441  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Old blockchain.info wallet from 2014 and before -16,17,19 words precovery phrase on: May 25, 2019, 03:48:27 PM
yes, have 5 seed, because all my brother had his blockchain account
seed contains as i said 16,17,19 words
I doubt that seed that was generated for the blockchain.info's wallet back in the day was the standardized seed. It was more like a random set of words generated that uniquely identified a wallet's private key and not directly associated with it. Support is still your best bet. How many bitcoins are we talking here anyway?
442  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you prefer? Sportsbet or casino on: May 25, 2019, 03:44:04 PM
i dont think there is any point deceiving ourselves because i know that most of us who gamble do it mostly to earn money but because it doesn't really pay as expected and we end up finding out that the game is interesting and we all feel we now play to spend time.
I am not convinced of the answer to give anyways since i am enjoying the time i spend even when i loose buy my first answer would have been that i play to earn money Grin
Everyone plays to earn money, people often disguise "fun" with "money" though. I don't think you quite understand the intention of this question.

Gambling is quick. Sportsbetting too is fun when you are genuinely interested in sports.
But if you really want to make money, using a martingale in sportsbet would yield you much higher than using one in dice but most people doesn't have patience to wait days before they gamble.
Martingale doesn't work whatsoever. How can one do martingale in multiple games anyway? There is no strategy to sports-betting except game knowledge and money management.
443  Economy / Lending / Re: In need of small business help.. Will provide any verification on: May 25, 2019, 03:35:21 PM
To give a warning to someone that doesn't care? Someone that can make another account in the same 5' that he waste to make this one, just to post that he wants money?
Sorry man but this guy didn't came here by accident or he just want to ask about it (though he will be blind not to read about something such serious as loans).
He even mention how much he wants, like he was certain that he will get any funds...
But still, he seemed quite of a noob who isn't aware of how lending works here. This was not like one of that obvious lending scam requests we get from the newbie accounts.

For my point of view, is a hell of a neg.
Okay if you say so.
444  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: What type of programming language should I use to create a website like CMC? on: May 25, 2019, 03:13:30 PM
It's not about the programming language, it's about how efficiently the programmer uses it. You can literally use any language or framework to develop the site. PHP is not a bad choice and it's still used by companies like Facebook. However, I'd choose Python/Django over PHP anyday since Django has an active community. Java, on the other hand, is very suitable for enterprise-related architecture which are scalable. Java developers are expensive so that should also be taken into consideration. C++ no, not an ideal choice for writing a backend. I could help you in detail, don't hesitate to shoot me a message. I might as well lay down the foundation for you.
445  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are ICOs dead? on: May 25, 2019, 03:02:53 PM
Many projects have been successfully launched through ICO.
Like what? Can you link me to a few of them? Not even 1% of the ICO's actually turn their idea beyond the whitepaper and funding. The work is forever in development and it does hit the exchanges but never solve a problem the product was intended to solve.

Because recently many projects have been scams resulting from unclear funding management that made people no longer trust the ICO and they turned to the IEO. But in my opinion ICO will still run well if their funding management is clear, or a trusted team.
I hope they die.
446  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: HAVE YOU EVER MET ANY SUCCESSFUL GAMBLER on: May 25, 2019, 02:59:23 PM
So i was just wondering, aside the times i see the names of rich and successful gamblers during my google search, i dont think i have personally met anyone who made it big in gambling. Its possible there are  but i know more of those who have lost more than those who have made it.
Please note that by been successful, i  do not mean those who make this little and minor winnings on a daily bases(NO). I mean those with Big records, like who have won over 1BTC from gambling. If you know any either in an online or offline casino please dont hesitate to share their story, you can include the name of the site they made their wins, i am sure someone would be encouraged. Lets go guys Roll Eyes
What are you going to do with all that information? I'm sure googling the same should link you to a few crypto gambling blogs that have the content you are looking for. There are several gamblers who win crazy every day so 1 BTC is not even a very high amount to be bragged about.
447  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The "how to" of building a gambling site on: May 25, 2019, 02:53:14 PM
There are books on how to build altcoins but I don't see any in-depth guidance on how to build a gambling site.
It seems to be all trial and error.
If you know of any technique or site or forum I would appreciate hearing about it.
I doubt someone will write a book about building a gambling site. I will list out a few Do's and Dont's while building one.

1. Don't use third-party games or those shitty scripts, create your games from scratch.
2. Get your stuff developed from professional developers who have done similar work before.
3. Security/Authentication should be cross-tested with a number of tests and ran through the ethical hackers group.
4. If you don't have enough money for advertising and house, just give up the idea.
5. KYC should be remotely associated with your gambling site.
448  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How do you feel about businesses that stop accepting Bitcoin? on: May 25, 2019, 02:45:59 PM
I think there are too many complications to implementing these bitcoin payment services. A company doesn't want to invest in developers who can implement a bitcoin payment processor as that adds to their business costs. Instead, they choose to use a third party payment mediator like BitPay/Coinpayments which are buggy as hell. This causes their customers to have unsatisfactory experiences and they rather get over a payment than lose a customer.
449  Economy / Lending / Re: In need of small business help.. Will provide any verification on: May 25, 2019, 02:39:02 PM
So I've been trying to get my startup venture off the ground since december but just havent been able to find a loan ANYWHERE. and yes believe me Ive tried everywhere.. I actually just now came across this forum five minutes ago doing an unrelated search hence the new account.. However im willing to provide any verification you'd like to prove my trustworthiness though (id, proof of income, anything reasonable really) .. Let me know if theres anything we could work out, was looking for anything between $100 and 1000..broad range is only because i don't know if or how much I'm even eligible for via this forum tbh.. But would be very grateful if anyone could help or take the time to chat and see if we could work anything out! Also can email me at lhllc03@gmail.com.. Thanks!
That is not how loans work out on this forum. You need solid collateral to cover up the amount you're going to get. Also, this loan is highly risky without collateral because you've no idea where your product is going and there is no guarantee the start-up will succeed.

@Condoros : A negative was not needed really. You could have given him a warning and asked to lock the thread.
450  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: MOON3D.IO SCAM SITE NEVER TRUST!!!!! on: May 25, 2019, 02:32:27 PM
WARNING !!!!

I HAVE BEEN BANNED FROM MOON3D DISCORD CHAT. ALL ADMINS HAVE BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT. NOW I FIND THAT MY IP IS BANNED FROM MOON3D (GETTING CLOUDFLARE BANNED ERROR) and CANNOT ACCESS MY ACCOUNT.. THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS, WATCH OUT!!!!!!

You deserved to get banned, dude. You were abusive and cursing all your way in the chat despite multiple warnings. The site could be a scam but your thread doesn't provide enough proof that it is. The sent out emails were for specific people and I don't see any problem with they just limiting it to their few players. Of course, they should have added a condition but regardless this isn't a scam.
451  Economy / Reputation / Re: Personal Documents - Potential Scam on: May 25, 2019, 02:22:34 PM
I told the OP it would be better to confirm the documents are stolen because I believe this would get the OP of the thread in question banned and the thread removed.
No, none would happen. Scams as such aren't guided by any specific rules on the forum. No one gets banned for scamming or creating similar threads. They certainly get negative feedback from the DT which is what the best forum can do about such sellers and their respective threads.
452  Economy / Reputation / Re: How DT gang works behind the scenes on: May 25, 2019, 02:16:35 PM
~
Ok, if you are done with lies can you update your crap with correct information recently posted by me?
Of course, I won't remove negative because you are lying all the time.

Sorry as I am in "trattative to join a signature campaign" and I am not that focused here, just tell me which information and I will correct it.
This thread was so not needed man. You could just ask your bounty campaign manager to show proofs that a forum moderator sent them a message about you being a shit-poster. If they can't do it, they're bullshitting you. This had nothing to do with marlboroza or any DT either.
453  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: BitPay no longer serving banned countries on: May 24, 2019, 08:55:05 PM
It was bound to happen sooner or later.  This is the natural order of things.  The weaker systems with a single point of failure will gradually become co-opted by the authorities and will subsequently be superseded by more resilient systems.  It's simple evolution.
Are you a history teacher or a philosophical bot? lol That statement is then most off-topic on-t6opic statement ever lol

but what other service are you talking about here? is there an alternative payment provider already existing on those mentioned countries?
sometimes you really have no choice using the BitPay service.
I don't know lol What I intended to say was, BitPay is a terrible service and no country should be forced to use it. That is, use the alternatives and not that buggy senseless piece of software.
454  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Worst Online Crypto Wallet Ever! [Poll] on: May 24, 2019, 08:52:16 PM
Thanks for all the detailed posts guys and I can't believe I could relate to so many of you guys where when it comes to blockchain.com's wallet. Unfortunately, not many find it as annoying as Xapo or Coinbase. I could lock the poll but just keeping it open for future references. Thanks @everybody.
455  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: BitPay no longer serving banned countries on: May 24, 2019, 07:33:32 PM
I wonder why isn't my country on that list? Every country forbidden from using BitPay are the luckiest countries ever. They deserve a much better service to handle their bitcoin payments and not a broken shitty application like BitPay.
456  Economy / Reputation / Re: Found a user using 2 accounts on: May 24, 2019, 07:25:41 PM
I don't usually post this type of posts but the accounts are connected for sure. The accounts must be tagged Wink
I'm not the bounty manager, i am just reporting that, could you guys include the link of the reporting thread so that i stop annoying the community with my posts?
Thanks alot.
You don't just report it as it is but just like the dude you quoted, you should be able to create a valid connection between the accounts like the Telegram usernames above. Don't leave that job for someone else to do it for you. Also, this is the thread for listing alt accounts: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2544574.0
457  Economy / Reputation / Re: Someone is selling green rating (DT) on: May 24, 2019, 07:22:51 PM
Will you bother to take any action if there is ZERO proof? I don't think so.
I can definitely tag the account in question and ask them to respond in the thread. Selling trust - A thread with that title calls for an instant negative trust anyway. Moreover, tagging the account doesn't help much as these scammers keep creating them after one is tagged.

If some newbie claim verbally that they got scam then no one will believe if there is no minimum evidence. If buyer provide evidence like chat history or PM then will not seller expose original buyer? Then they will attack each other, that means seller and buyer both will be exposed. That's why I think still there is no any scam accusation.
Yeah but we are talking about someone selling green trust which doesn't need any additional proof except the created thread.
458  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitcoinCasino.io | OFFICIAL on: May 24, 2019, 07:19:14 PM
The KYC process is it mandatory for all users or on high amount of withdrawal only, and what bonuses are expecting from your site bitcasino to attract new players, I must say the design of the site in superb and the team did I great work there hope we can play on mobile also?

The Casino MAY ask for KYC at any time, but it will NOT necessarily do so. Every case is considered individually.
Yeah, that is where the problem lies. Most casinos only ask for the KYC policies when someone wins big or requests a high volume withdrawal. This is like they don't want a good amount of money to go out of the website and hence they introduce a number of policies so the member gives up in frustration. There should be only standard cases where a KYC will be asked for and both casino and the player must abide by those rules.
459  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitcoinCasino.io | OFFICIAL on: May 24, 2019, 04:22:03 PM
An official thread with zero content?  Shocked

Are you affiliated with bit casino dot io by any chance? You got similar names and provide the sort of same style games and policies. They are a scam and have scammed a number of users in the name of KYC. Do you do the same?
460  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Surprise from Coinpayments.net on: May 24, 2019, 04:18:22 PM
Why is the OP making his complaint from a fresh account? It's obvious this isn't the main account on this forum for someone who uses coinpayment services. Is your complaint actually legitimate?
And why the fuck does his account status matter when he's reporting a service fraud?

@OP : I understand your frustration and this is sickening to know how a payment service will scam you in the name of KYC. Please link their forum accounts/member profiles in the thread so I could tag them. You definitely deserve a refund.
