681  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP - yes or no? on: July 31, 2023, 04:30:35 AM
Well XRP Ledger has a new partner to enter the Web3 space. It is with Italian motorcycle manufacturer Ducati. With main goal being to launch its first ever digital collectible.

682  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are altcoins important? on: July 31, 2023, 03:12:35 AM
Well I think with how global economy is now it may take a few months but eventually the crypto market correction will start. I will remain highly weighted in BTC but I will definitely picking up some ETH, LTC, and XRP as well.

I’ve been keeping my eye on these altcoins for a while now. I believe many alt coins will start pumping soon but I think it will happen once BTC starts pumping again. The only challenge is I don’t have that much fiat lying around but this is a great time to get in cheap.
683  Other / Off-topic / Re: A warning against cheating and lending to a trusted friend on: July 31, 2023, 02:52:46 AM
I would feel very disappointed in my friend if they never paid me back. It means that my friend is willing to turn away the years of friendship and values money more. I would also feel mad for allowing myself to be taken advantage of by someone I value and trust like family not just as a friend.

Also, would feel betrayed because I do not think that money holds more value then the years and experiences invested in a friendship. I would be so mad if I try to reach out to my friend by text or phone and do not get any type of response especially If I am trying to get ahold of them to find a solution to pay me back that I lent them.

If they decide no never to pay me back the money I lent to my friend when they needed help, I think I would also no longer speak to them afterward. I think the best way to avoid this type of situation is to help your friend with a reasonable small amount that you are willing to help with.

This way you are not risking losing a lot of money even with it feels like a gamble when you lent it out and your intention will feel good because you're able to help even in a small way.
684  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Basic Attention Token (BAT) & Brave Browser on: July 30, 2023, 05:39:10 AM
As part of a ongoing roadmap, BAT founder Brendan Eich had some exciting news for users earning BAT tokens. The payouts will be on chain without the kyc procedure.
It is big news because it is more convenient for users. When users do not wish to reveal their identites but still earn BAT tokens.

685  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you like food cooked on coals? on: July 30, 2023, 05:25:58 AM
Last week it was my nephew’s birthday who turned 8 years old. He was so excited when he found out that I would be able to gather with the family at the park to celebrate his birthday.
I know that he enjoys when I grill for the family because he enjoys my hot dogs, hamburgers, and steaks. But most importantly because it brings the family together. He watches carefully how I scatter the charcoal over the bqq griller and put lighter fluid to get the fire started.
When it was time to eat, my nephew told me that I should sell food at the park because I was good at grilling. I express how much I appreciated his compliment and hopefully one day he also becomes good at grilling.
686  Economy / Economics / Re: Bad impact when You carry out Online or Offline Loans on an ongoing basis on: July 30, 2023, 05:13:18 AM
Well I think to carry out a loan on ongoing basis is bad. But it is better to do then to do something illegal.  I believe that I will never do something illegal for many reasons. I do not think I would be setting a good example to my children knowing that I can do everything possible to look and apply for a job to get me out of my financial setback.

But taking a loan is better then risking getting in trouble and going to jail. I can recall the times when I was low on cash and needed money to buy essentials or pay off my monthly rent. I had to reach out to a couple of my friends to help me out with money. And I always do my best to pay them back for helping me. But I do not like to go this on ongoing basis.
687  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shiba inu on: July 28, 2023, 07:32:06 AM
The Shibarium Beta Bridge is now live and it is for public testing. But marketing team member Lucie did say not to use your real assets but only faucets for testing.

688  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Analyzing XRP's Potential: Can It Reach $1? on: July 28, 2023, 07:12:30 AM
Well Ripple is now partnering with a company in South Korea for awareness of XRP blockchain. The company is called Catalyze Research https://catalyze-research.com/
Ripple vice president Markus Infanger said his good reason for choosing South Korea. He said it is a 'dynamic market for blockchain and Web3 tech'.

689  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Cardano still a good investment? on: July 28, 2023, 06:56:16 AM
Well if you want to invest in a project with a reliable blockchain. Then you can invest in Cardano. Because it now has been more then 5 years since there has been any network outages.

This same we can not say about most of the other blockchains. And it is one of most developed blockchains.

690  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP - yes or no? on: July 27, 2023, 07:54:07 AM
XRP is the most traded alt coin so far in this year. So people are still buying it and they are also selling it.
More then $150 Billion in volume on centralized exchanges. And now it is going towards $175 Billion.
I think most of this buying is being done with victory with sec. And possibility of 'bull market' bringing big profits for hodlers.

691  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Binance: $BNB The Future of Exchanges. on: July 27, 2023, 06:39:55 AM
This week CEO Changpeng Zhao announced at Tokyo conference Binance exchange will have a new platform in Japan in the next month. It was supposed to launch last month.

Other Binance executive said they could launch new Japanese stable coins. This news came after Binance bought Sakura Exchange Bitcoin this last year.

692  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Polygon (MATIC) to $20? on: July 27, 2023, 05:52:08 AM
Well there is some 'bullish' news for investors of this project. Italy's Central Bank called Milano Hub has chose Polygon for help with its normal finance and decentralized finance.

693  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Worldcoin launch with ORB to scan your eyes on: July 27, 2023, 05:42:32 AM
I did read that and this does not sound very good to me. Not even a little bit. I do not want to have anyone to have scans of my eyes. I want Bitcoin and other crypto currencies for my own anonymous reasons.
This is like someone wanting to scan your fingerprints. It is interesting to know how it was started 3 years ago but we just only hear about it now.
694  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When will Sam Bankman-Fried go to jail? on: July 27, 2023, 05:15:01 AM
Well maybe he will be going to jail sooner then he was expecting to. He is now being accused of witness tampering. And US prosecutors have asked for a federal judge to put him in jail.

The judge did put a 'gag order' on SBF so he could not talk openly about the case with FTX. I think he will be going back to jail, he just does not listen to the rules.

695  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would You Advise People To Stake? on: July 25, 2023, 07:10:28 AM
Well in the past I was a fan of staking stablecoins. But I think it is too risky today. I do not even like to keep my coins on Binance and Coinbase. So having them tied up would just make me more nervous. The low percentage reward is not worth it for me.
I do not like knowing a exchange has all the control over my coins. I feel better about myself if I am knowing I hold the keys to my coins.
696  Economy / Economics / Re: Elon Musk and the fall of Twitter on: July 25, 2023, 06:52:04 AM
Yes you are right about this. And Elon Musk did say the new X will change the way you do business financially.

He said we will be able to 'conduct your entire financial world on the platform'. This is very exciting thing to hear from him.

697  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP - yes or no? on: July 25, 2023, 06:39:41 AM
CEO of Ripple Brad Garlinghouse is blaming the sec for the the mess with crypto regulation. He said the sec was acting as "the cop with crypto with no legal jurisdiction".

He is saying the sec is not helping crypto adoption. And not protecting the customers. https://www.theblock.co/post/241045/ripple-ceo-blames-sec-mess
698  Economy / Speculation / Re: What do you think Bitcoin Market Need Promotes for Price up ? on: July 25, 2023, 04:38:07 AM
I am Seeing Bitcoin Market is Not good Its Correction every Time
It can Hit $25000  ?

Well I really hope this does not happen. We are sideways around 29k-30k for a little bit now. I think we are all waiting for a big move to be made so we can pass the 31k price point we just saw. 25k would not be good but yes it can happen.
I think theres got to be some big news from the US government and the sec and Ripple. There is still so much FUD that is making investors lose their confidence in Bitcoin hodling for the long term. ETF approval would make them more confident.
699  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Doge worth investing? on: July 25, 2023, 04:25:41 AM
Well Elon Musk has now rebranded Twitter to X. And price of Doge has gone up 9% in just last 24 hours. And this with other top coins seeing negative profits.
There is rumors that X will use Doge transactions in the app. Elon Musk did say if done right way, 'X would become half of the global financial system'. I think this is 'bullish' news for Doge.

700  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Litecoin's comeback on: July 24, 2023, 05:27:48 AM
Well Litecoin halving is now only less then 10 days to go. And transactions are staying high so investors are really looking forward to it.
And there is chance the LTC halving will start the alt coin season 'bull rush'. That we are all waiting for to happen.
