441  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: FREEWallet.org SCAM ( Don't use any of their iOS or Android APP) on: January 24, 2018, 08:56:59 AM
Your "support' team told me none of that. I may provide the screenshots of all emails for your convenience.
Whatever mistake I made at the beginning, I admit to that. After that - the ball is in your court. If I could retrieve my tokens myself, I would do that, but I can not. You can continue to passionately advocate for your app, but I will continue to call it a scam. You see, I do not need you to add a new token to your wallet, I just want you to send my tokens back to me, since you are the ones who are holding them on your address. Eventually adding the token in a few months time may become irrelevant from the trading perspective and no one is going to compensate my losses.
As I said above, mea culpa. Lesson learnt. But I still do not think you have the right to hold the tokens, which were not sent cross-chain and are easily transferable on Ethereum blockchain any day.
I have not been able to get in contact with your CEO Alvin Hagg yet, but submitted formal complains to Google Play and Apple Store requesting to review your operations.
I shall continue my campaign to raise the awareness and as much alarm as I can about this app.
Good day

Sergey, no need to provide screenshots of your communication with our support team: we have them as well. Our support reps told you exactly the same thing: you've purchased tokens that aren't currently supported in the app yet; once the support for them is added, you'll be able to access them in the Token Wallet. If there's no support enabled for your tokens, we won't be able to access them, let alone send them anywhere.

We realized you're probably frustrated and angry with yourself; however, blaming the app isn't a productive solution. Please try to understand what we're trying to tell you: we're not refusing to give you back your tokens. However, to access them, we need to enable the support for them. As soon as the tokens are present on exchanges, they will be available in the Token Wallet app, and you'll be able to do whatever you want with them.
442  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: FREEWallet.org SCAM ( Don't use any of their iOS or Android APP) on: January 23, 2018, 02:05:20 PM
NorthRemembers, did you bother to inquire whether the tokens you were planning to purchase in the ICO were supported in our app?

There's a special article available on our website that outlines which tokens we support. It says, specifically: "Please note that we’re still working on the feature that will allow participating in new ICOs. If you’ve participated in an ICO, and your token is an ERC20 one, please contact us once it’s present on exchanges: we will add it as well." That's exactly what our support team told you: once your tokens are actually traded, we'll be able to add them, just as we regularly do. There are new tokens added for support every 1-2 weeks in Freewallet, and yours won't be an exception.
443  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Eidoo wallet for ethereum and ERC20 token on: January 22, 2018, 03:25:16 PM
Im thinking of trying this eidoo wallet, but before that I want to get some info because of fear that it might be scam. I tried before those free wallet and lately I found some bad reviews. 444  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Freewallet.org - "missing" tokens for 1.5 months on: January 22, 2018, 03:15:55 PM
Ive never thought that my first ICO would be like this.

One month ago I registered myself in the WaBi ICO. I looked for an android wallet and, in a really bad election, I chose freewallet. I put the freewallet ETH address in the WaBi token sale and I sent the ETH. When the tokens were given, the problem began. Freewallet.org, didnt support WaBi, "it isnt their fault" I thought and sent them an email, they answered me telling me to wait, so I waited...

Finally WaBi tokens were added to their App but... my tokens didnt show up... my funds were 0!!! WTF?!?! Then, I sent an email again but I got no answer, I sent them some tweets but no answer as well. Finally I wrote my problem in the Play Store and they quickly answered me, telling me to wait... they didnt even ask me what my problem was!!!

I keep telling my problem in the Play Store and they finally listened to me. They tell me to wait some days... but ONE MORE WEEK has gone since that day and they havent answered or solved my issue.

I really need the money now and It looks as they dont care about their customers... I will be reporting all the news from now on here.

pablogarcor, once the support for WABI tokens is added, all new transactions of such tokens will be automatically posted to our users' wallets and available in our Token Wallet app. However, if your transaction was made BEFORE the support of such tokens is enabled, we will need to manually rout it to your account. It takes time and human resources as well.

If you've already submitted your transaction details to our support team, your case is in progress. Please provide your user id or a ticket number for us to follow up on the status of it. Looking forward to your reply!
445  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: FREEWallet.org SCAM ( Don't use any of their iOS or Android APP) on: January 22, 2018, 03:02:05 PM
I have two BCH  transactions that never appears in my wallet.
There is more then a week without any respond from FreeWallet support team.

My transaction Hash are:
2018-01-19 02:17:45    6342f75931effa54e867c7ab63363e9e232e7c87b24e8f71115cd5d11e07bb4a
2018-01-18 02:15:05    fa968ff5958a96a78fae20e62b03a7deb692b31b7f70f66d05f511b3260c1f97

bgbaster, Freewallet switched to the new Bitcoin Cash address format on January, 17th; your BCH address was automatically updated. Please use the new address format for sending and receiving your BCH to avoid any transaction issues. Unfortunately, it's not possible to monitor transactions sent to old addresses, so if someone made a transaction to your 'old' BCH address, please contact our support: we'll retrieve the funds for you. Looks like you've already made a couple of tickets regarding these transactions though, they are being processed now.

New addresses are safer and more reliable, which is why we'll be switching to them completely in the future. However, you can still send your BCH to both new and old addresses from Freewallet.

I have some nxt intro your APP wallet, now my question is
Where is my ignis?

XmasJohn08, we expect the IGNIS tokens to be available in Freewallet soon. As of now, we're running tests on our new IGNIS wallet as well as working on integrating IGNIS into our Multi Wallet app. There will be a separate announcement on the long-awaited release in our social media, please stay tuned!
447  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: I am a Freewallet victim, too! on: January 22, 2018, 02:37:18 PM
What I dont understand dear Freewallet support, if you told that, the smart address owner was the Changelly, and they wrote to me it is not theirs, then who is lying?

SonOfSun, as we've previously mentioned, part of Changelly's addresses were deactivated, which is why if they try looking up old addresses now, they won't be able to find them on the list of their current addresses. Luckily, we have the transaction details and can help with retrieving your coins, which we're doing.

I deposited 2657 XEM into my freewallet account a week and a half ago, the explorer shows that it went through but freewallet is showing zero balance, i also have 200 LSK and 2005 STEEM that will not withdraw, it's not even giving me a txid, I am not sure what to do, i contacted support who responded that they are working on it (its been a week+ since i made the XEM deposit)
I withdrew 1 LSK today as a test and it went right through so i proceeded to withdrew the rest - now its stuck in orange color with no HASH provided, I also have 110 STEEM which i tried to withdraw to the exchange - also stuck in orange color with no hash
can anyone help? did i lose my money?
My Userid: 2b62906a

Cryptomosh112, please see our reply to another post you made here.
449  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Freewallet.org is a SCAM on: January 22, 2018, 02:33:44 PM
I have discovered to late I suppose the the website Freewallet.org is a SCAM!

I tried to deposit 2657 XEM to them and it never went through, but if I look at the txid that my exchange provided me it shows that it did go through, and if I look at my account through the explorer it shows that I made all of these transactions that I never in my life did! After further investigation I saw that they are trading my XEM and moving them around to different addresses, and I can't touch them! Then I had 200 LSK on their wallet and was able to withdraw 1 LSK but then when trying to withdraw the rest it says that its in process, but for what? I sent them a support ticket and so far no response. my 2005 STEEM is the same, just stuck in the wallet and not going anywhere, I can't touch it, I can't exchange it, I can't withdraw it. This website is a plain and simple SCAM please for anyone who is even thinking about using this website I understand that it looks tempting and that they can hold all these coins but the ugly reality is that they are scammers. There are more horror stories than mine and they all are much similar to mine, this website takes your money and talks to you once in a blue moon when you need there help only for them not to help you one bit. So please don't make the same mistake I did, I tried talking to them, sending countless support tickets and getting little to no responses back, DO NOT GO ON FREEWALLET.ORG THEY ARE A SCAM!

Cryptomosh112, you submitted at least 4 different tickets (not to mention multiple follow-ups to them), ALL of which have been replied by various support reps. Sorry for not dropping you a line every now and then though: we don't have the luxury of casual chatting with our users as there are thousands of support tickets coming in every day and other people awaiting our assistance. Regarding the issues you mentioned:

1. Your XEM transaction
As our support team has already established, you either didn't include a message in your transaction, or provided an incorrect one. That's why your transaction got stuck at a service address and wasn't automatically routed to your account. We're already working on retrieving your coins; our support reps will notify you once your XEM are available on your balance.

2. Your LSK transactions
Both of your transactions, one for 1 LSK, another one for 199 LSK, were successfully completed.

3. Your STEEM transactions
We usually post a notification in the app about maintenance on this or that wallet: during such periods, some operations may be unavailable. Our Steem wallet is currently under maintenance; as soon as it's over, you'll be able to deliver the funds to the destination of your choice.
450  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: FREEWallet.org SCAM ( Don't use any of their iOS or Android APP) on: January 18, 2018, 11:26:40 AM
Still waiting here also

Denelin, we forwarded the information required for a refund to our exchange partner. We're currently waiting for an update from them: if your LTC were already exchanged to Steem, but the transaction didn't go though back in December, they will be able to resubmit it rather than converting it back to LTC. If the exchange wasn't completed, your LTC will be refunded to the address you provided to our support.

Please note that exchange refunds aren't done on our side, and the time frame for delivering them can be up to 2 months. Although in most cases it doesn't take that long.

Hi Freewallet, I am still waiting for the voice from your support team. I think it has been quite a long time since the end of last week

sunino, our technical team is reviewing your case; once BRD tokens are available on Freewallet, our support reps will notify you.

Hello, Freewallet and Bitcoin Users!
My two transaction sending ETH from Freewallet hang 6+ day ago. Support answer few times with template about ethereum network maintenance, than they stop answering any question.
Transaction are in pending status in FreeWallet, but hashes freewallet give me does not track on etherscan.
Dear Freewallet, can you tell me please whats wrong? Where is my ethereum? Why transaction does not track by hash for 6+ days? Please cancel transaction and return my ethereum to wallet or proccess it (if cancel unavaliable).
My userid: 52282662
Transaction1 hash: f97e2a60ded47d1b37cc6915277db9b064c5ae1a63514e9d72195f3c2aad726b
Transaction2 hash: 158c3bd65ba98aad2d607312b4ee6c53181e4903e2f02e418eb8b6d2ee362db8
Please answer in essence without templates about eth network maintenance and solve my problem... I do not want to think that this is really a scam...
UPDATE:
On 7-th day my pendig transaction was canceled by support, and I successfully get my ethereum back from Freewallet. Better late than never Smiley Thanks to FreeWallet support.

andr68rus, thank you for the update! If the network is congested, and there are difficulties with including your transactions into new blocks resulting in considerable delays, such transactions are usually rolled back so that you could retry sending them at a better time. Apologies for the delay!
455  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: I am a Freewallet victim, too! on: January 15, 2018, 08:24:10 PM
Here is my whole discussion with freewallet and changelly.
Freewallet in app chat:
Changelly emails:
I wanted to launch a smart transaction, but it was stuck  and they still have not recovered my ~0,12 bitcoin for more than two months.
I was patient and understanding, because i know their is a lot of issues with blockchain transactions and it is in their terms of use:
"The time frame for retrieving specific transactions is set at Freewallet's discretion; However, refunds will be processed within 60 days upon submitting your request for them."
But now I really need my money.

If anyone can help me then my ethereum and bitcoin cold storage addresses read below:
Ethereum: 0x00F86aec28a46F4366C2803805dF5c86ECA5347D
Bitcoin: 1H4efiGqtvTSbfUt3vYUpxHiPcwZ8euNF

SonOfSun, the reason Changelly doesn't recognize the smart address your transaction was sent to is that they deactivated a number of unused addresses at the end of 2017. Unfortunately, we were informed about it after the fact, and we're still dealing with the consequences. Luckily, we have a record of the transaction you made, and it's in the blockchain, and we already sent them a request to pull it up in their records and refund it to you. Your Ethereum transaction has already been returned, and as soon as we get a confirmation from our partner, we'll follow up with the details of this refund as well. Apologies for the inconvenience!

PS: Although our Terms of Use give the time frame for exchange refunds up to 90 days, we will try to retrieve your funds sooner if possible; however, please note that such refunds aren't done on our side, we're merely a mediator to our exchange partner.

457  Economy / Exchanges / Re: What exchanges are trustworthy? on: January 15, 2018, 10:11:16 AM
Exchanges, believe it or not are quite a touchy subject for certain people and with good reason; a lot of users have arrived too recently to remember the many, many, many exchanges that have fallen victim to hacks, seizures, shut-downs and outright exit scams. There has been millions of dollars stolen by, from and through exchanges over the years and so be careful when you're asking about the most trusted exchanges, because often the biggest exchanges are the ones which fall hardest.
For me, i would choose between cryptopia and binance, they are pretty good. Coinbase is very trustful but rather limited. And also freewallet is a very good one - with lots of coins availible and low fees.

Evilcrypt0, thanks for your review! Freewallet, however, is not an exchange service: we're using Changelly's API to perform exchanges in the app. We do, however, provide an opportunity to seamlessly convert your coins right in the app with a couple of taps, that's one of our key features.
458  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: are my ERC20 tokens lost ?? on: January 15, 2018, 09:35:27 AM
yes i'm using your freewallet ethereum not the token one it does not show my tokens i contacted the support but no one responded !!!!!

Please use the Token Wallet for managing your tokens as we've suggested above; you won't be able to see your tokens on your ETH wallet, we have a special app for them. Our support team replies to every ticket submitted through the Support Portal; if you've submitted your email address, you'll get notifications on your ticket status as well.
459  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Help to withdraw funds on: January 13, 2018, 09:09:05 AM
I got 2 questions.
First: won't the bank ban my account for that if in my country all crypto currency is illegal? Or it's an everyday thing and they don't give a mind?
Second: how can I check if I'm not sending the coins to the wrong address?

Thanks !

Mr.Jovetic, depends on the country and the bank. Every government treats the cryptocurrency issue in a different way, so you should check your local sources for more details on it. As for making sure you're sending the coins to the correct address, that's something the sender does, not the wallet. We on our side can only validate if the address format is correct: for example, if you're trying to send BTC to an ETH address or vice versa, such a transaction won't be accepted because these are different networks.
460  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: are my ERC20 tokens lost ?? on: January 13, 2018, 09:04:48 AM
Hi pitchi, we have a dedicated Token Wallet app specifically for managing your token portfolio, you can download it on Google Play. If your token isn’t listed with us, however, it’s present on exchanges, you can contact our support to get it added.

Please note that we’re still working on the feature that will allow participating in new ICOs. If you’ve participated in an ICO, and your token is an ERC20 one, please contact us once it’s present on exchanges: we will add it as well.
