621  Other / Off-topic / Re: Job Vs Bitcoin on: August 21, 2017, 08:12:40 AM
I thinks you should focus on both. Because having a real job is different from just claiming faucets. Profesionaly you can still improve your job. Just use bitcoin as a sideline to earn more. Grin

Faucets, who use faucet now days. Its waste of time join sig and social media campaign, this mean on twitter and telegram most, and you will make some as side job. Working with bitcoin cannot be you full time job. And never consider this as full time job.
622  Economy / Economics / Re: Cashless society on: August 21, 2017, 08:00:59 AM
cashless society is a good concept to hear but its very hard to implement. The reason for this is that there are still large number of illiterate people all over the world who don't know about digital transactions, don't have a credit or debit card.they believe only the paper money as true money which they could feel in their hands.Recently, indian government also tried to convert people to cashless transactions, but it failed.

I agree dude, it's a good concept but too good to be effectively implimented in today's society. Imagine the comvenience ot wpuldngive us for transactions if we don't have to physically bring in money. But i think that's still far from happeming. Although right now we have cashless transactions, it would be almost impossible to go exclusively cashless.
Definitely I wasn't agree in cashless society, due to issue of legality of bitcoin in different part of the world. Moreover it was hardly to accept but most of the people was not educated regarding electronic devices. So if we hug the cashless society how about the others, they can't know how to use digital currency. Maybe cashless society will happen if 90% of the whole world population are using bitcoin.

This is just a concept nothing more at the moment. For this to even come to next stage in process it will take a lot more time not just work. Everything that is new is always risky to some point but this is really hard to accomplish. believe that less population will be needed for this to work little more then 70% and again this is still huge amount. Think that this idea will come to next stage when half of the population in the world are using it not before.
623  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin the new gold on: August 21, 2017, 07:53:51 AM
For those of you that do not know, gold was chosen for the gold standard for the purpose of backing currency because it cannot be destroyed . Maybe destroyed isn't the right word. It was chosen because other metals tarnish and Decay over time. In that respect Bitcoin and gold have that in common except for the fact that bit going to can be burnt and lost. Both are considered Commodities legally. That is about the point where they split.

Good point but here is little hard to determine what is good and what is not that good. Gold is good option cuz all major if not all countries using gold as let say cold storage, but in case of bitcoin he is more like digital gold but not just like real one. Again many consider that bitcoin will be new gold but he need to be physical for that.
624  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it too late to buy bitcoin? on: August 19, 2017, 07:26:43 AM
bitcoin price is expensive now BUT you dont need to buy a whole bitcoin. Buy a fraction of btc first or what you can afford then buy when the price dips.
Possible soft fork in November perhaps?

We might have there some price change but dont think it will be that huge for many to buy bitcoin cheap. Maybe it will be dip to 3400-3500 dollars but this is max by me. Expecting to see stable range and not drops and ups in price in November this is something that is better solution for the moment for price to be stable and constant in range.
625  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Trading vs Gambling on: August 19, 2017, 07:18:16 AM
I believe that it is necessary to use both directions if they are of interest to a person, but for trading you need more time and analysis to make a profit, and in gambling you can just enjoy the game.

Both trading and gambling will depend to the person on how he can handle himself. If he's quite good in trading, he must stick with it and if he wants to gamble just for a little. As if he understands that the possible losing in gambling is too high unlike with trading you can focus with other altcoins if you are losing from your current trade.

Control is one of the key factors in both trading and gambling. Think that most made mistake and want to do both things in same time and then made huge mistake in process. Perhaps this is some mine opinion but both have good profit and high risk at the end.
626  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your thoughts for Bitcoin in 2017? on: August 19, 2017, 07:03:17 AM
Bitcoin will never die because it has been getting more popular day by day, Even some of countries want btc as official currency, than how it will die.
Recent  news about  Australia and China have created new rules and regulation for bitcoins.  Grin

many countries shown their interest in btc now a days, so we don't have to worry about future of the bitcoins.

True this year was real turning point in bitcoin history and price and all other. We have still few month till this year end and still we are expecting that this is not all from bitcoin. True that many want to be official but good would be that some merchants or e-shops accept bitcoin. This would also increase interest of all to using or buying bitcoin.
627  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin is officially dead on: August 19, 2017, 06:52:28 AM
Main problem is when this tread was created litecoin went down in price and OP assumed that this is goodby. Haven't seen dead coin from early development is long time but have seen that many ICOs are falling. Lite is for me one of good ones and you could say predicted coin on the market. He as any other coin on the market have ups and falls but this is normal.
628  Economy / Economics / Re: Cashless society on: August 19, 2017, 06:48:31 AM
Abiky i believe a paper currency less society is possible but not in the recent future. First of all this will require universal free internet access which will not be possible until probably thirty years time that is even if the developed world is ready to make sacrifice to help the less endowed get to that le

I believe that cashless is the new trend in the world and also in the future of bitcoins as it's value is increasing day by day so in the future most probably we will see that the whole society will become cashless and then the real Value of bitcoins will show
It will took so long veforr it happens since only few mechants accepts btc now. If malls do accepts btc now then some businesses might follows it . But for now no big merchants accepted it as per on my country. But i believe soon it can be.

Not many merchants dont accept it Japan as whole country accept it, Australian legalized it, some talks that Philippines are doing same. Agree that merchants need to accept this some do but this is not something that can be done fast or over night. We will see by end of year who will be here on the list and what merchants will accept it to.
629  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin benefit of saving for a long time? on: August 19, 2017, 06:43:27 AM
when you save a bitcoin for a long time .. there is a risk of it .. whether bitcoin raise its value and you become millionaire or its either bitcoin is dead and you become nothing .. nothing is imposible in this world .. and one thing is a very permanent in this world .. it is called CHANGES .. dont stock your goods

That is risk not just in long terms but in short as well. This is beauty of this no matter what. But from some angle at the moment most are saving cuz price went above 4k and currently is stable for a bit. They are in doubt what to do to sell and keep it.
630  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Overview of Bitcointalk - COMPLETE AVATAR Campaigns [15-May-2017] on: August 18, 2017, 07:31:28 PM
Dont have time to update this tread not like I used to so if some one want to create another topic fine by me.

All bounties that are here in last period are ICOs this is something that i dont want to put in this havent see any coin that is not ICO for long time. Tried to add them put they pop up every day 5 of them that is to much to add and to calculate all the time.

All bounties are here in new tread and they are called bounties for a reason, and when some coin that is not ICO is around i will update it.
631  Other / Off-topic / Re: Job Vs Bitcoin on: August 18, 2017, 07:26:05 PM
Bitcoin is good as additional source of income, and you don't need to quit your offline job in order to earn Bitcoin, so there is no need -in my opinion- to take this risk.
But if you earn really huge amount from Bitcoin maybe it will be better to take it as full time job.
For an additional earning access, bitcoin is one of the best source one can get compared to many other availabilities found over the Internet. Jobs need to be given primary preference and bitcoin need to be added as an alternate way to get a bigger earning.

True. Full time job need to be full time job, and any side job that you do is good to. If that job is related to bitcoin then is great in full, you will have some additional income and you will increase that income over time. Never quit day job cuz how days is becoming more hard to find good one. So keep both in balance.
632  Economy / Economics / Re: Can bitcoin improve the economy of a country? on: August 18, 2017, 07:18:46 PM

Today many countries accept bitcoin as a virtual currency, is it because bitcoin is so high that they think bitcoin can change the country's economy, or because the country has many bitcoin users already?

True, but on tge other side bitcoin was banned in their country with no certain reason maybe they saw some vulnerable things that may lead some of the individuals of society may be involve, but I believe bitcoin will contribute a lot in the sense that it provides people enough and if youre lucky enough so much money to feed yourself.

Those countries that banned bitcoin banned cuz they didnt have anything to control it or to manipulate with price. Think why would they ban it in first place if they see it as something that will ruin there plans in total. Bitcoin is something that need the world and it was good that it was created so that everyone can use it and have it not to ban when someone see it like that.
633  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin benefit of saving for a long time? on: August 18, 2017, 07:13:53 PM
I think the reason people save bitcoin for a long time it is because as what they have noticed, bitcoin had been increasing over the years ever since it started in 2009. The value from that time compared to today's bitcoin imagine if you invested 1BTC by 2009 how much it would be worth today 1btc = $4300. That really is a huge lump sum of savings. So that gives people idea on saving their bitcoin and storing them for a long time.

Not many people heard about it back in 2009, for example I started in 2013 when price was around 1000 dollars, then i researched a lot and see how thing are going in this. Again who ever did invest back then then he is really reach man by how if he invested then just 1000 USD that pretty much now.

No matter now it takes saving most of it is good option and best option with current price.
634  Economy / Economics / Re: Cashless society on: August 18, 2017, 06:47:28 PM
Have you ever wondered how would the world's economy be like in the future as a cashless society?

Perhaps, with the increased traction of blockchain acceptance nowadays, could lead to the creation of digital fiat currencies powered by blockchains that are managed by governments themselves. With this in mind, there would be no need for physical cash, as digital fiat currencies would provide many advantages such as quick settlement, global payments, full transparency, implants use on citizens to make payments, and more.

If this becomes a reality, which I'm sure that it will, it would radically transform our lives for the better and reduce criminal activity as a result of the full transparency and auditability that a digital fiat currency would have thanks to the power of the blockchain technology.

Also, it makes me wonder if cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin would exist by that time, or will they co-exist with digital fiat currencies.

Nevertheless, I would like to know your opinion about this.  Wink

Well, the idea behind bitcoin and blockchain is very good because it certainly provides the concept of pure cashless economy. The future holds many things that are not certain for now, but cashless economy is the way forward and that makes bitcoin the perfect opportunity for us to invest now for the future. Cool

If we are realistic this is perfect on paper, but think we would have big problems with practical solution on this matter. For something that is using in crypto which is good and work fine, to be implemented in paper money flow that is something completely different and requires lot of effort and time to be even put from paper to reality. When some thing come to motion and that wont happen any time soon this will be great solution with positive outcome.
635  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the Biggest problem you have with trading / exchanging? on: August 18, 2017, 06:43:33 PM
I guess it would be when regretting the decision right after selling when the price suddenly shoots up. This is why sometimes, I don't like checking the price after I make an exchange because it makes me feel bad when I see that the price has gone significantly higher, and I could have gotten more had I waited a little longer. It's really hard to find the right timing, and I guess in the world of trading and exchanging, you are just bound to win some or lose some!
Yes! In trading you can’t win all the time. No matter how smart you are, you are bound to lose. Indeed you are not always lucky enough to figure out the right time of selling coins, but by setting up some targets and after achieving them, you could be satisfied. So always have some target for your coins.
This is something not many people get to understand, you are not going to win every trade that is impossible in life sometimes you are going to win and sometimes you are going to lose that is the way things work, as long as you win 55% of your trades then you are going to get some profits when you trade if you can push up that percentage that is even better but I would consider that the minimum necessary to become a successful trader.

Its not just that everything in life have this same principle. When all thing are set we all want to have successful every trade with good income to be honest, Im starting from me, its hard but most of the time at least in start you are not that lucky or have good call on something. Setting some lines is good for start and for experience traders to. You have to have some goals in this or you will end up with nothing.

636  Economy / Economics / Re: Cashless society on: August 17, 2017, 07:47:59 PM
I think cashless society that you are talking about is impossible. Cashless society will never be happen.
Bound to be. Can not even doubt. Governments want to control our every step. It is the dream of all governments regardless of country. To control a human via non-cash money is much simpler so as soon as the opportunity arises the government will make sure she will use it.
We are not ready to go virtual yet, I mean even me as a consumer would still prefer Fiat currency as a form of medium of exchange or a mode of payment. I can't imagine a world in which our form of liquid assets only exist virtually. And come to think of it how will other older generation be able to have a smooth transition with a cashless society? It will be a headache for both the elders and the government just to make them use a virtually existing money.

True we are still far from it but we are getting there step by step every year. If we look how is everything done at the beginning of the last century (I mean in early 1900s) and how thing are done how you will understand and see that most is done cashless and electronically but governments still control everything that why bitcoin is solution.
637  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Trading vs Gambling on: August 17, 2017, 07:44:00 PM
Trading needs analysis and Gambling needs more luck.
So when it comes in taking risk, gambling is more risky, but you must also needs to have a good analysis before you enter trading, so you do not lose a lot of money. In gambling there is a possibility that we can be addictive and out od control but it will still depend on a person on how they can manage themselves.

Both have risk and bad sides. Trading is more research then analysis and in gambling there are several factor and that factor are determined from what type of game you play and what you are playing. In trading you can always if you made bad call return some fund invested and in gambling again it depends from what type of game you play you can stop playing or you can win or lose.
638  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Your Review for POLONIEX.com? SCAM or LEGIT? on: August 17, 2017, 07:36:41 PM
Polo have issues with ETH in general for past few month and they still didnt resolve the problem. Cuz of this dont mean that they are scam just that they have huge problem but many users here have problems with ETH deposit and withdrawal and that is something that cannot be allowed for such big exchange as Poloniex. They have to resolve problem as soon as possible cuz many will leave then cuz of his and they wont be so trustworthy at all.
639  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you see alts have chances against Bitcoins? on: August 17, 2017, 07:34:04 PM
Dobt think that any altcoin will have chance to reach close or near to bitcoin in any time. That way they are called altcoin. Bitcoin is and will be only one that matter when everything is putted together in any possible way no matter how market is developed or changed in any possible way. There will be always talks and possible rumors that some alt might come close but that will remain only on talks and rumors.
640  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin the new gold on: August 16, 2017, 07:19:58 PM
This is a very interesting fact, bitcoin is progressing very rapidly and all eyes are on bitcoin. Bitcoin is the digital gold that everybody is looking for include me.

Bitcoin has become more then this when he crossed gold in price. From that point he is going up and really becoming GOLD of this time. Nothing can compare with bitcoin at the moment in price and value. And yes bitcoin is for everyone most valuable possession they have or will have in future time.
