861  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What if Elon musk launches his own coin? on: July 04, 2021, 11:06:11 PM
Elon Musk can create his own coin but there's already one existing that is named after him and it's doing good and gaining a lot of supporters from the community because it was created by a reputable manager Lightlord.

ElonCoin

This one is a staking coin if ever Elon Musk going to create one since he is the richest man on this planet he can create his own chain, because he can hire the best developers and coders in this planet.
862  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Not list token any exchange but sell? on: July 04, 2021, 10:07:54 PM
I want to know some information about bounty tokens here. What I want to know is - if a bounty sends me some of their tokens to wallet as payment, but the token is not an exchange list. I want to sell this token. ICO rate is given. In that case, can I exchange the token in the market? If there is any such information, I want to know. If there is, I want to learn the system. Give me information about this.

There's no way to sell a token if it is not yet in the market unless someone offers to buy it or you offer it to sell and there is a taker, I have a lot of coins that I have received but it failed to get in the market, so it becomes useless or shitcoin, this is the term investors are using if the coin cannot be traded.
This is the risk of participating in an ICO there is no guaranty that the exchange will get in the market that is why people prefer to invest in IEO because it is guaranteed to get in the market.
863  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All of a sudden they want to join crypto. on: June 28, 2021, 09:45:31 PM
basically, they will give praise and want to join the crypto world when they see the many advantages in it without learning about it. however, many people I see fail in the crypto world simply because they are attracted to the success of others in the crypto world. I really hope these people learn the risks, and everything in the crypto world, not just the benefits.

I have seen in my social media feeds people promoting Cryptocurrency as the easiest way to double your profit, they preach the buy and HODL method and early-bird scenario without explaining the risk involved, they preach the coin that they are promoting as the next Bitcoin.
they will just later find out the volatility of the market and how risky it is not to do research and pouring all their money.
864  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto Gambling Licenses - What they actually mean on: June 28, 2021, 01:04:08 PM

I don't think that it is true, that a gambling licence means nothing. We as the gamblers get at least a low level of security from them, like whats the name of the company behind it and where it is registered. Online gambling licences are not comparable of the licence a physical casinos needs to obtain, on site casinos are facing much more supervision. It is true that you can obtain a gambling licence fairly cheap from special jurisdictions. In my opinion it is better to gamble with a casino that has a licence than one that has no licence at all, since there is no supervision over the internet. Having to pay at least 30,000 USD will prevent some scammers to open up their own casino.

That's your opinion and we respect that, but having a license will not and cannot stop scammers from scamming their players
1XBIT has an operating license and yet they are the biggest scammers in the gambling industry, and the license issuer did not yet revoke their license, this is one proof that reputation carries more weight than a license.

865  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stay away from Robinhood on: June 28, 2021, 12:46:13 PM
This is a warning for crypto newbies out there, stay away from robinhood do not buy your coins from this scam ecosystem cos all they do is prevent you to buy and sell when you least expected which is benefiting for them, they have done this few times before and they will do it again, Coinbase, binance, Huobi are better places to buy your crypto

You should make your accusation valid by showing proof that they are really doing this, the scam section is the proper place to do that, how many few times and to whom, if you have actual experience on their service then show some proof, I agree on your point that the best place to buy coins are Coinbase, Binance, and Huobi, but we should give a chance to small exchange and but fight scammers.
866  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: A crypto chat - A place to chat about crypto! on: June 28, 2021, 11:16:26 AM

I'm actually going to be replacing the backend with react but it's in development ! Absolutely a valid point and wordpress should never be a long term goal indeed. I'm just one man right now! Maybe someday with a team I could have produced it from scratch rapidly Smiley

WordPress is already good but the script you are using right now is not what users will feel like a chat site
There are a lot of premium WordPress chat script and plugin if you want to continue using WordPress this is a list of the best script and plugins

The cheapest is $11 a month and the premium one is worth $40 a month.

867  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New crypto that rose 168,000% while BTC and other coins where bleeding. on: June 28, 2021, 05:25:24 AM
The marketcap of this coin is only $5M and only listed on small and unpopular exchange with very low trading volume. So I doubt this coin has high potential.

Obviously, OP is shilling the coin to high heavens, have checked the historical data

https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/webdollar/historical_data/usd#panel

and I don't see the period where it rose to 168,000%, is this a type error it does not qualify to a coin with good potential, I will believe it is if it is traded on Binance with at least 5 figure volume but I did not see that, it's another shitcoin that bag holders are trying to push for investors to buy and OP is engaging to shilling this coin.
868  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: At what point do we confirm the long term aspect of a project is guaranteed? on: June 27, 2021, 11:22:50 PM
Everyone use to shout and claim that bitcoin and ethereum are the coin of the future. YEAH I accepted that with no arguments.  Bitcoin is classify as a store of value. the same way we classify Gold.
My question is, AT WHAT POINT OR DAY DO WE SAY THAT THE LONG TERM ASPECT OF BITCOIN HAS BEEN ACCOMPLISH?
When do a long term project becomes successful?

You should look at its first year then look at its current state now to know the territory it covers and will continue to cover, those who shouted that Bitcoin is the future ten years ago have what Bitcoin has reached now in their mind, now if at this current time we are going to shout Bitcoin is the future we are thinking of a different scenario, the technology, and the world is evolving, it depends on the time when we preach that Bitcoin is the future.
869  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are all the celebrities promoting this new PABLOINU coin? on: June 20, 2021, 11:19:25 PM
I saw a lot of ads from big celebrities promoting this new similar coin like dogecoin and shiba saying it's going 100x. It has still not released ,it's releasing tonight I think but I'm trying it out with 1 BNB to see what happens. What do you think, is it worth it or not?
https://pabloinu.money/

Who are the celebrities promoting this coin you did not mention any name or even a screenshot of the ads, this is another pump and dump meme coin and we have so many of these now in the market, the market is being saturated with these meme coins, it's risky to invest if you are going to invest in a trend project with no use case at all,
Are they honoring a gangsta boss here for creating this coin no way I'm going to invest here.

$PabloInu is a coin made for the most gangsta dog in the planet, the dog that was named after Pablo Escobar
870  Other / Off-topic / Re: Slapping Tournament on: June 15, 2021, 10:01:04 AM
Just got this from my feed it's one of the slapping tournaments between a bodybuilder and an arm wrestler this kind of tournament is organized by a company and people can watch via a pay-per-view and can cast a bet.

https://www.facebook.com/OfficialCSF/videos/313061330462827

The bodybuilder knocks his arm wrestler opponents, from this video we can conclude that even a slap can produce a knockout.

874  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ BOXING POLL ADDED ] JOSHUA vs USYK on: June 04, 2021, 10:01:49 PM
Usyk is a dangerous opponent he is undefeated he is hungry and he wants to be in the spotlight and he knows that Joshua has a weak spot it was exposed by Ruiz, when he was upset so it's going to be an interesting match, Joshua is on it's way to a great legacy if he can unite all titles and he must hurdle this one so he can have a chance on unifying the heavyweight crown, I'm sure he will fight whoever wins on the Wilder - Fury third fight.
875  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Tank Davis vs Barrios - June 26 on: June 03, 2021, 10:47:48 PM

It looks like Tank will be the underdog in this contest, he's a great fighter but is going to be moving into fresh ground within a higher weight division. Mario will be used to fighting heavier hitters and has a 2 fight win streak lead over, however narrow that might be in reality. It is definitely going to be a major let down for one of them as I highly doubt it'll go to a draw scenario. That is one killer record of 95%+ knockouts from Davis, Barrios should take it if he can block the blows properly.

I don't think it will be a problem for Davis so many guys have done this and still doing this, Manny Pacquiao comes from flyweight up to superwelterweight and he still carries those big punch, Barrios doesn't have a perfect defense, and Gervonta's two hands are power pack, we have seen how powerful it is in the Sta Cruz fight, a big puncher and talented like Davis cannot be underestimated, Barrios had a hard time and got hurt when he fought Akhmedox he was exposed here.
876  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Manny Pacquiao vs Errol Spence Jr - August 21 on: June 03, 2021, 10:19:26 PM

don't expect a re-match as Mayweather is already enjoying his retirement life and enjoy making easy money. Pacquiao is only paid $5 million in this fight, while in the Mayweather vs Paul fight, surely Mayweather makes more than Pacquiao makes in this fight.

Mayweather has slim chances to beat Pacquiao he is still got what it takes to fight strong and young fighters like the Thurman fights, while Mayweather just wants to take the easy fight so he can keep the money flowing, Floyd is living a very extravagant lifestyle and he needs more money to sustain, but he wants to retain his record so he is fighting exhibition fighters, to keep his record safe and for him not to get hurt badly, but Paul is seriously training to inflict damage to Mayweather so let's see.
877  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Jake Paul vs. Tyron Woodley on: June 03, 2021, 04:53:09 AM
This will be embarassing for the UFC if Tyron Woodley loses through a knockout. Ben Askren also did something similar. Also, any UFC fan knows that Tyron Woodley is angry with the UFC.

I predict that Tyron will make certain that he will have himself lying down in the 1st round. Tyron and Ben are also best friends from college wrestling. Are they working together hehehe?
Definitely a big embarrassment, they have two former top fighters in the UFC getting beaten by Jake Paul if that happens, UFC will have then have to pick one of their rosters to take on Jake Paul, so they can even up the score, but it will be embarrassing for Tyron Woodley he is a former champion getting beaten by an amateur, Jake Paul always has nothing to lose fighting these fighters from UFC.
878  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: See why most bounty hunters get scammed on: June 03, 2021, 03:56:59 AM
You are going to waste a lot of precious time if you pick the wrong project to join, but the majority of bounty hunter prefer to join as many campaigns as possible because they do not have the capability to do diligent research and just rely on luck to find a good bounty, because even if the project is good there's a possibility of not getting their share and project failing to reach the goal so the project can proceed.
879  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ohio offering lottery prize worth one million for those that get the COVID shot on: June 03, 2021, 03:33:53 AM
In an attempt to increase the number of people getting vaccinated all kind of incentives are being given in the US, one of the most interesting is that those that get at least the first dose of the vaccine at Ohio will have a chance to win one million dollars, apparently there will five be prizes so a total five million dollars will be given for those that are willing to take the vaccine, and for those that are below the age of 18 there will be full scholarships being offered as well.

What do you think of this? Do you agree with what the governor of Ohio is doing or are you against it?

Source: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-57096039

If they can give that amount why not, they are a rich state and they think that it will have an increase in vaccination, five million dollars is a huge amount of money and it's very tempting but if a guy made up his mind and it's against his will to get vaccinated, I don't think that $1 million dollar lottery can compel him to get vaccinated, there are people who are afraid of needle and they need consultation from a physical to overcome this fear.
880  Other / Off-topic / Re: Slapping Tournament on: June 02, 2021, 01:02:33 AM
A closer look slap is not harmful than a punch, but it can still produce a knockout there's this article I read that
Quote
A slap can't project kinetic energy into a small area the same way a punch can, so for pure breaking power a punch is better. A slap can stun and shock though and is capable of using the jaw as a lever to shake the brain inside the skull causing a knockout the same way as punch does though.

The participants have trained themselves to slap harder I even see one slapping champion smashing a wood with an open wood, and there's no defense the participants just take it and hope it's not harder than they can take, I watched one slapping tournament where I was the one feeling the pain because the slap is really hard and the face of participants are all red coming from slaps
