782  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] SMAC - Social Media Advertising, Market Live on Bittrex! on: May 09, 2015, 12:02:33 PM
Please allow me to repost what I said 2 days ago:

barabbas, just out of curiosity I looked at your post history, and honestly man I have never seen anything like that! You have 130 pages of posts in your history and quite literally EVERY SINGLE POST of yours that I read was negative and nasty!

I first read the 3 most recent pages of your posts and then I randomly skipped around to various pages of your post history and honestly man I have never seen someone with such an extensive posting history where I couldn't find ONE post that was not either crying scam or bs or whatever about this coin and that. It's really quite astonishing!

Are you that negative in your own life or is it just online? Wow man.....seriously like try meditating or yoga or talk therapy or something! Life is too short to be miserable all the time!

The SMAC team just bought 6 btc of their own coin from the sell wall as a market buy and plans to do the same every month...and that amount will be ever increasing! Please name one other coin in the history of crypto that has done that and that plans to do the same every month.

Barabbas, putting your unbelievable level of negativity aside, SMAC is objectively speaking a no brainer for making money. Just buy a little SMAC now, then resell it when the team does their market buy at the end of the month and bam, you made a profit. And that's not even considering the other aspects of the coin that the team is working on.

(and guys, I'm serious.....just look at Barabbas's history and it will tell you everything you need to know about him. He is literally THE most consistently negative poster I have ever seen on bct and  I have been here for almost a year! It's kind of sad really...)

Anxiously awaiting next newsletter!

Indeed quite sad. For in your "almost a year here" you have witnessed the most incredible parade of scam projects and others riddled with all kinds of ineptitude and ALL, no exceptions, resulting in considerable losses for those like you blinded by the greed and ignorance.

s I have posted, I encourage everyone to check not just my post history but also special threads such as The Case of Pink Coin, and other search words such as "The Black Hand" and others. It will only add to the credibility -or not- of the individual. And, of course, both THE WALL OF HONOR and THE WALL OF SHAME, for adequate perspective.
783  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Nxt and the rise to the top. on: May 09, 2015, 11:43:11 AM
The price seems to be on one long downward trend. Doesn't make sense.

Yes, that's pretty odd. NXT getting more and more features, more and more value/investment but it still in downtrend. I guess it's happening because of it's pegged to BTC and BTC is also bearish.

Altcoins usually tend to follow Bitcoin's price trend but in a much more exaggerated manner (since they signify more risk). Litecoin is another example of a coin that lost value a lot more than Bitcoin. Also remember that NXT experienced two bubbles/spikes in 2014 - the first one happened at around the beginning of the year and the second one happened at around June when the price shot up to over 10 cents. Usually these types of bubbles aren't sustainable, and so you would expect to see the price decline from the ATH. The exact same thing happened to BitShares and Darkcoin too.

The price of NXT has slumped and being dumped to 1/3 it's recent highs a few months ago. FACT. Yes, to every metric, the platform is as successful as it can be given the time span, and growing significantly: The definition of success... what's wrong with this picture? The ghost of the initial distribution, of course, is a clear influence -and, no doubt, the source of the dumping, elaborate but relentless- but, mostly, that NEXT is an intimidating, enormously complex project/platform. One would have to study it, through the tens of thousands of sources available, for YEARS to really get an understanding of what it is, what it does, what it can do, who is doing it and how the whole thing works and, supposedly, will continue to work. All without any single responsible (legally) institutions or real names behind it. Needless to say it, all of this is scary enough to have most people in crypto -and absolutely everyone outside of crypto- not wanting to touch it with a ten feet pole.
784  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] SMAC - Social Media Advertising, Market Live on Bittrex! on: May 09, 2015, 11:28:58 AM
Cant believe i'm only finding this coin now. I dont know how I missed it but for real.. Viral is where its at.. Yall should check it out. Its got a king at the helm when it comes to marketing and is poised to launch a killer coin and platform.

There is more than enough money in social media advertising to support 2 or more coins. SMAC may not have a "celebrity dev," but as you see from the 6 btc marketbuy that they just executed, SMAC is the real deal.

Like Viral, SMAC is still in its infancy so now is the time to buy in. Look at the price and remember there are only 650,000 coins TOTAL.

I know bro, I never said otherwise.. Just that you guys should check it out... never bashed smac and as a matter of fact Im looking into smac now. If im investing in one social marketing coin why not invest in both and hedge my bets.. right?

That would be nice and dandy... except for two very simple things:

1.- You, dear Bobby, Bob, Robert, are the infamous Bobsurplus, so everyone knows what is going on when you appear.
2.- None of the peoples involved with either project have even the remotest idea of how social media advertising works... nor it is of actual significance for none of the two projects will even touch the space.

Other than that, naturally, everyone is more than free to throw away their money as they please...

When Bobsurplus and Barabbas appear, then it's time to take your money and run....these guys are a pest for any coin. Sorry SMAC but your coin is infected now

Anyone who has been around enough has seen them and let them be. They have quite the history on here and are a thing of the past.

As for the coin use and adoption, the new social media marketing based uses coming will be the next surge and go from being used as an asset that is growing in value as the buy backs happen each month to be a driving force of use and demand. We currently sit around with people staking which is great but in the market, it leaves it quiet. Once we start to facilitate people using SMAC on the forums and portal inside the social media scene, we will see a new level of demand and market activity.

Thye great thing of the internet -and crypto- is that reputations, and the trails that support them-, are easily traceable. And yest, from the "Story of Bob Surplus" to everyone of his endeavors, he and what he does, is quite well known by anyone in crypto... except that the vast majority are way behind his game tactics, of course, so they keep giving him money again and again (except when I come on time, as in the case of EKN recently, and abort the plan immediately. Or when I blew the whole thing to smithereens on the BAY scam). My path is also very easily traceable all the way to my WALLS of HONOR and SHAME and with special detail in the uncovering of other scams such as BlackCoin and, more recently PinkCoin and SeedCoin (now defucnt)... which is where you, Boxxa, come in. Because you were part of Pink, among many others. And, as a matter of fact, integral part of my uncovering of their shady behind the scenes activities. So you are perfectly traceable too. And although straight, planned scams cannot be charged to you yet, to my knowledge, ya have shown a special knack to pick losers and outright scammers to associate with one way or another, again and again. As, in my opinion, is the case here.

First of all I like that you at least have semi-told people that this is a crypto coin only in name. In fact this is a public business -pretended, of course-, funded by that public and totally  controlled by the three of you. You need to come out much more clearly though. As in: THIS IS A PRIVATE BUSINESS, FUNDED WITH PUBLIC MONEY, TOTALLY CENTRALIZED, IN WHICH THE THREE OF US ("THE TEAM") EXERCISE FULL AND ABSOLUTE CONTROL OF EVERYTHING, FROM DECISION-MAKING TO MONEY DISTRIBUTION. And then, and only then, we will be really talking, ok?

Now, that fact that you guys choose Social Media Advertising as the source of revenue of your business, is laughable, of course. First because you have no idea whatsoever what social media advertising is, to begin with, and much less how to monetize it with any hope of a profitable future (there's none). Social media is controlled, of course, by the gatekeepers, exercising more control every time and leaving no place for any further intermediaries like SMAC pretends to be. The sites you are talking about, as "already monetized" are sites that will have no life beyond a few weeks, months at the very best. And even those with enormous potential liiability given that the graphic content is usually stolen -as in not paid for- so when Getty images comes suing guess who is liable? Furthermore, those sites are already off the grid in most cases because people got tired of clicking dozens of times pages that take several minutes to load all the ads only to find the "content" spread over more and more pages to pick up more fake clicks... No one will put up with that crap no more. Actually, no one does already.

But the kicker is you, boxxa. I am assuming you present your project to advertisers as you present it to the investors, with your meme as party of "the team", right? What do you think they will think -and do- when they find out that you only have a couple followers on twitter when you pretended to have as many as 9,000? Do you think they will believe anything you'll ever say... or anyone says on behalf of you or any "team" of which you are part of? Remember what I told you above about the "traceability"? How's this for traceability: https://www.twitteraudit.com/boxxa

I won't go on -although I could- on many other aspects of this new enterprise of yours that, again, is destined to bite the dust in the usual unceremoniously manner. No point in it. Those who want to give you their money already has and the rest, well, hopefully they will take realities into consideration. I will repeat to clarify: I don't think you are a scammer (although falsely multiplying you followers is not exactly proof of honesty); I do believe though that you are just a lazy bum in search of easy shortcuts at any (credibility) cost... and with quite extraordinary bad intuition for you seem to keep on betting just on losers. You are going to need to seriously increase your betting average -and clean up your act- if you can ever hope for any success. In crypto and in life.

waiting someone sell to me to low price...

There are not enough coins in the market to buy. I dont think people who have belief in this project would sell their coins.

It is the other way around in fact: No one believing in this project is buying. And when someone does in any minimal amount, is immediately flooded with coins...
786  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [NXT] Nxt - Official Thread on: May 09, 2015, 09:59:34 AM
Thanks, I want to store my Bitcoins on different locations securely. I already use a cold storage wallet. That means, if these three guys which running the servers decide to disappear, the BTC are gone, right? Then it is not a option for me at the moment. Just to exchange Bitcoin to NXT.

I am planning to store some of my BTCs on the MultiGateway. As far as I know is it not fully decentralized. How secure are those Bitcoins stored there? What happens if the servers are getting down or jl777 (is he running the servers?) is disappearing suddently? Would be nice if someone could answer these questions.

I wouldn't recommend using MGW as a method to safely store Bitcoin, however if you want BTC on AE for trading purposes, it's very secure.  Jl777 does not run the servers, they are operated by 3 independent parties that all need to agree on any deposit/withdrawal.  There has yet to be a "hack" of MGW.  Some guy has 300BTC on there, so I believe it's pretty safe, but cold storage or a dedicated wallet like Trezor are your best bets if you only want to store.

I believe the MGW bitcoin addresses are all 2 of 3 multi-sig so if 1 operator goes the other 2 operators can still spend from the addresses.

Yep it needs 2/3

That isn't just NOT SECURE, that is actually a joke...
787  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think are the most important features in a coin? on: May 07, 2015, 11:34:00 PM
Every single coin, except bitcoin, is conceived, designed and developed with a main purpose, regardless of features or anything  else: to make money for its developer.

Not the case for PayCon[CON] though. A dev donated his coins to GAW victims. I think not the case for CLAMS either - I highly doubt that CLAMS developer had the most old btc addresses with coins Wink Not everybody is corrupted...

Strictly on the premise that there's no rule without exception, i would accept that. Now think for a moment... isn't that particular instance a case of simple, uncontroled hatred? Besides that, a donation in charity not policy. Question is what is in paycon for its developer? Not long ago he was quite literally licking Garza's ass begging for some donation crumbs...

The case if CLAMS? I'll suspend judgement for now until corroboration materializes, ok?
788  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think are the most important features in a coin? on: May 07, 2015, 06:24:18 AM
barabbas, let's be open-minded for a while. Many of us are aware (though we can't always caught them) of the scams going on around crypto-world, but there are still few decent projects with good people behind them. I don't think there is anything bad in ICO's (while funds are used properly) or developers to earn some money, because if someone is working, I find it pretty normal to have some profit. No one should work for free.

It isn't a matter of being open minded, but of looking at things the way they are. Let me explain it to you a bit. ICO: Lets say that you are selling 100k coins of your project in an ICO at 10k satoshis each, ok? demand reaches only to 5 BTC, so the only real money you get is those 5 BTC, you follow? But those 5 BTC only buy 50k, you still have 50k more to sell, right? so you sell them to yourself, hence you pay yourself 5 BTC. %BTC go from your right pocket to your left pocket while your "no premine" account now holds 50k coins that, effectively, have cost you absolutely nothing. Get the picture now? Even if you dump those 50k coins for half the "price" (5000 sat) you stil make 2.5 BTC clean profit. As you can see, any and ALL ICO's, no exception, as I wrote, are a simple and easy to spot scam. I repeat: No exceptions.

Now, for a developer to "earn money because they are working", sorry but no, that is NOT how it should work. Imagine launching a coin is a business, ok, let's say a restaurant, for example... number one, a LICENSE is required. Several permits and compliances are required. A very big investment is required. And a name and address of the person ultimately legally responsible. That "simple" business is full or risk and complexity and, no matter how successful, the one's putting up the money, let's say the sole owner who happens to be a chef, is not counting on ANY PROFITS in YEARS!!! And that is IF the business is successful... as opposed to 65% or more, on average, that result in net losses instead when the lack of success forces them to close doors. Are we getting the picture now? Most "devs" are just loser jerkoffs living in their parent's garages and with a very limited ability to code some sheet. Most "dev teams" also include some impossible to employ jerkoff -also living in the parent's garage-, who took some graphic design classes and has never been paid to work, not one single day. Those "teams" usually include also some "community manager" who is the proverbial jerkoff who never has worked a single day in his life, is a "professional" stoner, has a couple of outdated antminers and has spend the last 5 years of his life jerking off to websites of one kind or another. That's the picture of your average "dev team" in cryptoland which copy/pasted the code of Shadow Coin and launch their ICO, ok? And, naturally, they expect to be paid "for their work". Sorry but that's the reality. And that is why crypto is the land in disarray it is... and getting much worse every day.

If there was any capable developer, even loosely "honest", with a vision and a plan, real investors would flock en masse to support his or her project: Sorry but it doesn't exist. Not to my knowledge. I know of some that are somewhat capable (at least capable enough to know and admit that they are not very capable but are willing to hire capable people), but not a single one that is honest... not even in the loose sense of the term. If by any miracle you would find one somewhat capable and loosely honest, FOR SURE you would ALSO find in the same person an insufferable egomaniac with absolute no idea whatsoever of what a business plan is but still convinced beyond any doubt that he knows more than anyone else, no exceptions, of finances, business administration, promotion endeavors and feature development, so you would still be left with a maniacal idiot when everything is said and done, one holding all the power (and the kiss-ass disposition of all the major investors) over the project that YOU have financed. Like the picture? How's that as a recipe for success, ah?

And yet, people in general would be more than glad to give that person also a 5-10% premine of the project without hesitation, so he could "profit from his work" (which would be as "hard" as, at most, 30 minutes of coding sheet per day, most probably not even that.

So, as you can see, my mind is quite open. To see reality for what it is, not for what you want to delude yourself to believe it is.

It's the perfect fit indeed.
790  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [NXT] Nxt - Official Thread on: May 06, 2015, 04:05:57 PM
77 people holding 99% is evidence of a closely guarded secret.

Of course it is true... and of course it has been "redistributing" for months: being dumped and diverted towards "assets and btc. And no it isnt true that crypto in general has been sold off. As a matter of fact a few established coins have actually rebounded including btc whic i will remind you it sits now at 45% above its most recent lows.

The dump continues as has been happening since NXT traded at triple the current price only a few months ago. FACT.

Except it's not true. The initial distribution 18months ago is ancient history and probably doesn't affect the price much now. It's a bear market and everyone is selling crypto right now, and Nxt is no exception. Nxt has great tech, but it still has to make the jump where it gets widespread usage/exposure.

NEM got dumped pretty hard when it launched and that wasn't supposed to happen because 'fair distribution'. Nxt's present distribution is similar to other cryptos such as litecoin, and that it's a problem is just an urban legend that keeps getting repeated.
791  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Viorcoin | Voice & Video Call | ViorNumber | Cheap International Calls on: May 06, 2015, 10:22:51 AM
Okay, I would take care of volumes on bittrex. Smb, Nobodyyouknow, Niki If you guys could get on with the coding part with the developers you know, it would be very much appreciated.

I already did, and he's out of the country on another project until next week. He plans to meet with me once he's back and we can get this rolling.

I hate to have to be the guy that always call it like it is but, in two words: DON'T BOTHER.  There's no "meeting" that is needed. And, fortunately, there are no distances nowadays either. What there is, in truckloads, is BULLSHIT. If a dev is interested, he doesn't need to "meet" anyone that he cannot text, call, skype, pm, etc from the farthest part of the world and not for more than half an hour to make a very quick and clear decision as if he wants to be involved and under which circumstances. The rest, ALL of the rest, is BULLSHIT by any name you may want to assign to it. And, most definitely, not worth pursuing, ok?

The other, very important, consideration you need to think about is why any dev worth his salt would want to be involved in a project like this... just use your brains and think a bit: How many "rescued by the community" projects you know that have been successful? That should clarify things a bit, don't you think? Back, again, to why any dev worth his salt would want to be involved in this rescue instead of, for instance, launch his own coin... think a couple of minutes about that. The community? it's minimal and quite shitty, let's call it what it is: They will sell (the have) even at these prices to salvage what amount to 50 dollars. And real solid members, you can count them with the fingers of both your hands... any outrageously evident scam that launches attracts tens of those and hundreds of the shitty ones. If not more. Why rescuing this one then?  The truth, the only truth, is that those 10 members -or less- hold a lot of coins and really want VIOR to be worth something some day. Because right now it is worth nothing. That's the only motive, nothing else. So they will pay for a dev, in worthless VIOR on a wing and a prayer. And, like many before them, will fail because, frankly, they cannot afford any decent dev... unless they are willing to pony up REAL, VALUABLE cash, fiat or BTC.

So, now that we have the REAL perspective, why don't "we" get the cash first and then offer someone that may be interested in it -there will be plenty, but not for long term commitment- to get this one back up an running again. Those interested will not need "meetings" nor excuses of foreign trips or other BS; they will get up and do it, get their money and on to the next one. VIOR doesn't need anyone beyond that either. What "we" need is to begin to call things by their real denominations. And go on from there.
792  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think are the most important features in a coin? on: May 06, 2015, 07:43:16 AM
Every single coin, except bitcoin, is conceived, designed and developed with a main purpose, regardless of features or anything  else: to make money for its developer. Andvthat money comes, logically, from the investirs. Not the real ones, mind you. The real ones buy large amounts directly from the developer at less than half the price you buy them from the exchanges. In the case of Bobsurplus and others, for free in many instances. Everything is done in the background. The regular individual investor has no chance and, in fact, is actually playing lotto... or russian roulette. Even when investing in established projects, such as NXT. All ICOS, by design, are scams. No exceptions: devs are putting their money from the right pocket and into the left one while keeping 90% or more of the coins and faking volume and investor interest to dump those free coins on noobs ... or cretins. Or both. The longer you hold the bigger the risk you are taking, of couse but, unless you are able to escape by pure luck with profits, you are just a mark. A walking target. A bagholder.
793  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [NXT] Nxt - Official Thread on: May 05, 2015, 05:32:29 PM
It is remarkable the orderly but massive sell off that is being taking place in NXT during the last few months... at a cost of 60% of the value of the project, of course.

Everything that can go right IS actually going right and yet the dumping is relentless, to the point that the market cannot assimilate it, no matter how good the news can be. Simply too many people selling... which we all know IS the main problem of this project: the distribution. Some or all of those 70-something people who hold 99.99% of the total NXT, are selling. Relentlessly if orderly. New investors, logically, have learn to stay away completely while the decline continues.

No good. Not good at all.

barabbas, whereas I agree with your comments in the other threads, stop for a while this time and have a look what was delivered (in a timely manner) in case of this coin, before firing your gun. Not so fast. All what was promised was delivered, dev has been very responsive until now (it doesn't mean he has to come here every time a new fud accusation post is added to deny it). Speaking of bullshit everyone should check out your post history. How is it possible to make so many posts on hundreds of altcoin threads without a single one being positive.

Thank you for suggesting it. Everyone  should check the hid tory of those whose posts they are interested in. They should, in my case, also check both THE WALL OF HONOR and THE WALL OF SHAME. And, more recently, my call another "high flier" which, hopefully, contributed to save a lot of people a lot of money...

As for the abundance of bs and scams galore... well, the sad state of crypto as a whole tells the story better than I could, so ill let it do so precisely.

In this outright scam in particular i should only say that this guy hs s no clue as to how advertising works and especially advertising online. Not only the dick cream he peddled but nothing at all. And let me remind everyone that he was on the LOSING end of the fb lawsuit, total loser that he is. But he will manage, with bob's help, to scam you out of a few btc for sure.
Hopefully  not from too many of you...

For close references on "new ally" bob, check BAY history and that recent high flier now debunked i told you about above. And if all of this doesnt show you a clear picture of whats going on here, by all means spread your money any way you see fit. It wont be yours for long thats for sure.

If after all of this you still want to "test those waters", so to speak, well I believe you would need to have your head examined but, in any case, you are welcome to play the obvious at your own risk...
