I once had a bad breakup with this beautiful girl named Cynthia. We start dating because we had courses together and thought because we were pursuing the future that we would end of being married.
We had been dating now for about 10 months and really thought we had established good communication and trust between us. I took her to a party I got invited by a friend of mine.
At the party, I did not realize my ex-girlfriend would end up being there too. I had some drinks I do not know why I saw her and gave her a kiss as if I have not seen her in years.
Cynthia saw me and was shocked that I had embarrassed her in front of other people. I followed her to her car and tried asking her for forgiveness. She told me she never wanted to be with me anymore.
I was devasted because how could I have allowed that to happen when we were having such a good time? But instead, the person that truly matter to me and loved me walked away and left crushed because of my mistake.
642  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Binance: $BNB The Future of Exchanges. on: August 14, 2023, 08:19:45 AM
Binance is investing $10 Million in to a Destablecoin called Helio Protocol. https://helio.money/
This money will be going towards making liquid staking more available on the protocol. Liquid staking means you stake tokens on a network, and then get another token that represents the same staked position.

643  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SEC Appeal may take away XRP recent gains. Here is why on: August 14, 2023, 07:29:05 AM
Well I still do not think XRP is worried about the sec. They think they are going to win the court case and investors and supporters think so with them.

And Gemini that just listed XRP also does not think anything bad will happen. It now has something called 'XRP Faucet' and it going to give away 4000 xrp for next 4 days.

644  Other / Off-topic / Re: How do you convince your spouse to let you do things they think you can't do? on: August 14, 2023, 07:12:24 AM
One of the things that my ex girlfriend did not think I could do was mechanic work. And I am not just talking about like changing a tire, changing the motor oil of a car, or the basic stuff.

I am talking about things like changing an axle or changing the brake pads on my vehicle, or flushing out the transmission fluid. And every time she thought I was going to fail I ended up doing a great job because I researched videos on how to do it yourself on YouTube.

At first, I said it was like cheating but not really because it's probably what my mechanic would have done if he encountered a problem
645  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Rumors spread that SBF is tied to the $BALD rugpull on: August 13, 2023, 05:30:05 AM
Well now SBF has some more problems he is going to deal with. He has been sent back to US jail after judge said he was witness tampering and his bail was revoked.

And it was only 1 hour after the judges decision that SBF has appealed it. https://www.reuters.com/legal/ftxs-bankman-fried-seeking-avoid-jail-due-back-court-2023-08-11/
646  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP - yes or no? on: August 12, 2023, 07:44:30 AM
The layer-2 smart contract solution built on XRPL called Evernode will have a airdrop for XRP holders. They will airdrop 5,160,960 Ever and for holders of up to 50,000 XRP.

I like getting free tokens from airdrops. So I will take the snapshot and hope I am lucky to get the gift in September. https://cryptopotato.com/here-is-how-xrp-holders-can-apply-for-evernodes-evers-airdrop/
647  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do meme coins have a future? on: August 11, 2023, 07:34:05 AM

648  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shiba inu on: August 11, 2023, 06:13:01 AM
SHIB is making big gains this week it is up 19% in just last 7 days. This is because its investors are waiting for big launch of layer 2 solution Shibarium.

It is going to launch on August 16. https://bitcoinist.com/shiba-inu-nod-for-shibarium-debut-august-16/

649  Economy / Economics / Re: Elon Musk and the fall of Twitter on: August 11, 2023, 05:17:15 AM
Well maybe there is not a fall of twitter anymore. Because before Elon Musk bought it it was going to look like it was going to become bankrupt.
But now the CEO Linda Yaccarino is saying it is almost to point of breaking even. She says a reason is that they reduced the staff from 8000 to only now 1500 people.

650  Other / Off-topic / Re: Weekend with Satoshi Nakamoto on: August 11, 2023, 05:06:01 AM
Well the first thing I am going to ask him is why did he disappear. He just left many people who can pretend they are him, take his credit for his work he did. Maybe he is a nice man and does not want to have people thank him for making Bitcoin what it is now.

Then I am going to ask him how he feels about Ethereum. And if he would ever do something with Vitalik Buterin. They both have brilliant minds.
651  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Worldcoin launch with ORB to scan your eyes on: August 11, 2023, 04:49:36 AM
Well this did not take so long. Worldcoin is now going to be investigated for data collection activities in the country of Argentina.

The data comptroller in Argentina is called Public Information Access Agency (AAIP). https://www.argentina.gob.ar/noticias/la-aaip-investiga-el-tratamiento-de-datos-personales-de-worldcoin-en-argentina

652  Economy / Economics / Re: Elon Musk and the fall of Twitter on: August 10, 2023, 09:36:34 AM
Well Elon Musk is not going to cooperate with no one he doesnt want to. Even when a special council got a search warrant for records of Donald Trumps twitter account, Elon Musk would instead choose to pay a $350,000 fine.

653  Other / Off-topic / Re: Skyscraper-sized asteroid near Earth deemed “potentially hazardous” by NASA on: August 10, 2023, 08:03:21 AM
Not good but I am not going to be so worried about this. If they are saying it is potentially hazardous it does not mean we are all going to get hit by this asteroid and die. Like in a Armageddon kind of way.

But I am not seeing this in my news and on the tv. If then I do hear more about it I will be scared. It is educational to read this but not going to make me worry about it.
654  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: XLM - yes or no? on: August 10, 2023, 07:55:25 AM
Well the new google ai chatbot called Google ha some 'bullish' news for xlm hodlers. Because of greater decentralization it says it would rather invest in XLM then in XRP.

655  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP - yes or no? on: August 10, 2023, 07:41:29 AM
Well even with sec court case XRP is still big coin for traders. Since begning of August the xrp ledger been seeing 1.2 Million transaction each day.

This is more then eth which has 1.09 Million each day. https://www.cryptoglobe.com/latest/2023/08/xrp-ledger-surpasses-ethereum-eth-in-daily-transaction-volume-amid-recent-relistings/
656  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Cardano (ADA): A New Cryptocurrency and More on: August 08, 2023, 06:56:50 AM
Cardano did see recent surges in DApp activities in the second quarter of this year by 49%. Activity on the Cardano blockchain is now 57,900 daily transactions.
This is the third quarter in a row that DApp activity on its blockchain has been increased. It did also cross the $180 Million Total Value Locked (TVL) milestone.

657  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do You trust Tether (USDT) Stablecoin? on: August 08, 2023, 06:38:53 AM
Well I do trust USDT and there is some good news for the top stablecoin. A US court has decided to dismiss the class action lawsuit against Tether and issuing exchange Bitfinex.

Tether did publicly said it has $3.3 Billion in reserves.  And that it is backed 1 to 1 with US dollar. If there is a coin that wins in a court case then we can trust it

658  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Worldcoin launch with ORB to scan your eyes on: August 08, 2023, 05:51:13 AM
Well here is something I find to be interesting with Worldcoin. There has been a increase in unique addresses by 148%. This is some good news for investors in this project.
But the part that does worry me about it. Is that the top 20 WLD wallets control 94% of the total supply.
https://www.cryptobreaking.com/while-worldcoin-sees-a-148-surge-in-unique-addresses-the-top-20-wallets-command-94-of-wld-supply/

I don't think that's good at all. 94% of the supply is held by 20 people. What can possibly go wrong?

Well yes I feel the same as you do too. There is many things that can go wrong. Only 20 people control almost all of it. It is the big address update increase that is good news.
659  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stay away from crypto influencers on: August 08, 2023, 04:07:56 AM
Well crypto influencer Charlie Shrem has some 'bullish' things to say. He has made predictions about the new Paypal stablecoin called Paypal USD.
His predictions is Bitcoin to reach 250,000 faster then its supposed to. And Ethereum will reach 10 times more even faster.
