5441  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Useful Application that you can use in a computer/PC. on: April 03, 2019, 08:53:55 PM
Your title and the introductory part of your topic are kind of confusing that's people are not getting well what you are trying to put across.
Honestly, I too did not understand the purpose of the post so.
5442  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CafeCasino.lv closes account and steals $7200 from me on: April 01, 2019, 10:17:07 PM
Please make a scam report like in the format said in this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=260073.0
so that it will be easy to follow up the scam accusation and do all the necessary steps to the suspected scammer
5443  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO]HETACHAIN- A THIRD TRENDY GENERATION BLOCKCHAIN PLATFORM on: April 01, 2019, 10:11:57 PM
OP of the thread was last online on 15th march but has never talked about any progress recently

They claim to have collected lots of money during the private sales but i think those were just lies

And then there was these today from their twitter

https://twitter.com/Heta_org/status/1112672367728168961

Not sure whether it was an April fool's  prank or real
And then I don't understand why they are refunding, yet they claim the whole finding process was successful
5444  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [Guide] Newbies please read Services' / Bounties' topic tittle before applying on: April 01, 2019, 09:36:19 PM

Sometimes bounty managers make  updates with in the thread maybe about the payments or about the number of slots available

5447  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Wave and fundamental analysis on: April 01, 2019, 08:09:37 PM
If you want to get more members into your channel
It's just a word of advice from me.
Just make some good analysis here which members can see and verify... afterwards you will get a following Very many forum people don't trust new accounts, and they will just ignore joining your channel.
I know you maybe having good intention of helping people make good trades.
5448  Other / Meta / Re: LoyceV, You got a competitor! on: April 01, 2019, 08:00:00 PM

5449  Economy / Services / Re: BITCLOAK BITCOIN MIXER [SIGNATURE CAMPAIGN] [OPEN][Merit ++] on: April 01, 2019, 07:01:38 PM
I'm also changed the rate for next month campaign as follows :

(0.008*5 Legendary) Min 20 post
(0.006*5 Senior)  Min 20 post
(0.004*10 Full Member)  Min 15 post
(0.002*10 Member)  Min 15 post
Hey mate, i think you should also include this new rates on the OP so that members who have not gone through the thread can see them from the first page. This could help to attract new members.
Regards.
5450  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns [Last update: 31-Mar-2019] on: April 01, 2019, 06:37:40 PM
Rocket.run Signature Campaign | Full Members - Legendary | Up to 0.0165 Is currently paused/on hold
participants have even been told that they remove signatures by the CM.

Sad news! Rocket.run have decided to put this campaign on hold for the time being to evaluate results and a possible re-work. This was a short but sweet campaign and it was my pleasure to work with all of you! I'll happily accept you into any of my other campaigns, current or future ones and I hope you enjoyed your stay even if it turned out to end so quickly.

You can now remove your Signature & Avatar and you are free to join any other campaign. If you have not received your payment in 30 hours please send me a message or post in this thread so that we can take care of it.

Thank you all, again.

5451  Economy / Services / Re: [CFNP] BitBlender Signature Campaign | Up to 0.0003BTC/Post | Member - Legendary on: April 01, 2019, 06:29:31 PM
-snip-
I think you will be on cue to rank up and will only rank up in the campaign if a full member spot becomes available. Which means for now Hhampuz will continue paying you for a member spot. At least that's what i observed in the past.
By the way looks like Lassie is also now a full member. Not sure which one of you ranked up first thou.
5452  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Demo trading Platforms... Do you know any? List them here. on: April 01, 2019, 04:44:06 PM
Cryptocurrency have very many exchanges. I just suggest to exchange with a high volume so you don't get stuck in shitcoin. For a list of exchange: https://exchangewar.info/

I was looking for demo trading platforms and not really exchanges as i will be using Binance and Bitmex.
By the way most of the exchanges to wash trading as per the reports lately so if you go by the volume, you may end up falling for a fake exchange whose daily trade volume is being generated by bots. So if i were you, i would be careful when picking exchanges based on trading volume.
5453  Other / Meta / Re: Real selfies in the KYC thread. on: April 01, 2019, 04:20:02 PM
They don't care about sharing the details because the probably have nothing to lose or probably they think they are somewhere unreachable.
If someone really fell for today's prank then that level of naivety is off the chats.
5454  Other / Meta / Re: Free Merits !!! on: April 01, 2019, 03:58:03 PM

5457  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Another phishing site on: March 31, 2019, 10:46:25 PM
Thanks for finding it out, a lot of phishing sites that are trying to imitate the whole forum's(SMF) theme. Although for most, we used to check the URL if it's a correct one, there's still some people who are new to the forum that doesn't care much about the URL but just looks at the theme of the forum and they are the ones who are prone to this kind of phishing site.
Even when one is browsing and tired. You can easily be fooled by the website.
That's why i prefer searching using the forum's search button but sometimes it disappoints and over delays. Other times it brings up some server time out error
5458  Other / Meta / Re: Why my posts are getting deleted? on: March 31, 2019, 09:19:02 PM
I just looked at the thread you started and am pretty sure you made a couple of consecutive posts while trying to reply other members, one after the other.
This is not allowed in the forum as it's considered spam or an attempt to increase post count. When mods see the posts, they will obviously delete them regardless of the reply being on topic or offtopic

When replying so many people, it's necessary you quote the different members and reply them in a single post.
5459  Other / Meta / Re: Why not Make "Unofficial list of (official) Bitcointalk.org rules..." Official? on: March 31, 2019, 08:57:02 PM
What would change if the rules became Official? Those who get banned for the most common reasons such as copy-pasting and spamming don't care about the rules anyway.
Some of them care... If they didn't care, would you see them opening up appeal threads on meta?

And those who do care and abide by the rules aren't affected by the name. Many rules are subjective by nature. What one mod considers off-topic might not be completely off-topic by another mod.
The name changes the perspective of how some members view the rules. You may view them differently now because you are an older member and you know what to do but If one is a newbie, things maybe different.
It happened to me that's why i made a suggestion about it. At first when I saw "Unofficial List", I Ignored reading them but had I seen "Official forum rules" or "List of Forum rules" it would have been different

Moderators' decisions varying surely can't stop them from being official rules of the forum. They are supposed to be like a standard or benchmark against which decisions will be made. Of course not everyone will follow them, but they will help to guide the members who are willing to be within the limits.
Your Country for example has Laws but has their existence stopped any crimes at all?
5460  Other / Meta / Re: Carefully give (sMerit). on: March 31, 2019, 08:37:34 PM
If the post is helpful to the community or has some good substance then i don't think it's a crime to give out some merit to the poster.
If i had enough merit and i got a merit worthy post even from a red tagged member(provided the tag was not scam related), i would merit them without thinking twice. There is no reason to be too mean with merit so long as it does it's used for it's intended purpose rightly.

I mean, it's just some code for crying out loud  Cheesy
