1861  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Elon musk is a catalyst of DOGE pump and shibarium also coming soon for SHIBAINU on: November 01, 2022, 10:13:41 PM
Don't you think it's too late to enter in $Doge and it's too risky ATM. I think another correction is waiting for everyone.
(....)
If Dogecoin is risky, then other shitcoins that copied dogecoin are much riskier. For me, the safest is the higher market which is Dogecoin and as you can see, there is a lot of copy cat of the Dogecoin project. For me, Dogecoin is the original and I don't find it is risky at all versus other meme coins that copied the original.
1862  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DOGECOIN AND ITS EFFECT ON SOCIAL MEDIA on: November 01, 2022, 12:43:08 PM
Is there such a thing? That Twitter is asking money just to be verified? I don’t think it’s right to charge people to be verified because a lot of hackers and scammers could just pay and try to scam a lot more people, and that amount would be easy to recover with those types of hacking.

That is definitely not gonna work.
I think it's just fake news. For sure Twitter got their own decision that will help the Twiter itself, charging customers just to get verified (blue check on their profile) is not effective. This fake news for sure made by haters of Elon Musk.
Speaking of Dogecoin, for sure Twitter will start accept such cryptocurrencies especially Bitcoin not only Dogecoin for some part of the Twitter.
1863  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Alters for Next Bull Market on: October 27, 2022, 11:56:42 PM
since all of investors, traders focus and believe in bitcoins. that's the all the truth we all know. but we can miss the jems which could give high potential to gain more return than BTC because of that.
(.....)
There's nothing wrong here if during the bear market that most of your assets are in high market cap coins like  Bitcoin and Ethereum, this is already proven over time or from multiple bear markets and bull markets.
Because most the altcoins are being devasted or being wiped off the market when the bear market starts. But I am not telling all of them, there are some projects that started during bear market and they are doing good. This is difficult to spot, so becareful, higk risk but high reward.
1864  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best Bitcoin And Ethereum Strategy In 2022 on: October 27, 2022, 11:53:48 PM
...But I guess the party is up and over and they have to go through with a sequence of correction again.

I think that the bitcoin price will not return to the previous price level and after some sideways movement it will continue to increase. But in any case, it is impossible to accurately predict the further movement, so everyone must act according to their strategy.
The recent pump is not that strong though, correction can still happen but hopefully it will not be lower than $18k again. I just have a simple strategy this bear market, I just bought at a cheaper price and then take profit right now because It’s already a good profit to me and all I have to do is to wait for another opportunity to buy, it’s not easy to chase the market so make the best out of it and enjoy every profit.
The recent pump could be a sign that we will have a good month next month (November). Because it's really a coincidence that the pump happened on the last days of the month and I believe the monthly candle is about to close. For me, it was testing the $20,000 level of  Bitcoin and bears succeed to break the $20,000 level and it's very positive for me.
1865  Economy / Speculation / Re: There will be more down - bearish on BTC on: October 27, 2022, 11:50:32 PM
(.....)
Clearly can see consolidation area in next year(2023). So definitely we can grab , more buying opportunities rather now.

We had Bull market , Now we are at the end of the bearish momentum. Consolidation area is incoming.

You have point here, and also I am thinking if the year 2023 is the consolidation time or level. Then I expect we will start to see some upward price action in the first quarter of year 2024 which that is months before the Bitcoin block halving which I believe a huge event for entire cryptocurrency market, not only for  Bitcoin, but also with altcoins market.
1866  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IOST Price Prediction | Is IOST a Good Investment? on: October 27, 2022, 11:44:30 PM
IOST seems really not the same as before, IOST is overtaken by some new projects and I believe this is a product of the bear market that started last 2018.
For me, this project started to decrease based on market cap.
With Ethereum starting to push their updates about 2.0 and become proof-of-stake, these kinds of altcoins for sure will be start to lose some users.
1867  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to improve your trading results? on: October 27, 2022, 11:37:05 PM
  • Set your take profit, and stop loss along with the right position sizing. Have a clear plan for what you want to achieve. (To learn how to set up your stop losses and effective position sizing, you can find it here.)
This! For me, this is very important when you are doing trading and you want a good result.
You must train yourself to stick with your plans and can control your emotion. Good risk management, will help you to manage your funds, and manage your profits, losses, and capital.
Capital preservation is the most important because there are a lot of good trade entries in the future, and that's why we should protect our capital at all costs.
1868  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you Consider the Price of Bitcoin to be More Important than its Purpose? on: October 27, 2022, 11:33:11 PM
(....)
So far, I would like to think that bitcoin has been living up to the expectations of Satoshi Nakamoto despite the numerous challenges it has encountered. Nevertheless, the price volatility has been a huge concern to so many people all over the world. I want to know your thoughts - Do you consider the price of Bitcoin to be more important than its purpose?
For me, the price is important but the purpose is more important because that's how Bitcoin was created. Bitcoin was created initially also because of payment. And Bitcoin also solves the current problems of our traditional finance like banking. We can have a bank from our pocket, that's the best use of Bitcoin for me. So price also important, because if Bitcoin got no price or no worth, it's useless.
1869  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What Point Do You Start Accepting Bitcoin as a Payment Option For Your Business? on: October 27, 2022, 11:25:23 PM
Regarding price stability, there are already some solutions for this, like Bitcoin being volatile so you as a company or business owner will get affected.
I believe there are already lot of payment processor there that will manage the collection of your payment to your customer and there's an option that the collected payment will automatically convert to some stablecoin if you are worried about price fluctation/stability/volatility.
1870  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My exorbitant lessons in last bull market on: October 27, 2022, 01:51:12 AM
2. Friends told me that Vitalik have promised Proof of Stake on Ethereum for years and it never came to past, I believe them and invested in Eth mining equipment, I am now selling to gamers since they are not profitable, not even a bit.
One of the many reasons why doing our own research first before executing is the best, by this way, we don't rely on someone so at the end of the day, we will not blame someone because they say so.
For sure, these will be your lessons, it's normal. A lot of people already experienced this especially me last 2018 bull run and I applied my learnings after that.
1871  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I made a mistake shorting BTC at 17k on: October 27, 2022, 01:45:05 AM
Seems OP is just trading. So for me, I am expecting that the OP always has a stop loss. That's how responsible a trader is.
So if he just set some stop loss, the loss of OP is not really huge. Especially there is leverage for sure.
This is normal when you are trading.
1872  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What problem does Bitcoin solve? on: October 26, 2022, 11:11:43 PM
Bitcoin has solved multiple problem from the users, [...]

The main task that bitcoin solves is trust, where intermediaries are not needed, especially financial institutions, to transfer funds from one person to another, besides this is a provable trust from which all parties benefit.
Yes, this is a major advantage of bitcoin over any financial system. With trusted computing, anyone can transfer any amount of value anywhere in the world without having to entrust funds to a third party, such as banks, which can seize or block the funds or charge huge fees. With bitcoin, everything looks transparent and you are the master of the situation.
How about this recent issue with our economy? The inflation rate and cost of living starting also increase. For me, this is also another problem that Bitcoin is solving. Because if you take a look Bitcoin got limited supply only while our fiat currency doesn't have and that makes fiat currency losing their value.
So Bitcoin really solving this also.
1873  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Prime Minister of UK - A crypto believer on: October 26, 2022, 11:04:52 PM
This shows how positive he is about cryptocurrencies and he might lead the way for a wide adoption of cryptocurrencies.
(.....)
Indeed. This is one of the many reasons why everyday there is a lot of good news is coming with Bitcoin. Everyday there are lot of people are being introduced with Bitcoin and how Bitcoin really works and how it solves the current problem we have on financial and these leaders appreciate it, they don't give those kinds of statements without doing their research for sure.
1874  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bear market likely over? on: October 26, 2022, 11:01:23 PM
(.....)
What do you all think about the sudden bounce back and price increase on Bitcoin of lately?
There is a lot when it comes to fundamentals. But I believe it's really a coincidence on the monthly closing candle. If you take a look, few days left before the monthly candle and this is very important to traders or speculators. Some of their analysis could be a buy signal because of some of their analysis and that causes the price to go pump days before the end of this month.
For me, this is a good sign that we can see some good price actions next month.
1875  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Impact of Bitcoin on: October 25, 2022, 02:36:19 AM
Here are some impact that I observed, many governments restrict remittances made from other countries or vice versa making the charges too high, with the use of bitcoin and other crypto, it reduced remittances.
(.....)
They have their own reasons for it. The government is just being a government, they are doing what it can to protect its people. That's why there are a lot of people who are against them, especially on some of their decision, let's take for example some regulations about Bitcoin which are not really useful.
They hate decentralization because they can't control it.
1876  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My Bitcoin and crypto currency experience. on: October 25, 2022, 02:34:22 AM
Bitcoin and crypto currency in general is the new era and I would advise everyone to get involved because it is here to stay. This is the time where basically everything around us has some sorta tech and as life has it we're all evolving by the day.
(....)
I got your point here but there are some people who really don't appreciate Bitcoin, they only starting to acquire or use Bitcoin because of the money involved, like investment, easy money. This is a very common misunderstanding about Bitcoin.
I am not telling that investing in Bitcoin is bad, but people must understand first how Bitcoin works so just incase what will happen to their investment, they will not blame Bitcoin or other people.
1877  Economy / Speculation / Re: A good observer makes a better speculator on: October 25, 2022, 02:32:18 AM
I agree. The longer and more immersed you are in the market, the more familiar you are with its possibilities. It may be hard to track down Bitcoin's price in terms of hours, days, weeks, and months, but the long term prospects may be a little easier to speculate. This is definitely one of the reasons why only newbies are usually affected by corrections and bear cycles. They're the ones who have the tendency to panic. The ones who have been with the market long enough aren't bothered.
Yeah, because you will familiarize the market, how it moves, how it behaves, how it reacts.
Let's say for example there is a lot of news negative or positive news about Bitcoin or even FUD, then you will be ready for how the price of Bitcoin will react especially since you already experienced that multiple times and you are already used to it. It will really help you.
1878  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Leverage investment strategy during bull market on: October 25, 2022, 12:07:19 AM
(....)

This question is funny though, but just want to see the opinions of others about this. Or someone should not hold using leverage because of the reason of risks of going for leverage trading for maximising profit?
If you are just planning to have a long position with leverage and you plan to hold or not close the trade for a long time, better to do it on spot trading. But if you are catching the bottom with leverage, then it's good for you. Wicks during the bull market or bear market are insane, lot of traders are being stop-loss hunted.
1879  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shitcoins and Memecoins on: October 24, 2022, 11:56:44 PM
Shitcoins are everywhere. Just think that most altcoins or cryptocurrency projects right now are shitcoins, the majority are shitcoins. I believe that there is only a small percentage currently that there are legit projects, it is already proven.
And for every bear market, these shitcoins are starting to get wipe to the market which is a good thing also.
1880  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Litentry (LIT) get to $1 this week on: October 24, 2022, 11:40:34 PM
Most of the altcoins are dumping hard right now especially when Bitcoin started to drop from $30,000 and $20,000. As you can see that Bitcoin is having a hard time staying above $20,000 these past few days, so expect that altcoins will dump hard too especially those mid to small-market cap altcoins.
If you take a look even there is not really some bad news on the project or FUD, price is still falling.
