Did we check into why Quickseller was so unbelievable fast to falsely accuse a reputable member of the forums? Will the mods/admins investigate the accusations leveled at Quickseller or Marcotheminer? Any sanctions if either / both set up this frame job? |

Quickseller was removed from the default trust after receiving numerous valid accusations of leaving inaccurate feedback. Him going on huge rants to defend unreasonable decisions only made things worse and created a lot of drama in the forum. Sure whatever, he spends half his day here and negs people that are likely scammer. But he has proven to be extremely irresponsible when in the default trust.
I really can't get why Tomatocage thinks that keeping Quickseller in default trust is a good idea. I know that there was a deal between Quickseller and him going on, but if it's just for trusting him personally, he also has to consider that by adding him in his trust list he puts him in default trust again. A list from wich Quickseller was removed for causing chaos because of his irresponsible actions.
Again true why would this not be a concern of Tomatocage? It makes little sense to keeping this guy on any Default list it is just thread after thread of complaints and just look at the recent bullshit claim he just made this weekend. Run a person through the mud without even talking to the guy? Hey Techshare you watching this or are you still hung up on Vod? |

Vod clearly has a major personal issue how else can one explain why he would spend numerous hours writing over 60 posts about PICISI, starting at least 3 threads about it, invading 3 PICISI sponsor threads, created at least 3 impostor BCT usernames (official PICISI , Offical PICISI , and Pickissy), and presumably bought a "logo" for his smear campaign as well as a domain name to house his nonsense? Vod came to a true PICISI thread with multiple falsehoods, I've done my best to uncover them so that you could see his trickery. Vod's actions are creating a roadmap for wrongful behavior, I've complained to BCT administrators about Vod's behavior, so its on them to determine if Vod should remain unrestrained with their blessings or be rightly disciplined for cause. Too bad we dont have the ability to track login IP's to clear things up a bit.
That likely wouldn't sort the situation either. If it was one of the three I'm sure they'd be wise enough to use tor or not their normal IP. Since QS has removed the feedback and I'm sure vod will to I think this should just be marked as inconclusive but there's definitly not enough evidence to pin any wrong doing on anyone in my opinion. I think you might be right that we should draw this as inconclusive. I never claimed my evidence was good, I just think it is something that should definitely be considered due to strange implications. So there ya go. This 360 second posting timer is such a pain.Maybe you should use your main account or are you worried by/of something? Maybe Quickseller should identify himself first? In what comes as no surprise to me the letter containing an order from the judge that has been sent to zipkin has been returned a 4th time. This was even after he provided an updated address.
I'd like to see him get hit with contempt of court. Even if it's civil contempt he could be placed in jail for the remainder of the trial. And since he seems to have no intention to responding to the court on schedule if at all. I think jailing him during the proceedings is fitting because it ensures he is present.
Which goes to a level of willing to Fook with forum as he just seems to ignore any legal requirements. Nothing to lose right? Someone needs to track his whereabouts and I would suggest getting on Marto74 tail. He is likely hanging out with scam buddy. Maybe he roped Marto into this hack as well. |

We can use an escrow to do this. Escrow will be funded BEFORE trust removal.
Fitting as you all hate me over 2 BTC I'll do 2 BTC. You could keep it tomatocage or pay back Bigbitz since you always personally have believed I owe him or something. Anyways I want Quickseller off default trust. Badly.
Payment will be released after 180 days of him being removed from your trust AND Quickseller NOT being on default trust from anyone else to prevent any "tricks" or "loopholes". Also, you are not allowed to add anyone else to your default trust list to prevent you adding one of Quickseller's alts back to default trust.

The point I'm trying to make is that Quickseller isn't mature or someone who can handle himself in a neutral position with default trust. He has side interests that interfere with his ability and also motivation to leave trust.
Logical and plenty of evidence to support that assessment. Wonder why it is not a concern for Tomatocage? |

Actually my last accusation against him was giving himself positive trust from his alt account.But even then he got no negative trust. Yeah Begging shouldn't mean a negative trust, but if its on me for not doing anything, then it should be on him as he is the main culprit behind it. If someone were to make a baseless accusation then you will not be taken seriously. There are also no baseless accusations that have been made by people on default trust that I can think of off the top of my head (although there are several instances where negative trust was given for inappropriate reasons).

I haven't really seen an idea that would actually work better than DefaultTrust in implementation, so really it's either DefaultTrust or allow all members above a certain rank to give trusted feedback. Holy fook? How do you deal with them now? Let them get on the default trust I guess? Name all the anonymous members on the Default Trust list please. Are you 100% sure the default list is free of people you wouldn't trust? See Quickseller as an example.
