on: January 25, 2017, 08:40:09 AM
In as much as I find it absurd for people who engage in what they are not ready for then ended up getting pregnant only for  them to abort it because there is a law supporting such issues then it is a wrong endeavour and it is right for it to be stopped. However, we also need to not be unmindful of the fact that there are some abortions that are very important to be carried out cases like rape, child marriage, health issues are very important to be taken care of.
3843  Other / Politics & Society / Re: 2017 is already here on: January 24, 2017, 02:43:35 PM
My expectation for the year is really big because I am moving to another phase of life in becoming more responsible to family, colleagues and friends. I am not really moving myself about the price of bitcoin because that will just cause me unnecessary stress. I just want to do ,my thing and bother less on things I cant control.
3844  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Colombia just outlawed Bitcoin. Here's how to fight back. on: January 24, 2017, 02:40:24 PM
If OP wants to really make this movement a fruitful one, I guess it should be directed to Columbians as we that are here might not be totally affected so we might not be interested in the petition but if its directed to a forum where its mainly dominated by Columbians then they could be interested in making the required change you hope for.
3845  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Which country is legal for gambling on: January 24, 2017, 02:35:26 PM
In all my searches, I have not seen any country that has fully and boldly came out to say 'hey our country is open for gambling without some conditions' even google might not be of much help as the suggestions given will be where the cost of licences can only be afforded by large corporations. My guess is you should contact admin of reputable sites if anyone can be of help.
3846  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: Legit Bitcoin Doublers? on: January 24, 2017, 02:30:32 PM
Hi I have been doing online business for awhile now but I'm fairly new to bitcoin and I've been paid 0.01000000 btc for helping in advertising on social media. Now I've seen some adverts that offer to multiply your bit coins for twice their value for 24 hours but I dunno if they are scam.

Even in the real world where fiat is being used as a form of currency any thing that have to do with doubling has always been scam not to talk of bitcoin where once the payment is sent, the money is gone forever. I am happy for you that you took your time to ask before venturing into it thinking you are already where the financial breakthrough will come from and how your 0.01 will turn to 1btc in a short while.
3847  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Great way to make Bitcoin! on: January 24, 2017, 02:14:26 PM
And the funny thing is that the great way are not the easy way while the easy ways wont bring fair amount of bitcoin. The onus is now on everyone with the motive of making bitcoin to try to strike a balance between the two extreme ends by making fair amount of bitcoin in not to easy way. Going the way of faucets to me is the easiest but something worthwhile is not coming out from it. Also, the way of gambling is the riskiest for me. So, other options available on the forum or any other place is open for anyone who is serious with making some coins.
3848  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Reason Bitcoin will always be #1 on: January 24, 2017, 02:02:11 PM
One thing I have seen that bitcoin possesses that other Alt are still grasping on is the anonymous nature of the developer. These days we see developers some are even known to be popular faces in the crypto-world, they identify themselves make themselves known and the likes but they still not sucessfull in creating a 90% error free coin compared to bitcoin who developer we dont know if he is alive or dead but has created something worthwhile that others are still trying to beat. That to me is the reason why bitcoin is and will continue to be number one.
3849  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who is Satoshi? Why did he hide his identity? on: January 24, 2017, 01:58:01 PM
Satoshi is a human being who has done right for humanity that will live with us till eternity. He has serve as a torchlight to liberation from government economic system in which they use to enslave us. He has gone beyond all those bottlenecks of doing transborder transactions. The reason why he is hiding he alone will be able to answer that but I am not sure he is hiding but the name is the only one hiding as he might even be monitoring how things are going but under another name or alias above all he has done well for this generation.
3850  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin is a good investment now, because... on: January 23, 2017, 10:02:06 AM
Bitcoin has always been a good investment because for those who invested last year are reaping the benefit today and thats how its going to be in a year from now. So, the reason why it is, is not really far fetched because it has always been on the increase although there are times where that increase might be a subject of discussion but I am sure the premium on previous years investment, cannot be gotten any where in the financial world to the investor. If you can afford it, got for it.
3851  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: how strong is bitcoin really? on: January 23, 2017, 09:50:02 AM
Users make Bitcoin strong or week, to my opinion. Also the current situation at the market. But there are no exact parameters to measure how Bitcoin is strong. The more people and businesses adopt it the better and stronger position Bitcoin will have, now and in the future.

Bitcoin is the strongest form of currency to me. I am not a techie or an advance trader, neither am I an economist but for a currency to be worth more than the dollar is enough for me. I agree that there are other currencies worth more than the dollar but dollar is the most popular in which countries even use as their external reserves and indirectly makes USA a super powerful country so if any currency will come and beat it flat then its as strong as a rock.
3852  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fiverr no longer accepts Bitcoin on: January 23, 2017, 09:46:27 AM
Did they give a reason why they are not accepting btc anymore? I really want to know. With services like bitpay I don't really see a reason why they would not unless fees are too high.  Huh Huh Huh

They dont even need to provide any reason whatsoever. Its their service, their site and their rules and there is nothing anyone can do about it. The only thing left is to migrate to another platform that accepts our own choice of currency and OP has rightly given us an option. As unfortunate this might sound since they now have their own "credit" I guess this is part of the challenges bitcoin will face along the line. My hope is that it will survive the onslaught against it.
3853  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to explain bitcoin to teenagers or children on: January 23, 2017, 09:39:15 AM
If the kids know how to earn money easily in early age, it will effect on their education. They lose concentration on their education. And it will impact on your children's future. So better don't introduce them in teenage. After they get matured no need to explain them what is bitcoin they only learn how to make money from Bitcoin through the internet.

The same concern I also have and that is why I will want to exclude children and children to me is up to the age of 18. Anybody after that age, I can that show level of seriousness then I can take my time to teach but the concern is when they are exposed to making some money, the possibility of losing focus is high but at that age over here, one can be held responsible for his or her actions but for me as the teacher, I will put a disclaimer and at the same time set some limits to what I will teach.
3854  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Price Jumps on Trump Victory on: January 22, 2017, 10:04:41 PM
Until we accept that bitcoin is a volatile currency that will respond to any news that have the possibility of affecting it the better and its not about Trump, if Hillary had won the election it would have been the same thing and we will be here and the thread will still be here but now carrying different name. If today something happens in Russia I am sure we will either have a surge to the negative or to the positive so its not actually about the person, its about bitcoin itself.
3855  Economy / Economics / Re: Should I believe in Bitcoin ? on: January 22, 2017, 09:59:16 PM
If anyone does not believe in bitcoin then being here in the first place is out-rightly a mistake because whether one is here to earn something or to meet people or to gather knowledge or even if its to scam as we have them as well, one thing unites all of us and that is our believe in bitcoin whether our expectation is now met or cut short is another thing. One thing is our believe led us here and its still leading people here everyday and for those that have stop believing they just stop and start believing in something else.
3856  Economy / Economics / Re: Was Bitcoin actually just a Pump and Dump? on: January 22, 2017, 09:49:59 PM
Every trading item has always been pump or dump and bitcoin or any other alt wont be an exception but the issue will now be the volume that will really make a difference. The reason for that is because when I decide to sell my coins for Fiat then that is also a dump but the value I own is just not enough to make a difference in the price of bitcoin. So, I believe its about that, the rich money bags when they are ready, they continue to mop up the market to be high enough then sell and drive the price to the bottom for it to start gathering momentum all over again.
3857  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: In a Bitcoin Disaster where would you move your Money? on: January 22, 2017, 08:24:18 AM
If there is enough time to move my coins I am definitely moving to FIAT because aside from bitcoin which is the only crpto currency I trust, there is nothing else I can do coupled with the fact that other crypto currencies depends on bitcoin which means when bitcoin is going down then other crypto will be affected as well,. Which means I am left with no option than to convert to Fiat which  is what I have to fall back to.
3858  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin for fashion business? on: January 22, 2017, 07:29:12 AM
For me, I believe there are some business that will thrive highly largely due to proximity and one of them is the fashion business because merely seeing a cloth online and liking it, after that place an order does not necessarily mean its going to fit and I might have to return who will bear the cost? Even after I would have paid a premium on the cloth in the first place to cover for shipping cost and the couple of days I will have to wait for it to arrive in the first instance. I will prefer to order from somewhere within my own vicinity to be able to beat to encumbrances to a large extent.
3859  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: As a newbie can I Sell Skrill for btc on: January 22, 2017, 07:16:33 AM
Hello everyone Am new here...

I want to ask can I start exchanging Skrill for btc on this thread..

Please can I have list of trusted people...

List of current and confirm escrow...

Drop your opinion as you view this post...

Thanks....

Instead of looking for suggestions for you and you are serious about business why dont you take your time to go to the exchange section, I am sure over there you get a lot of answers to your questions and even more and in my own opinion I will suggest  you take your time to really learn how things are done at the same time build up your rank over there before venturing into an activity that is fully and basically rely on trust.

The reason why is because some escrows might not be available as at the time of transactions due to time zone differences or because they have so many transactions to deal with.
3860  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Are campaigs only the major source for earning BTC ? on: January 22, 2017, 07:11:30 AM
When it comes to earning without any risk or skill just basic ability to read and write even if you are a native English writer there is always a space for you then I give it to signature campaigns but this vary according to ranks because irrespective of your skills in other endeavor, if you are a newbie, you wont earn anything better than a basic english writer without any skills whatsoever.

Other major source without risk is now having some skills maybe designing website, programming, coding and graphics. With this one can get clients who might be interested as we have a lot of people asking for this service for their projects on a daily basis.
