The thought is that we do NOT need the app on the iPhone. At all. Certainly not in the short term. We need, much more urgently, that you "clean house" of cheats. I dont care if someone has access to 1000 phones and shakes them all all day long... one user, registered, one max amount of 7 coins per day. CONTROLLED. That's the one advantage of this project being a ccentralised one.
All the approaches to fitness /running forums etc. great. But no need to include the ios people until you are ready as an ongoing side project.
More importantly, much more, is to iron out the security issues and the "emulsion" issues. Before those being solved everthing is an absurd exercise in futility with or without the app in the apple store.
Also way more important is to re-brand this thing as it has been pointed out weeks ago.
Finally, once again, listing this in polo or anywhere else, is both futile and counter productive. You will find out soon enough.
Also selling coins mined by beta testers is ridicule and absurd. They are going to get 7 cents a day? You cannot be serious! And you don't need to be trusted by them. Once again the WHOLE thing is decentralised and therefore you can take ALL coins in existence at any time you want. What's the point in showing how this is planned to work? They will or not participate on their own accord not because you give them 7 cents a day.
Also not having yet a rich list and an explorer or ledger of transactions available is a no-no. And, most definitely a block in this project being taken seriously. ..which w ed are extremely far away from reaching, to be quite frankly for you are veering dangerously close to scam territory either by you -or with your approval-, or by those who have been able to amass thousands of coins by means way different than the ones originally intended.

it may heavily depend on deals with telcom operators there. Probably in some countries (China, ?) the bureaucratic (?) difficulties in setting up such a service may be beyond something that is easy to solve in a reasonable time. But maybe Dev could comment on that, to have more clear picture. Obviously you missed it but the dev did already comment on that: his specific words were "... if you don't like it, dump VIOR". You can say with more words but no clearer ones. |

Even bitcoin itself it's still in beta stage. Instead of coming here and lamenting about some flaws, go to Bittrex and sell all your viorcoin and move on to the next alt coins.

It will be, sort of, when you can call any number -regular, existing one- from your phone. Can you do that? Then don't even imply it's a telco. Or that it is possible, ok? And we are not even talking video calls that not even remotely close ok? If you need the desktop wallet to either make or-above all- receive calls and video calls you don't have not only no telco, you don't have use for VIOR. Now when and if ever you get there, with 98% reliability or better., no glitches and practically for no cost, then you will have something potentially valuable. Meanwhile you only have a clone with a nice logo and a great staking wallet... and very serious and qualified competition forvthe telco angle breathing down your neck. Me i like the wallet and the logo. And i believe dev will deliver on real phone and phone video cheapo calls... eventually. Oh and my belief is 30% on a good day so very, very, VERY far from believing but willing to make a decent staking bet just in case. I am, in reality, more of a believer than more of you shills are, actually. |

VIA is one of the most Viable alternative blockchains to BTC... and its Valuation is next to nothing.
If it gets any new impetus, or gets noticed by Big Finance looking for blockchain 2.0 tech, then the sky is the limit in the future.
For investors its another very low cost option on Alt Coin tech.
