Speculation is opinion of individual person and such can be taken how you think is good for you. If you think that this or that speculation can be good for your investment and buy/sell opportunity you will use it or you wont. This is how thing are working you will accept that or you wont accept it. This is mostly what you want to hear not what it will be.

This month is for breaking 5k on all exchanges. It will be tested several times this month. Reason is to see if the price can be maintained above 5000 per one bitcoin, if this proves to be good speculation then we can move on speculation will price of bitcoin even go above 7000 by this years end. Or it will be broken and set to go down in price after hard fork in November.

i don't think that speculating is a bad thing because as far as i know, with speculating we can make decision for our own price and with some analysis, sometimes our order can be filled or we can make profit. i admitted that sometimes i am using speculation when i am uncertain to determine the price.
True. Every speculation is based on single user and what he think that is good for him or her. Speculation is something that individual user see as his/hers opinion the subject in matter. Was this price speculation or something else. |

Hi everyone. New in crypto and very enthusiastic about it. Have some questions as lately bought some btc. How do you think guys will present correction of btc take much time? As I hopped to buy some eth also before the Metropolis. Can this correction of btc influence eth price so that metropolis release will have no effect on eth price? Thank you for any thoughts.
Well we've seen two corrections in a span of 3 days, not a good sign at all for the crypto market. In fact this could potentially be the pop of the bubble. I think we may see one or two more bull waves before this thing ends but it could well just break the floor due to people panic selling, and resulting in a long squeeze. I generally agree with what alyssa said, short term if we could recover quick enough then we would be testing out $4500 once again. If not, then we could go down to $3500-4000 range. Maybe but think this month will be 5000 and above with fall to current price several times during this month. This will be first big test if the price for one bitcoin can be maintained for this 5k in price for one bitcoin. If this proves to be true then we can expect to see movement in price for bigger but if not think that in this case we could see price going down to 4500 and remaining there for end of this year. |

Price already come close to 5000, this month is expected to see almost 6000 dollars per one bitcoin. This is quite big increase for let say short period of time and this is maybe good time to hold or try to see if some alt will follow bitcoin in price and try to increase bitcoin in stock cuz of this. We will see evidently price reaching much more then 5000 by end of this year and this may be good opportunity to try to gather as much as possible.

You should start buying and investing bitcoin right now. you can tell that bitcoin price could actually grow that huge so you must better to start buying bitcoin in order to not regret when that time comes. buying bitcoin is not that hard all you need to do is to put all your savings up to it. bitcoin is a decentralized currency so you can tell when will bitcoin reach it's maximum price.
Think that investing in ICO is 50-50 chances play for success in any possible way. We have several new ICOs every day and its almost impossible to follow them all with time to research each of them and to be sure it this the right one to invest. Wont deny it it can be very profitable investment for good call in ICO but with so many of them there is no way to do anything that is 100% sure investment. |

i wish bitcoin could really reach 10k before this year end then after that bitcoin need to have a price correction. bitcoin already reach $4900 as my last check on my wallet. i already sell my coins and still waiting for the drop in order to buy again btc and wait till it reach $10000. but i think bitcoin will only be at $7k this year.
Many speculate that price will go over 6000 this year, 7k possible but 10k highly not this year maybe in year or two with this paste in demand and price, but only in this scenario. 5000 is be possible next low and all else that comes from it will be good to see. For you dont think you will have another opportunity to buy BTC perhaps go alt to btc conversion and then try to make some income. |

Even if you think you made a good profit by selling them out, you might be a little wrong. You can still earn much more than you just earned by keeping them for a little longer. But as far as you are happy, things are okay. But you need to learn how to be more patient. This will help you a lot. yes that is right to say that bitcoin price has still good potential and still we have good chances to make money from it. because still the price of bitcoin will continue increasing and it is expected that the price of bitcoin will very soon reach to 7000$, therefore it will be a good decision if you still continue holding your bitcoin. Yes bitcoin has not reached to the moon yet and its on the way to reach its destination in next few years so its better to hold your coins longer to make higher money from it as this price is not the best price to sell your bitcoins as it can grow much higher in near future. i think that bitcoin still have more potential to increase therefore it is not yet reach to the moon, but hopefully that it will continue increasing for a long time and will very easily cross 8000$ at the end of 2017. in my opinion etherum (ETH) is the best,yet...ripple (XRP) because has the 'touch' of banks, litecoin (LTC) is safe and for everybody, monero (XMR) because is clasic...and the rest of alts with a serious market cap  I agree with ethereum coin, because this altcoin is a good assets to invest. Ethereum is one of the high potential altcoin that strength to survive in the future. Moreover price of this altcoin is raising smoothly. True ETH will be here for alternative option. All ICO are based on ETH code so cuz of this it will be here for long. Maybe he will not be so bit as bitcoin both in price and market cap but for this ICO coins it will be here to remain as alternative. |

I do not think that they have a chance to beat bitcoin. Bitcoin is the very first crypto currency and it is stronger and more popular than others, in order to win it you need something ingenious.
This is just the fact. Bitcoin is bitcoin, no one can beat him. Some will come close but other will not. This is something that need to be looked very good. Reason is simple no single alt coin will come close to see price of bitcoin in any time, this is why bitcoin will be good and all other will try to somehow get what bitcoin is having, but will they or better can they. Certainly they will not for me only one coin can be close but only close and that is ETH, but only in market value nothing else. |

My prediction maybe was little rush, cuz i forgot to mentioned that when weekend start we have little drop on price, for some perfect opportunity to buy and sell on next week starts. Some do this and create good income. This is just the beginning for next price increase, someone did mentioned even over 10k, but whit this paste we could actually see this price by this year end.

I don't think we are in a stage to ask for stability at this moment, Bitcoin is universal and growing globally with a rapid speed but there is a lack of awareness about certain things and it creates panic buying/panic selling situations for the entire network.
I believe Bitcoin will keep growing the coming years but still, we will have volatility in the price as long as we are growing in terms of price, user base and over all awareness level. I don't see stability for longer than 2 months at least in next 10 years.
We always have volatility in price, every time its like. Main concern for all investment is that price isnt that stable as it for gold. That represent problem for some investor but many see this as opportunity to make additional income with not just bitcoin but with all other crypto coin on the market. |

The biggest problem for some exchanges even major one is lack of support, good experience support. They obviously have some inexperience workers who just google answers without even look if that or this coin have some technical difficulties but that is something that each exchange need to do for them self. My recent experience is very bad, with one exchange that i have, change the fon i forgot to transfer 2FA, but one exchange work this out in matter of minutes and the other one was 3 days war with word pictures and date and exacts time of my login to prove this is my account, not to mentioned that you need to provide mail and i was sending all information from that mail.

Is this another market gathering for new price jump we will see for the weekend, but think that time is very small resistance on 5k price and that it will be broken soon.

Believe that they do. Cuz most of them dont know what to do with the amount of cash they have and they always look for some new investment opportunities around the world. Considering that bitcoin or any other crypto with good potential can be call good investment for them.

Think this can be placed as individual question with multiple answers on this. For once you can do what you want if you need cash exchange bitcoin, if you dont need you will save it. This is how thing are done and this is something that is really hard to decide i exchange small portion every month from 0.1-0.2 max and keep the rest cuz i never know what will it be tomorrow.

you explain it very well. let me add some more facts that made bitcoin more famous then cash. 1- as bitcoin is digital currency so it is very less chances to steal it. while cash can be steal at any movement, even bank will robbed. 2- bitcoin wallets are safest one and their security depends upon its users, stronger the passwords, maximum security. Actually, when banks get robbed, nothing needs to be worried cause banks have bought insurance. And you will not lose your money at all. Unless banks and the government try to steal your money, you can not lose your money in the bank. True with bank 90% of the banks have insurance that will cover any theft or even get them bigger score before the theft. Some bank even hope to get robbed so that they can come with more money before they got robbed. This is not something that is new they do all the time this. But security from now and back before 50 years is different and bank are now rarely robbed at all. |

Risky but still good investment can be ICO for some coin, but here is hard to pick we have several new ICOs a day and this is very hard to pick and decide in which to invest and put some coin on them. Good and still probably the best is daily trading with btc to altcoin and other way around.
Off course in both cases it win lose situation but every now and then its worth the risk.

Litecoin and Ethereum are stable. You are not risking a lot by investing into these two. Neo coin is on breakout now. Chinese crypto - Chinese community is huge so adaptation could be huge -we will see what Chinese regulators will do. Those 3 are my picks. Already profiting on ETH and LTC last days  This can be accurate. Head something similar from a friend and for last few days i research and seem like this NEO will be quite the bummer. NO mining just staking the more you have the more stakes interest you will receive. This look like a good and promising project that in motion and on top of everything price for NEO is great. |

If we compare them now , it is obvious that bitcoins are the best crypto currency and alt coins don't get a stand in front of it. People use bitcoins to buy altcoins , alt coins was started because of the success of bitcoins , it became the first crypto currency to gain value of $4000. Bitcoins have a big community behind them and the users are increasing in numbers ,
But we cannot say about the future , alt coins like ethereum have good potential, it may seem impossible but can happen in future .
That is true that all coin have some potential, problem is for some how to use that potential. Many wont be nothing close to bitcoin price, but some might come close to taking more market cap value like ETH is trying to do. On that point they might overtake, but in looks of price they wont come close, no alt can. They can only hope to overtake bitcoin in market cap value and that is big step for almost all of them. |
