762  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which Sport is the easiest to wager/win on: July 15, 2017, 11:09:15 AM
I don't think that there is any sport that can give you guaranteed success each and every time but somehow I feel that betting on cricket is much easier for me to make some money as you can easily predict what will be the end result depending on the teams and if you have good knowledge then it will become more easier for you to win in it.
The question is very easy, we know that not all sports are guaranteed to give us profit. And as the question is asking, it is only wanting to know what sport is easy to wager, all of them are easy but the hardest part is to win.

Well this is good point stated. For example if you are only for a win then pick sport or matches that are with quote 1.15-1.30, cuz this is what they call sure bet. Off course in some sport it easy to predict this but on some its not. This is gambling and after all chances for win here are 50-50.

It's not 50-50 but I call it 30-70, most of the time the house has the biggest percentage of winning because they can simply change the odds. And it's up to you if you will bite it. If you are a fan of a sports like boxing, you will say that the easiest is boxing, because you yourself can be an analysts easily if you are always watching and reading news about that sport.

True. Percentage variate from sport to sport and game to game. In sport betting it can be 50-50 chances but for casino games maybe even bigger then you mentioned in favor of house. Main reson is cuz they always win no matter now bad income for them is. If we look on that side we will see that many casino are opening in that favor they now they cant lose they will all the time, well almost all the time.

Well, recently the US began exploring the potential of blockchain technology, which may exist a possibility of the dollar having its own private blockchain in the future.

Besides US many other countries are developing or they are in process of developing private blockchains for there own currencies. This is bad in my opinion, cuz we already have good and working blockchain. I dont see anything that will trigger this to be in some bigger motion. Maybe they are trying to create cuz they can control it, cuz current one they can not, I mean on all governments on this.
They will stick with the current system, blockchain also have its disadvantages especially the scalability problem. I can say that if the whole US forced to use dollars based on blockchain system, there'll be many issue.
As you can see yourself to what happened to ETH and BTC after these traffics are on its peak.

I agree. From one perspective i dont see why would some governments/countries (especially US or Russia or China) do this. I mean why create something new when some system that you are using is working more then fine and on top of that brings income.
764  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: BEWARE! POLONIEX DEPOSIT ETH PROBLEM on: July 15, 2017, 08:11:39 AM
They have issues with this for long time sometimes even bitcoin deposit and withdrawal needs for several days. They have some technical difficulties but still they represent of the best and trust worthy exchanges. Give them little time for this and they will resolve it also look for reddit page on poloniex they have there technical support and as far as i know they resolve there very fast. So at least try there if you have luck your problem will be resolved shortly.
765  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins that might survive in the future? on: July 14, 2017, 11:56:45 AM
Every alt coin is potentially good with good future. For example many tread here were made about litecoin and that he is dead and what happen he is very much alive. ETH is good pick but by me he is over rated coin. Good potential and almost every upcoming ICO project is based on Ethereum. Good for support for them. On some others there will be ups and downs like on every market, but for the moment safes thing is to stick for bitcoin.
766  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: how pump and dump work detail explanation on: July 14, 2017, 11:51:53 AM
You are a moron for joining such a group. Prepare to be scammed, scam other people or be arrested. Oh also don't forget, you're a moron.

Good advice most of them work to scam on some so called big pump on some crap coin. This way they can say we didn know it will be that bad, but they took you coin for there crap ones. Joining in some groups on this is not recommended better watch and learn for one year rather that they took your money for minutes.
767  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Future of Cryptocurrency world on: July 14, 2017, 11:48:09 AM
Nothing is certain in cryptocurrency world. We can go up so high and we can fall as well to. This is still young so called currency and yet show so much potential in every aspect on global level. Why? Currently is worth more then gold, this year is crucial for development of bitcoin. Will this be good for it, we will see in next few weeks. Good thing is that since Japan fully adopted in every day transaction little by little many countries follow some small other big. So future is certain for bitcoin.

770  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is money, everything else is credit. on: July 14, 2017, 06:26:08 AM
Still gold is more stable than bitcoin, the use bitcoin is just warming up and all its users now are early adopters.

If you think on price then yes, but bitcoin made it clear that it will be most valuable thing in this world so far.

Bitcoin is money I agree, at the same time it must be more than money. It must be a store of value along with investment vehicle. After gold (except few other precious metals and stone), human race is preparing to transact themselves without help of governments and central banks.

Bitcoin is more than money as it is a whole new system. It may replace fiats/gold/banking system and may introduce a new concept of world wide one single currency.

If we dont look on bitcoin as money then it would not be in this position or with this price. But for bitcoin to be primary mean of paying (like your reply many think that some day bitcoin will replace fiat) it will take lot more then just some of us say thin or to think on this. Still bitcoin if we look on payment mean is young currency many still refuse to accept it or to adopt it.

In the end when this happens it will be completely different system and it will be completely different payment systems in the world.
771  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Afraid of August One? on: July 13, 2017, 12:08:05 PM
Of course there is a big panic among the users regarding the august one. Though people haven't thought of it in such a extreme manner. Now theymos too have given some notification to the users to be on the safe side with limiting the transactions during days close to august one.

Read his lines and he is right. Maybe we need to be carefull cuz no one 100% sure what will be at the end. We can only guess or speculate but it can be bad sides from this to that no one didnt think about it. It is good that some at least noted this and share to everyone at least as his/hers opinion.

Panic will be bigger the closer we are to this date this is normal but effect can be very bad if thing not go as planed.
772  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will we ever see bitcoin lower than 1000$? on: July 13, 2017, 11:07:00 AM
Lowering to $1000 needs a catastrophe I think. The hardfork being worse than expected or a very big exchange getting hacked. Other than that, I do not see it returning to that price again.

Catastrophic is small word for this to happen. Even if this segwit fail dont think it will be possible to go below 2000 think we have this price as lower price. For hacking dont think it will be that possible cuz dont have much on exchange, but exchange as global that can be possible but still hard. Think we are over with hacking for now.

773  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best Altcoin to invest in for 2017 and WHY !!! on: July 13, 2017, 09:50:26 AM
Overvalued or not still its good pick for miner that are for interested more in profit rather then something else. ETH is something unique true but for this price to hold think it would be impossible to achieve. My estimate is that by end of this year maybe ETH value will be halved in price. Besides LTC estimates are that it would be good to pick Monero or Zcash. These two also can make good progress for upcoming period.
LTC has taken off pretty well - I also think that Monero will do well later in the year - probably when everything has settled down again, I've picked up a few LTC and XMR - still not 100% on ZEC (didn't like the way it was launched) but should probably pick some up speculatively

Zec probably not launched as it was intended (few thousands bitcoin for one that was insane), but ZEC is one of most profitable coin so im looking from this perspective to. Quite good pick and choice for stocking them for future trade it can be good one for next year.
774  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Trading vs Gambling on: July 12, 2017, 12:34:42 PM
For both you need to have some gift or some charm. In trade you need to follow all information in economic for example and in Gambling depends of what type you play. If it is sport you read at least information about that match if it is casino game then you will have to rely more on luck (at least from my experience). In casino you have some rules and you can bet them with some tactic but in the end house always wins.

776  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best Altcoin to invest in for 2017 and WHY !!! on: July 12, 2017, 10:56:35 AM
It seems that ETH and LTC could be good pick. LTC was always strong but this time it can be good investment in some point, my prediction for this coins are already good but will it go over 45 or 50 dollars per coin is still hard to predict seem to be that its on good range for now. ETH seem to have some stable price but think that it would be great to see ETH little higher maybe to cross this barrier of 0.1 BTC for 1 ETH. Think this could happen and to be honest im hopping for this.

ON some other coins hard to pick one that will maybe be big success for investment, BTC wont count this time.

Yeah, LTC is doing great recently. It might potentially reach $100 by the end of this year (or sooner)
The ETH seems not a good pick since people start to lose sight of ETH is just a fuel, not a currency. WTF it costs so much? It is ridiculous, eth is a joke and its price somewhere under $50. It is only because of super greedy ICO buble, and ETH got unhealthy fed.
We will thou, i can be wrong, but I honestly think the days of ETH counted and we shall see next ETH 2.0 (Eos, ans, etc whatever)

I also think ETH is overvalued - I still have some though as not all prices in crypto make sense - IMO 0.06 is a good price for ETH - there are a number of coins requiring the ETH chain to opearate which is a factor to why the price has inflated (along with tons of speculation) - if the difficulty gets too high, hash drops or something bad happens to the chain the impact will be huge as there will be lots of other coins depending upon it

777  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your thoughts for Bitcoin in 2017? on: July 12, 2017, 09:21:29 AM
This year will decide the future of Bitcoin. Segwit is quite a big event happening in the history of bitcoin. There are two cases, either activation of UASF without Segwit2x or with Segwit2x. There will be a huge dump in price in both the cases ( might be of 30-40% ). But with latter, the price will re bounce soon whereas it will take quite a more time to get back to its initial level with the first case.

Altogether this year will decide many things. If it all went good. Then we will see a major demand by the end of the year and might be a major hike in price too.

True point. Crucial year for bitcoin. I just hope it wont be splitting on two separate blockchains, i truly not wanna happen this. For price dumb we are experience now first wave next comes week before activation and then we will see now it will all be. Dont wanna judge something but hopping for remains as it if something went wrong.
778  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will we ever see bitcoin lower than 1000$? on: July 12, 2017, 09:18:20 AM
I don't think so, it may touch $1000 mark but wouldn't stay long for their to buy or accumulate( it would be like touch and go). Everything which has reached peak need a correction and it's time for Bitcoin to have some correction but not to the extent of $1000.

Bitcoin price will not reduce to 1000$ in future also.Since bitcoin price gradually increasing due to bitcoin users. It will not reduce to 1000$ .If you had a idea of  inverse your money in bitcoin. You can proceed. Don't think about the slight changes.Your money is safe if you inverse in bitcoin.
I'm sure everybody must have feel worried if the bitcoin price will going down lower than $1000 again, I also have that feeling like that when I'm sure if the bitcoin price will not drop below $1000. Feelings of worry and doubt will exist when the bitcoin price is falling as it is now.

That's true that as an users of bitcoins it makes us worry when we see price going down and same is the scenario at a moment as it can go below $2000 at any point of time and if that happens surely many people will get panic and will start dumping their coins but I don't think that it will go as low as $1000 again.
Less than $1500 might be possible in case of chain split and any of the two blockchain doesn't have major consensus. In that case there might be half supporting the new blockchain and other half the older one. Splitting of bitcoin in two chains with equal value will create a chaos and major price drop as both of them will now compete with each other for being major one.

However, this scenario is least possible but still chances are there. At present all we can do is to speculate. Picture will get clear after August 1.

Yes August 1 would be the deciding factor about the price of bitcoins and it would be interesting to see that whether price will go higher or lower after that so till then fingers are crossed and lets hope that price will move in positive direction which can bring again smile on our faces.

Not necessary need to be. This ma be some correction for upcoming event for 1st August. This not need to be the case it can be something else. This is bitcoin market and thing can change in hours in view of price change. Market is still young and must say sometimes unpredictable but again this may be nothing only price change or correction. Im having high hopes that this is only correction and that we will experience maybe another price fall just before 1st August.
779  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the Biggest problem you have with trading / exchanging? on: July 12, 2017, 09:15:15 AM
Some basic problem can be hacking exchange account or wallet maybe, sometimes more then slow confirmation, expectantly on some exchanges now. Lack of support for some exchanges (not gonna names then).

But besides this obvious problems we have some other that can be mentioned: acceptability issue, legitimacy and maybe regulatory issue.
780  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Afraid of August One? on: July 11, 2017, 12:07:36 PM
The price of everything is down so it's can't be about August 1st. You can't have month on month constant up movement without some periods of consolidation. You people need to get a grip, hodl and buy more. Panic selling only adds to the panic and adds to the buying opportunity of the whales. Quit acting like scared little fish.

No matter now many times it had been said, there will always be panic selling no matter now it is done. Personally I agree with you buy and hold, know this from experience now, and if they dont listen to someone with some experience, let then experience first hand when they lost some money on this panic sell moment (i did in 2015).
