Well, wasps can bite and bees can sting, can't they? Enough reason to not welcome them to my garden I think. To be honest I have never been sting by a bee but.... I hate when one disturbs my peace of mind while I am sunbathing because I think/fear it could sting me. I don't even like flies nor mosquitoes even if those won't bite me.

Wasps are dangerous and need to die by fire, but bees don't want to sting you as it is their last defense and then they die from using the stinger. Don't bother them and you can walk right through them. I had one queen Bee sting me when i was young but I sat on it! Damn that hurt. Cheesy

If where you live supports bats then put up some bat houses and that will take care of the mosquito's. And making sure there is no standing water on your property keeps the mosquitoes and flys away as well.

Wasps more dangerous than bees? Why? I mean, I don't really know. To me both are just annoying when it comes to me trying to relax. No big deal though... But if I can have then away of my close proximity I am happier.

Avoiding standing water on my property is not possible as I have a big pool just side to the house... It doesn't seem to particularly attract mosquitoes (probably because I have it chlorinated and perfectly clean all year round). Also mosquitoes don't bite me (or if they do, which probably do, I don't get an itch nor notice anything).

I will consider the bats houses thing (will google about it) as I don't mind bats... But I don't think my GF will approve that. It already took me a lot of effort reasoning about the convenience of putting some geckos (which she strongly and irrationally fears/hates) "housing" on the outside. Maybe my dislike of wasps/bees is also irrational. Go figure. It's my garden though. Smiley

Wasp, bees, bio warfare.

Wasps are more aggressive (many wasps are predators, while bees are vegetarian). Wasp stings are generally more painful than bee stings.

However, bee stings are more likely to cause serious anaphylaxis and death in allergic individuals.

Geckos are moderately useful for keeping mosquitoes in check. Bats are better, but they prefer to feast on small flies (fruit flies etc), usually more numerous than mosquitoes. They are also a good indicator of clean air, since they can't survive in heavily polluted areas.

The best bio-weapon for mosquitoes are ladybirds (ladybugs) from what I've heard and read. They are relentless predators of anything that moves. They are already effective at the larval stage. Preferred food: aphids, but they do eat mosquitoes too.

The ideal solution would be some aquatic predator that could clear mosquitoes while they're aquatic larvae, but I don't know about any widely adopted specific solution. Frogs anyone?

The solution is called fish, mosquito larvae is a common fish food for fish tank fish.

This is not new age. It's older than humanity. The new age are current religions. A few thousand years is almost nothing compared to infinity. Anyone here knows someone who died and came back?  The reason why majority of you don't know much about this is because it's almost all censored. It's keept in secret because if you don't know this you can play a better role in this reincarnation. Many books were burnt. Even today the internet is controled with too much desinformation. The flat earth is a good example of fake information to misslead the truth seekers and to put them all into one basket as some idiots and conspiracy theorists.

It still makes you sound like an idiot.

WARNING! Guys before you kill yourselfs i just want you to know that we are all one! It's even proven with science. Our bodies are made from the atoms and atoms are made from the small particles made of moving energy. There is no border between your body and the rest of our space. Our world is an illusion and we can see only 1% of all things that exist. Human eyes are not the perfect tool to see. Even animals can see much more but still a very low procent. We are here in this world to reincarnate millions of times through the different roles, lifes, bodies to get experience and develop or consciousness. We can take only our experience with us through many reincarnations. That's why some people have different talents from their past lifes. It's stored in our so called junk DNA. Our universe is an experiment what would happen if...We are all one but the creator separated himself in small particles to experience himself or herself because the creator is everything that exists.

Firstly, we are not killing ourselves, we are killing each other.
Secondly, it's rather me killing him, or to be more exact cutting him, I never mentioned killing.
Thirdly, but out, this is none of your business.
Fourthly, stop with the new age nonsense, you sound like an idiot.

I don't get it, are you guys picking on the heroes who stopped the terrorist and if so, why?
What's nazi about wrestling down a muslim running around stabbing people?

One of the men that attacked the terrorist was a convicted murdered.  He slit the throat of a mentally disabled girl and left her body to rot in a forest.  He was out on day release. Family of the victim was not informed he was out of prison.  Not your traditional definition of hero.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/2019/11/30/one-men-who-stopped-london-bridge-terrorist-is-convicted-murderer/

How does that make him a nazi, again?

If you are a hero or a villain is sometimes just a matter of time and place. Some of the guys in our prisons today would have been in the first row when plundering and pillaging Europe a thousand years ago, and they would have come home to Scandinavia as heroes with elevated status in their society.

Keep calm nothing to see here. All hero's carry carry half kilo bags of coke before they save the empire https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K8GWnwQAtn0&feature=youtu.be
Based on your comments i wonder if you sympathize with the attacker who killed 2 persons for no reason? You are against others who tried to prevent further killing? Killing innocent people and you're saying keep calm nothing to see here? Is this normal for you? Do you justify this behaviour from the attacker and blame people who try to prevent killing?

Interesting, you have no questions or surprise about the half kilo bag of coke the alleged hero is dumping, just a passive aggressive attack, about why I'm not keeping on point with the dumb down propaganda MSM narrative, pumped out to the Sheeple.

Conversing with you will be difficult because you're so dumb and boring and I'd rather watch paint dry, but hey I have time on my hand. Your jingoistic simplistic master race rhetoric is so last century, one could feel sorry for you.

MERIT, you are an asshole, leave this thread or I will cut you.

You sound radicalized.

I am, now leave or get cut. I also corrected your misspelling of radicalized.

Actually Roach is right there.
Besides it's always the one who claims something who has to prove it, and right now the telecom industry is claiming that 5G is safe.

really? The idiot's whole argument is, i'm right and to prove me wrong you have to show me 50yrs of testing on humans. And then he'll state that it skips a generation so he'll want 100yrs of test cases. It's like Faketoshi claiming that private keys supposed to arrive by carrier in January, come jan31 he'll just come up with another reason to keep the fairy tale alive

"The idiot" said " Like I said, you keep trying to change the conversation and AVOID the subject of power lines because there actually has been research done there and the results show a correlation with cancer.  If EMF from powerlines can cause it, so can 5G."

And that is correct.

Apparently EMF exposure has increased 1 kvintiljon (nonillion in English? a one with 30 zeros) times since 1918.
That can't be good.
Edit: I think that should be 10 with 30 zeros, anyho a lot, as we commoners say.

https://youtu.be/ol3tAxnNccY

Actually I deliberately chose a house far from any radiation sources when I moved to where I live now, I also always turn of my wifi when I don't need it, and I'm not getting any 5G phone, just to be on the safe side. Not that I have experienced any health effects from EMF, except from a mobile radar in the military once and that was my own fault, I by mistake got too close.
But then again, if prolonged low expouser causes cancer you won't know until it's too late, so better safe then sorry.

I disagree, the reason I and so many others love the truck is because of the edgy shape. If he changes that into a normal truck like shape then the reason to buy his truck disappears, then you can just buy any truck on the market, they all look the same, ugly.

The shape isn't edgy enough. I and so many others are waiting for a rhombicosidodecahedron. Anything less than that is just ugly sameness.

You just want me to look that word up, I'm not biting.

The monthly update:

Gentlemen, I think all of you will agree that after this overheated summer we had an interesting October. A so called Death Cross gave us some little excitement. This is how we know our old friend, the honey badger. Speaking of temperatures, it is already much too cold for October. What should one do in the house when everything is tidy and the laundry has been washed?

For my part, I thought last year a new job would be a good thing at least for the winter time (my old workplace was chilly and I knew the new one has a working furnace) and a way to accumulate more BTC. The goal was to accumulate a certain amount within a year. Unfortunately, I did not manage to accumulate the whole lot, the current bull started early. Well, I was still able to purchase 60% of the planned Satoshis and can confirm the heating in the new office works. Wink

And what's the moral of the story? Well, even if the weather is bad and the little bulls come out early, you can make the best out of this situation and enjoy the little things.

Have a nice November, Gentlemen! Smiley

I saw many tatoo photos here. WARNING! Be very carefull if you want a tattoo! Once your blood comes through your tattoo skin it becomes alive! So your symbol tatto is very important. Some of the symbols can have a good impact on you but most of popular tatoos don't! It's very important who creates your tatoo! In ancient times only highly respected priests created tatoos. Today every biker who listens to agressive satanic music can tatoo you. When your tatto becomes alive with your blood circulating through it's a newborn child and it has less impact. When it becomes older it gets stronger with more impact on your life.

But of course.

Elon seems kinda dumb to me about the truck. The reason why the design is so edgy, is that the tough steel plates can't be bent or somehow formed in any way.
Like hardened cars for diplomats, he could have hidden the edgy enforcement beneath a curvy layer of common sheet metal.
This would have made the thing look really good, like in your renderings.

Besides, what's wrong with coke?

I’ll explain.

The original tweet is bordering on white supremacist (in a mild sense). It implies that white males are a downtrodden race, which is a common claim of white supremacists.  They claim they are being downtrodden by the system to make excuses for their own inadequacies.

I’m not intending on arguing the detail with you, simply explaining the context.

Ok, I didn't know someone still saw things that antiquated way.
I mean, the fact is that white middle aged straight men are the most picked on category in the west.
I’m not intending on arguing the detail with you, simply explaining my position.

In 2015 and 2016 the BTC price roughly doubled, I was counting on that to happen in 2019 and 2020 as well.
But then the early summer spike happened, and I said to myself, well maybe this time is different, there's no MtGox crash to keep us down and what not. But then we went back to normal, and it seems like we are gonna close the year with a doubling, roughly.
The moral of the story is, don't get fooled by the anomalies, stay with the long time trend.
Not that it really matters if you are a hodler.
The anomaly lasts for several years in this case. It means we should have been at $1750 in january 2018, 875 in 2017, 437 in 2016...

What are you talking about? We started the year on roughly 3000 USD and it looks like we are gonna end on 6000-7000 USD. I'm talking about 2019 and 2020 compared to 2015 and 2016, no other years.
