601  Economy / Economics / Re: Cashless society on: August 26, 2017, 07:35:40 AM
One major financial problems we have in all our society is criminality and greedy. Bitcoin and others crytocurrency can resolve this problem by using this great technology to reduce crime and criminality. Cashless society do reduce physical attach on attempt to get fiat from the owner.
How exactly bitcoin can reduce crime rate and make society less greedy? Bitcoin is a hot topic in the mainstream media and it is presented as new tool criminals are using.
Bitcoin is not perfect remedy created to battle crime, reduce poverty or make people less greedy. It simply won't work.
Cashless society = digital fiat when your every step is recorded and tracked by government, it is not about decentralized cryptocurrency.

Yes, decentralization might lead to ultimate centralization.... irony.
I think that at the moment we are at a crucial point in the history, two massive forces are clashing in one side we have all kind of services and governments that want to centralize the information and as such the power and in the other we have other forces like the internet, bittorrent and bitcoin struggling for the opposite, which side wins will shape humanity forever.

It partly depends what you mean by "win." If BTC becomes highly regulated, with ETFs and banks offering bitcoin banking services and KYC every which way, have the forces of centralization won?

It seems like this is the direction we are heading, and I'm torn regarding what it means. How will the world react if we start pushing forward with things like confidential transactions and other privacy-enhancing features? Could inputs that have participated in these practices be blacklisted by regulated exchanges and banks someday?

Some day will be in they way like this, but for now this is good concept and there are things that need to be done if this is what they want to be success.
Off course every change has to  be well prepared but this is partially semi done. We are doing most of the things in bank and like someone mentioned here it more digital now there is no way that in the world there is that amount of money printed.
Yes, it is true that the world is gradually moving towards cashless society because now the use of plastic money, online transactions etc are very common. But definitely to bring this big change, we need some more improvements and time to make digital systems flawless. I can see the digital future easily.

To think that it look easy is something else but that kind of future is far from becoming reality at any point in some upcoming period. Hard it will be for all government to accept bitcoin just as bitcoin and not to mentioned the technology. We need to be one step at the time never rush things always end up with the disaster. Think that most government are afraid cuz this might happen.
602  Economy / Economics / Re: Can bitcoin improve the economy of a country? on: August 26, 2017, 07:29:23 AM
I dont see why not. Been thinking that it is better to maybe try on some third country or very poor one. Try to implement using bitcoin could help them and that it could be good for them. Still for other countries this is not the solution. Many have still fear about bitcoin and that is possible main problem fear of losing everything.
603  Economy / Economics / Re: Cashless society on: August 25, 2017, 09:06:40 AM
I do not want to be under control of a government and for that reason I don't want cash to be abolished.
I think its quite the opposite dude. A cashless society run through crypto cannot be controlled by either governments or banks. The current fiat system is centralized and controlled so what youbwould want here is a system run through cryptocurrencies
So it must be in the ideal case. In fact, we see a completely different picture. People have turned bitcoin into a means of accumulation. It can kill any currency and if the situation does not change then we will see the collapse of the bubble in bitcoin which is converted.
Actually, in this year, most new investor in Bitcoin market are speculator and they will create new trend for people have a lot of money putting their money to Bitcoin just for holding and get rich. But this definition is wrong and they don't understand do that just make the time breakdown bubble growth Bitcoin soon.

Yes but isn't new trend its here from the begging and constantly growing every year little by little. Bitcoin is good in any way and as such better is to keep it like it is. Everyone wants to get rich with bitcoin that is no doubt that bitcoin will get everyone who invested little bigger richer.
604  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your thoughts for Bitcoin in 2017? on: August 25, 2017, 08:15:31 AM
I do see bitcoin reaching 10000 dollars at 2018, since and once sewgit is fully over at bitcoin a lot people wll be able to return to bitcoin, since for now isnt yet any sure about what will happen with bitcoin, but taking into consideration the last 2 years bitcoin at end of the year accumulate more healthy, soo this year it can cross 5000 dollars without any issue.

Bitcoin will reach more and more people around the world. And it will one of those good investment in the world  and it makes more and more people have a job and have a source of income their. It is good to have it and it is good to be one of those people who will have a bitcoin for savings.

Nice putted. Bitcoin is perfect for this day job is day job and bitcoin is good for saving. So doing both is good. So best option is to save as much as possible, and for the price so many want this 5000 or more price, this price is good and for the moment lets say that remains like it is. After Hard work, many anticipate there will be some bigger moment in price so lets wait and see without any harsh movement.
605  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can bitcoin hit 3500$ in 2018?  ??? on: August 25, 2017, 08:02:25 AM
Now is 4000 ,may be we should ask: Can bitcoin hit 7000$ in 2018 ? Yes, we can .
7000 seems like a very high price, but it was not long ago that 1000 seemed like a very high price that we will never reach again and now just look at it bitcoin seems that is never going to go bellow that price ever again which show to us that circumstances on bitcoin change very fast.
The price of bitcoin always unexpected , and we are here feel free to make speculation. In my opinion itself i think the next achievement should be at $10,000  or higher. We have seen that kind jump several times isn't it? $0 to $250, $250 to $900, $900 to $1,700, $1,700 to $4,200 and the next one we can expect it to $10,000 why not?

Getting into the $10K level can be happening early next year as the current value can be playing around $4,000 to $4,500 while there is that coming November hard fork. Any development that can make people feel negative about Bitcoin can affect the whole market and the value of Bitcoin. In 2018, all of these things can be gone for good so it is possible that 2018 can be that big banner year for Bitcoin so let's hoard Bitcoin this year.

10k you say. Little to optimistic by my standards. This is something that most anticipate but it wont be this soon think, that after hard work we might see some movement in price but it wont be that huge, but also dont think that next year will make some boom in bitcoin price. This year has already done it so far. Around 5000 should be price for the moment, still for me is to optimistic to say it will be with 5 digits in price.
606  Economy / Economics / Re: How long could bitcoin last? on: August 25, 2017, 07:52:34 AM
I think it depends on the public interest. Bitcoin will continue to say that people will be attracted to him. And now people's interest in bitcoin is increasing so the importance of bitcoin also increases, hopefully this trend will continue for a long time, because not everyone knows and understands what bitcoin is and how to get it and use it.

Yes, if no one using bitcoin again, bitcoin will be dead by itself because no one using bitcoin and the price will fall so down. If people keep using bitcoin and the price of bitcoin still high so we don't need to worry about that. Bitcoin will long last and i think it will growth, more people will start using bitcoin in the future.

True but this wont happen. Bitcoin popularity is growing from each passing day. Every day there are new users and companies interested in investigating or buying not just bitcoin but any other coin that is reliably as bitcoin. They even invest in ICOs in hope that they will have some good income latter in bitcoin.

This will last forever, dont think that this will cool down any time soon.
607  Economy / Economics / Re: Which country would be the first to eliminate fiat and convert to crypto fully? on: August 24, 2017, 08:33:11 AM
I will go for Sweden maybe. From what i know about them is that they rarely use any cash just cards, and perhaps cuz of that they will do it first. Also about them there was some lines on net that they even wanted to made e-krona there own cryptocoin for Sweden alone but seem this project went down at some point.

608  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins that might survive in the future? on: August 24, 2017, 08:00:35 AM
Many alt can survive or be good to stay were there are at the moment. Ethereum, Litecoin, Dash, Monero, Zcash, Ripple are just some of many that survive over the many fall and down, both in price and supply. Many will try to watch BitcoinCash for upcoming period but think that this will be only for this year after that he will come to some  value that is around many of mentioned coin.
609  Economy / Economics / Re: When will more retailers accept Bitcoin on: August 24, 2017, 07:46:48 AM
we do not need more retailers to accept bitcoin when the number of bitcoin users is still very small. What we need is that more and more people will get into bitcoin and use it as an investment first. Then, retailers can open a store which accepts bitcoi to attract them.

Indeed. What we need right now is the high demand of the bitcoin users. If the government will see the huge population of the users they will make an ordinance about it and when the legislative and the president signed up for this then that will be the time they implemented it to the merchants. Japan is a very good example to this, they have hundreds of merchants as well as bitcoin is legal here.

Off course. One thing follow another. When we have more demand for users to pay in bitcoin then we will have retailers to accept it. Japan is first to come with this and hope that will have better expansion of countries accepting it next year with maybe China and Russia as players in this. Possible some other countries as well can be joining it in this.
610  Economy / Economics / Re: How long could bitcoin last? on: August 24, 2017, 07:27:35 AM
It will last until a better coin emerges that will be taken by the World as an official neutral currency for all. However before that happens, bitcoin will most likely go through its glory and also become like main World currency that will be accepted in most countries and be widely used. I know that there are now this scary things like probability of fork or the price is fluctuating much, but it's nothing that could really end bitcoin out of nowhere. It will probably slowly die when its time has come, but there is still bright future as the whole cryptocurrency, blockchain technology is just beginning to go mainstream.
I disagree it does not matter if a better coin comes bitcoin has too much advantage alredy, just look at gold an platinum, platinum is rarer than gold and yet gold is more expensive, why? Because people have trusted in gold for thousands f years that is why, when this new coin appears bitcoin will have an advantage that is going to be impossible to overcome.

True. Every new coin that is come out so far will only increase value to bitcoin. And if some possible good one comes (like ETH, ZCAS and some that are good so far) then price will increase even more and that why bitcoin will last for very long time. Bo matter for how many coin will pop up this will only be good side for bitcoin and for price increase.
611  Economy / Economics / Re: Cashless society on: August 23, 2017, 07:06:29 PM
This is actually a good idea, a cashless society means less hassle more convenience to all of us. Imagine a world without worrying about your money in your wallet, that it may get stolen from you. Cryptocurrency also helps us with its security, we do not need to be bothered by storing our money in the bank or at a safe, the online wallets do that job for us. A cashless society is the most convenient way to live our lives carefree.

Stealing can be made with cryptos to, hard but possible. Anyway it would be good not to worry all the time about cash in wallet sometimes can be very frustrating.  Most keep coins on secure wallet but this could be good if someday comes to reality. Still in some point we are in cashless society but for complete we will need much more. Who knows maybe in some near future it will be cashless but it wont be with cryptos maybe with something else.
612  Economy / Marketplace / Re: how earn btc from online??? on: August 23, 2017, 07:35:36 AM
Internet has lot of things to offer when it comes to earning bitcoins. You can try mining, trading, or join signature campaigns from this bitcoin forum. but as to your question how? here's some of the things you should do:

  • Mine your own Bitcoins. The very first way to get your own Bitcoins was through mining.
  • Do work for Bitcoins.
  • Offer something for Bitcoins.
  • Gambling and casino games.
  • Use various Bitcoin faucets.
  • Boost your trading skills.

This list was good when price was small on bitcoin, for example faucets are waste of time, working for it is much better solution. If you have skill in programming and design then you have good way to earn bitcoin. Also with increase of social media if you have lot of followers on FB and Twitter then you can go earn with social media campaigns as well.

613  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: August 23, 2017, 07:32:57 AM
Gambling is so addicting, because it gives opportunity to earn easily money. Gambling is very known activity that everyone wants.

Besides that many think that trough gambling will make huge money, but when they start they see that it not that simple as it is.
Gambling as gambling for experience player can be source of income but for some rookie it can be very hard with lose of money or something else this mainly depends in what person in gambling.
614  Other / Off-topic / Re: Job Vs Bitcoin on: August 22, 2017, 07:35:08 PM
Jobs are only for extra income and make new friends. You can't be rich with your job.
But bitcoin makes you rich. You can buy your Aston Martin with bitcoin Smiley
LOL! Working in the real world can still earn wealth that is as good as working on bitcoin, if you work for a big company in the real world, you will receive a very good salary, work anywhere if you have a good income and you can manage finances you have well, you will become rich in the future.

True. Day job paycheck depend of what type job you have. If you are good programmer and designer then you can make good money and be rich without bitcoin, but if you are janitor you will not, then bitcoin is better way to pay at the moment.

Off course this is just some example, but this fact will remain the same never quit day job cuz you think you will earn here with signature campaigns more. Full time job is full time job 8 hours a day work it out then do bitcoin or do it on work if you can.
615  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin the new gold on: August 22, 2017, 07:25:30 PM
For those of you that do not know, gold was chosen for the gold standard for the purpose of backing currency because it cannot be destroyed . Maybe destroyed isn't the right word. It was chosen because other metals tarnish and Decay over time. In that respect Bitcoin and gold have that in common except for the fact that bit going to can be burnt and lost. Both are considered Commodities legally. That is about the point where they split.

Good point but here is little hard to determine what is good and what is not that good. Gold is good option cuz all major if not all countries using gold as let say cold storage, but in case of bitcoin he is more like digital gold but not just like real one. Again many consider that bitcoin will be new gold but he need to be physical for that.

Yeah, in some reason we can say bitcoin is like a digital gold nowadays but the sad factor is the saddin up and down of the rate value of the currency exchange.
Definitely bitcoins are the new gold of the era. I would rather like to pay tribute to bitcoins for making our lives comfortable and easier by calling them ‘digital diamonds’. They are going to grow in the coming years and will be rising much higher in value than we can even imagine. Let us all stay loyal to our bitcoins to have a great future.

Bitcoin is sure new type gold in any way of this word. This will be future in any possible way and outcome. Why is that, all think that cuz of current value but image in let say 5 years price could be atomically high also can be little higher then current one. This makes bitcoin more interesting with each day and with new users coming every day.
616  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: the easiest way to make a profit from gambling? on: August 22, 2017, 09:42:04 AM
For every single game in casino or sport betting there is system that can be done to increse favor to players choice. For example there are in roulette people that make bet only to color and they change and increase every 4 round or something then return or change the color. Sport betting is simpler but it can be very profitable to.

So basically every single game in the world can be beaten with different system of play. Research little on google there are some good and funny ways of doing this.

618  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as the currency of the future? on: August 22, 2017, 08:51:47 AM
with the rate at which bitcoin is going, people would soon stop holding fiat and start buying bitcoin. In early January 2017, bitcoin was less than $1000 but today its worth more that $4000. So you see people will rather hold money that is also in a form of investment.

Currently many are holding and are eager to see what will it be at the. Bitcoin as future investment is good and many do this as safe keeping something like retirement fund or they consider bitcoin as digital gold.
619  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you see alts have chances against Bitcoins? on: August 21, 2017, 06:33:09 PM
The power of bitcoin is the number of developers (wallet providers), they actually make bitcoin great, but I'm sure all things can happen ETH is a very good coin to beat bitcoin.

Bitcoin will always be bitcoin and as such as prime coin he will always be most worth. Everything else is attempt to beat bitcoin in price and everything else. Always will be some coin that is close or near to beat him, but eventually bitcoin will be prime always. ETH is good examples that will come "maybe" near but this will remain on word "maybe".
620  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Trading vs Gambling on: August 21, 2017, 06:29:26 PM
Just curious since the last discussion I had was about gambling vs trading. I know trading can seem to be a bit of a gamble as well, but I see it a little bit like poker. It's a combination of math and psychology. Maybe not the same ratio though, just generalizing  Tongue

I'm just new here and I haven't tried trading. I've heard that you can earn a lot through trading but I can see risk when trading. I think it requires knowledge, skills, money and time. I've gambled a lot even before I learned about crypto currency.

From some point they are both gamble but in trading you can minimize the risk of lost and in gambling its 50-50 win lose situation. This is most simple explanation that can be.
But if you are looking for profit then trading is better but need to research the thing you want to invest.
