5081  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: lootbits.io is a scam or not on: May 17, 2019, 08:30:35 PM
Update:
I'm at 68% right now.

The rewards I get at this point are few hundred Satoshis. sometimes even lower. as low as 37 Satoshis! haha Cheesy

Maybe they will pay someone the minimum threshold eventually, but it would take a very looooooong time to reach it.

They will milk the players/users for as long as they can. It may take months or years to reach the threshold and it you might never reach it after all. even if you have thousands of gems.

I'm almost certain that no one got paid yet. It's almost impossible. or perhaps it is.
Exactly what I have been thinking from day one.
As you reach a higher percentage, the points you keep receiving keep lowering in away that by the time one reaches above 80%, it will look virtually impossible to reach the withdrawal limit and with this people will give up before reaching there.
So basically it's will be time wasted on the player's side and maybe ad views gained from their side.

You might wanna check out this mate.
https://bitcoin.org/en/choose-your-wallet

All your trusted Bitcoin wallets are in there  Wink

As for coinbase and those other wallets you have to sign up for, I am personally not a fan of them as your private keys are held by third party services, implying that you don’t really have control of your Bitcoins/cryptos.
Sometimes they even force you to do KYC  in order to use their wallets so if you love being anonymous, I guess you have to stay away from them.
5084  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How do I get images to load? on: May 17, 2019, 06:04:30 AM
And if you are in hurry to be able.to load images and get to use.the feature in this forum I suggest you to look on market place and see those legit users sellong bitcointalk account using trusted escrow service. However, it is said.in the forum that selling of accounts were discouraged. Many of users in that section were getting scam especially if the thread started by a newbie or a red trust user.
Not a good piece of advice to give to a newbie especially at this time when account sales are heavily frowned upon by the community.
Just out of curiosity, are there even escrow services that still accept to do an escrow service for forum account sales?

I think if OP planning to stay in the forum for  a good time, then growing your own account is the way to go. One merit is not so hard to get so that you rank up to Jr Member.
5085  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Weird transaction stuck on the blockchain on: May 17, 2019, 05:58:51 AM
He initiated the .125 BTC - the receiver already confirmed verbally they received it but you see there are no confirmations and it's going on 48 hours.

The  0.75029037 BTC went out to a different address - at the exact same time... He did not initiate this transaction.

The 0.75029037 BTC went to his change address: https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/1GYdECbNdBgskJheNqn8k1FnMYziawAM5C which i believe is also in the same wallet, so he does not have to worry about it.
He just has to locate the address 1GYdECbNdBgskJheNqn8k1FnMYziawAM5C in the wallet if he wants to send out money some other time again.

The longer confirmations are probably due to the recent spike in BTC price and there a spike in BTC transaction fees too

this thread was created on: November 08, 2018, 02:08:04 PM

after 5 months you come to justify yourself and say nonsense?

you're seeing proof that you have fake team, you're not ashamed to say this:
Grin Grin It's about that time of the year again to make money. The bull run is back, so I guess  they had logged off during the bear market and then recently logged in only to realize that they had already been exposed.

How shameless some scammer can be? Even with all the evidence here, one still claims that their project has enemies and that it is trusted.

5087  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Increasing Spamming Attempt at Announcement Sub on: May 17, 2019, 05:37:10 AM
I am not spamming nor not a scammer! Who is this RIFIUTI who edited that picture and accused me as scammer?

Have you checked my post history to find the truth? Why this guy reported me? I don't understand his point and why edited picture with my name?

Wrong accusation! Admin and moderator please check this RIFIUTI's account for accusing me!

He destroyed my reputation! Tsk tsk!
He did not destroy your reputation or something like that. He was simply reporting what he saw in the ANNs board.
What you should  do is to be calm and Contact @ICOEthics or @Lafu through PM and tell them what happened(since they are the ones who left you a tag)
I am sure it can be resolved and you can get your reputation back once proven that your account was hacked and you did not post that stuff.

There have been incidents like this in the past so you are not the first person to Experience this.
5088  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Possible? or not? on: May 17, 2019, 05:02:50 AM
I think a welcome message containing links to forum rules would be appropriate.
To be honest when i first joined the forum, i didn't even know where forum rules were and i never read them. Luckily for me, I did not commit any offense that was against the forum rules.
I only realized that plagiarism was a serious offense when i saw some members making ban appeals there.

Even the title for the forum rules doesn't really look like something that can attack attention from Newbies to head over there to read the rules. Apparently, it's still "An Unofficial List of Forum rules...Cheesy
5089  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Increasing Spamming Attempt at Announcement Sub on: May 17, 2019, 04:54:24 AM
Simple : Use the Report to Moderator button and if the thread is spammy/contains a virus, they will be trashed by the mods.
I have reported threads containing malware a number of times in the ANNs section to the mods but nothing seems to be done unlike when you do it in other boards.
5090  Other / Meta / Re: [LIST] Banned users on: May 17, 2019, 04:09:28 AM
I have a better plan (added to my Todo): I'll use my recent scraper, and remove any user who creates a new post. That should work for most unbanned users.
You are right, I reckon it's a better thing to do and it should work just fine because I didn't even have a thought of all those who had the permanent ban lifted still having a 60-day ban on posting.
5091  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: SUDDEN CRASH on: May 17, 2019, 04:01:12 AM
Wait a minute. You say he joined in 2017 so he has little idea of how volatile the market can be??? LOLOLOL! Do you realize all the volatility that has gone on since he joined? LOLOLOL!

GTFO of here with that talk. This is for serious posts only.
Stop with the ignorance already  Grin
When did the Volatility ever go?

$4K to $8K within 6 weeks and then a drop from $8500 to $7100 within 24 hours and you still think volatility is gone?
Do you even know the meaning of volatility.

How stupid can some posters be?  Roll Eyes
5092  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: SUDDEN CRASH on: May 17, 2019, 03:21:31 AM
You join here in 2017 which means you have a little of knowledge how volatile the crypto market can be.
You should know by now that whenever bitcoin raises in price, there is a period of correction or pull back afterwards. Do not expect the market price to be only on the rise forever. That is not a healthy market.

My ethereum wallet hacked...

Dear experts member my mew wallet hacked please suggest me ,how to recover...if anybody help to recover I will give him percentage..

Unfortunately you can not reverse transactions on the Ethereum blockchain once they are confirmed.
Your private key was probably stolen through phishing and you should abandon that wallet as soon as possible.

Transfer out any tokens valuable that are left in it to a new wallet address. Sorry for your loss.
5096  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I know about Merit but what is Smerit? on: May 16, 2019, 08:18:42 AM
sMerit in other words is Sendable Merit.
For every 2 Merits you receive from other members, you will get 1 sMerit.
sMerits are what you use to merit other people's posts

5098  Other / Meta / Re: The fastest UNBAN for plagiarism on: May 15, 2019, 10:40:16 PM
I'm curious about tvplus006.  Why has he not appealed his ban?  He's been online since the ban was issued, and he's definitely another that would likely get a reduced punishment.  Like Lovesmayfamilis, tvplus006 exposed many scams and also contributed much to the forum.
I think some people just love to keep off some harsh responses that come off certain individuals who feel like "saints" here in Meta when one has made a mistake, so they just decide not to open an appeal.
5099  Other / Meta / Re: [BAN APPEAL] tvplus006 on: May 15, 2019, 10:25:31 PM
Even tvplus006 got banned?  Shocked
I had no idea. He's a very good asset in the scam accusations board and i believe he deserves a second chance just like lovesmayfamilis
They have been bursting scams for a long time now and without them, so many scammers could have gotten away.
5100  Other / Meta / Re: The fastest UNBAN for plagiarism on: May 15, 2019, 10:19:56 PM
But if not, administrators please help this user, this is a useful person for the Russian-speaking community.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5142628.0
Like Hilariousandco stated earlier on, It can't all be done in one day. You have to be a bit patient.
I saw his ban appeal and profile a few days ago and i believe he may get a signature ban. Let's wait and see.

And can you revert Perma Ban into a signature ban only ?
Or is it just the Admin ?
I believe Global Mods now have the ability to revert the Permaban to signature bans too if they  believe someone is worthy a second chance. Since there are so many appeals lately, i don't think only admin could handle all of them since he is so busy.
