But once you subscribed with their email you will receive a referral link. My question is where will those referral earning be sent after the campaign? If they make Bitcoin illegal in China I guess there will be a lot of cheap mining equipment on sale...
Those equipment must have been overused, Chinese miners have existed since centuries and they're doing it 24/7 so you can guess how's the condition of those rigs, pretty sure that those aren't in mint condition. and I don't think the electricity in china is so stable that their rig never gets sudden shut down. |

You can, but not for those ICOs that uses ethereum smart contract for their fundraising. Some ICOs that didn't require ethereum address mostly will have their own blockchain and becoming altcoins instead of blockchain assets, and most of them take really much time just to distribute the coin because they need to test their mainnet and many more.

Of shores ICOs I think will be the next ICO. Or developers find the third world of ICOs. Chinese and Korean are not the biggest market, I agree. ICO will make more regulated in the future to avoid scam projects. I think that is a good news. That's the point. These rules meant to reduce the number of scam projects. Speaking of the given news. The ICOs which are currently running will just run normally, Investors' origin isn't just from China but from many parts of this world.
about the 2nd point, the "already successful" ICOs will seem to not be able to refund the money invested by China investors unless the devs of the ICO are living in China and will forcefully obey the regulation. The devs could just refuse anyway since they've given the exchange for Chinese investors' money which is in form of token and coins. I'm pretty sure that many investors have liquidated their token and coins before this news released by the Chinese government.

Then, curious how those Chinese investors liquidate their assets in the crypto world if Chinese government forbid to either invest or liquidate. Maybe they'll forcefully exchange their blockchain asset offshore or else?
I'm just starting to think that it's like a trap given by Chinese government even though the govt themselves want to stop the ICO activities totally, but that's just not right to force their citizens abandoning theirs "digital gold".
