hi i have 1 pc 1050 ti and 1pc 1080 nvdia gpu,
what is the best to mine altcoin right now? can i dual mine ethereum and bitcoingold at the same time?
You can always check whattomine.com to get the latest and most profitable coins to mine with your GPU. But based on whats been happening lately and with all the volatility, it seems that whattomine will keep telling you to just mine ETHEREUM. If you are new to mining and want to learn, its probably best to stick with Ethereum first and learn how to tweak and optimize your GPU.

Social media is banning crypto-related ads because too many people are falling for scams.
As a result, people tend to blame these social media companies for their losses. Although it is really technically none of facebook or twitter's fault, they placed blanket bans on the entire crypto advertising industry to solve their problem and accountability with people getting scammed. There is nothing we can do about this because people will keep falling for scams if this isn't enforced.

If you want an easy way to get started with CPU mining, try the Android app for Electroneum. It has a miner simulation part of the wallet that actually pays you in real Electroneum coins.
My Samsung S8 "mines" about 10 coins a day. That is pretty small potatoes but it doesn't take any extra electricity to do it.
My two teenage boys are using it to, and now they are using it as currency between classmates at school. Genius marketing move by Electroneum to slowly airdrop these coins.
I also ran the windows program with my Ryzen 7 hashing @ 350ish H/s and made 35 to 50 coins per day.
Agree, the marketing of Electroneum is good, the problem is, thats all there is. What is even next for electroneum? The roadmap is just so vague. I'm was an ICO investor of Electroneum and I used to believe in this coin but I really was disappointed by how they launched their coin. They screwed over investors by launching mainnet to miners who sold and dumped the coin to the ground before us investors got a chance. Some conspiracy theorists even say they held the coins from public so they could be the first ones to sell at a higher price. In anycase, i am further disappointed by the fact that they have not even address the issues with CN ASICs. At least Monero is doing a fork to invalidate ASICSs and continue with efforts for decentralization. What about Electroneum? Nothing. They weren't able to launch properly and they probably don't even know how to fork against ASICs.

I'm a happy customer of BestMixer (order ID#: 28E1TWWt56). Tried their mixing service and got my coins within minutes.
If you want a simple, hassle-free, and straight to the point mixing service, i highly recommend BestMixer. I loved how the UI was straightforward in giving you what you want, which is mixed coins. Additionally, i appreicated how the service also had APIs for other developers to connect and work with. This could go a long way when building other services that could work with Bestmixer.
Although almost perfect as it is, here are just 2 points for improvement which are not already discussed in the previous post:
1. The background image could be HD. While it is fine as it is, i believe having a background with better quality/higher definition would make it look more appealing.
2. Additional languages could be added. I could help you out with this, will send you a PM.
Overall, kudos to the Bestmixer team. A working product well done!

Why the problem is still there?
Well one thing you could check out is how to do mining BIOS mods for your AMD cards. Even at 25 MH those cards are doing sub par compared to their potential hashrates. I believe the 570 should be doing around 28 MH while the 580 should be able to do 30 MH depending of course on your memory type. Try the BIOS mods first. Just follow the online guides and make sure to make a backup before modding.

It's probably not the riser's fault that you are only mining at 14 MH/s. The fact that your system recognizes it and even mines at all means the rising is working correctly.
What drivers are you using? Have you turned on COMPUTE mode? If not, just go to radeon settings, select your GPU, then switch workload from GRAPHICS to COMPUTE. Doing that will probably fix your hash rate issues. You could also overclock and do BIOS mods to increase your hash rate. All of the information on how to do this is available on google.
Best of luck!

As someone mentioned above, its highly likely that Bitmain was already mining with these ASICs for months. I think this is the case with many 'ASIC resistant' coins, where large company with lots of resources may have already built ASICs in private and are mining with them. The threat of forking the blockchain is what stops them from publicly making money selling those ASICs though.
So if this is correct, what makes anyone think that ethash difficulty will sky rocket once these asic's hit the public streets? Aren't they just selling off used miners that they have already used to cause a spike in difficulity? Especially interested in what Metroid thinks about that. Well if done correctly gpus get a massive boost here we shall soon see. Why do you say that? Really? Because cryptonight ASIC mining will disappear. CN global hashrates will be down and the AMD RX VEGA rig i bought will become profitable again. This scandal with CN ASICs has really affected miners especially those who bough VEGA GPUs with the intent to use them for CN mining. Now VEGA miners are stuck mining ETH at subpar profitability.

Very nice and useful compilation. Thank you for this. Probably merit worthy if you post more and provide rankings.
You may also want to add reddit/r/cryptocurrency. Theres a lot of trash on there but also occasionally there is also some useful and important information posted first-hand.

There are online calculators for this. One such simple tool would be Nicehash's profit calculator. Try it out at: http://nicehash.com/profitability-calculatorBut again, its not always that straight forward. Your "advanced metrics" also need to be considered. This is where manual computation comes in. Checkout whattomine.com for the most profitable coin at the moment.

I too have some money with nicehash and i hope they pay it back sooner.
But with regards to posting Bitmain's ASIC and not BAIKAL's, its probably because they haven't received/tested a baikal yet. I believe the min order for the Baikal N is 6 units. While with bitmain's x3 minimum is simply 1 piece. So probably they order 1 from bitmain and not from baikal. Bitmain's is also more efficient than baikal's.
Just my 2 sats.

Not surprised that everyone is voting YES. I'm trying to think of the implications of having another Ethereum fork. Will it drive the value of ETH up or down?
Anyway, forks usually mean free money so i'm still all for it.

Fast and trusted member/service. Thank you!
Much appreciated. Thank you as well! I'm interested in learning something more about ERC20 from the backend view. If there still available vouch copy i am willing to try. You can get real feedback, and I will learn something more
Hi! Yes, the vouch copy is still available. You are eligible for the vouch copy. Feel free to send me a PM with the following details below so I can make you a token then send you the back-end source code. 1) Token Name (e.g. Verge / OmiseGo): 2) Token Symbol (e.g. XVG / OMG): 3) Total Token Supply (e.g. 100,000,000): 4) Token Decimals (e.g. 0.0001 has 4 Decimals. Standard is 18 decimals.): 5) Ethereum address to send your token proceeds. (ERC20 COMPATIBLE - non exchange wallet address): 6) Other notes (e.g. do you want to have an initial amount of tokens?):

Do you also verify token source? I'm particularly interested in having official links on etherscan.
Yes, token source can be verified. I've processed requests like these before. Some even ask for the private key of the contract creator address, these can all be provided. Feel free to PM me your detailed needs.

This looks like...a very bad idea.
It probably is. Esp. with that 3 month delivery lead time. Daily profit with 220kh and 550w as of today rate is around $164 USD. Who knows what it'll be 3 months from now? It may not even be useable anymore if cryptonight coins fork their code.
