It was bitcoin cash, bitcoin gold also, next one is scheduled to be bitcoin diamond, which will probably be this month as many expecting. While first two were ratio 1:1 if you have one BTC you get 1 BCH or BTG, on bitcoin diamond is 1:10 ratio. For one bitcoin you will get 10 bitcoin diamond. Bitcoin Diamond has already happened as far as I know. You can trade it on binance and yobit I was told. Other forks will be Supersmartbitcoin, Bitcoin Cash Plus, Lightning Bitcoin, Bitcoin Platinum, not sure about Bitcoin Silver though. Way more may happen next year, who knows.  Many will happen in next year or two and this is something that cannot be stopped. Ok if some alt follow this path, but in the end it will be very confusing what is good or bad. If we look in that direction everybody loves free money, and we see that some coins from this fork are still it process of development, and that some can be traded already on some exchanges. Just hope that everything will be ok at the end and that this forks wont influence much in bitcoin price and that it wont be manipulated in price. Same thought here. When forks started, I have thought that there will be nothing to stop upcoming forks in the future where in they give free coins just to gain supporters. This only makes users confused of which is which with so many alts created. Some get scared and others just wanted to invest in cheaper ones making other coins or simply bitcoin dump for a while. Mostly, new users are the ones investing to such coins.They only invest in this. Look at the price for all forked coin only bitcoin cash is by me manipulated price. Personally dont like this cuz it can be bad for bitcoin in global, but live this cuz they will always love free cash. Bottom line is we are far from over on forked coin for upcoming period. |

If we look at the price range for all crypto currencies then i would suggest for the moment to invest in short term in bitcoin in long term in some alt not ICO clean altcoin.
ICO are risky with 50-50 changes of success but long term in let say ethereum can be very profitable.

Try holding your coins until Christmas this is happening every year that price go high (however in this year price is going up from start of the year so this may be not so important), and when Christmas is pass then price usually goes down for some 10%. So if you want to gain something maybe better is to hold them and then sell them and if price really goes down buy again and you will gain this 10% interest.

Probably stops at 10300, it's where price never will come back again.
Nice speculation I like the last part of bitcoin will never go back again below $10,300. Though $20,000-$40,000 by the end of the month is quite impossible because of too high value but anyway whatever will be the result by the end of this month/year, it will be fabulous for sure. It will be one or two corrections with price little lower then 10k, but this is very bold and maybe ridiculous for bitcoin price to reach and even breach price of 20k this year. Little to optimistic in my personal opinion is this price range. |

For some prediction he would put some link or reference from someone that was mentioned, but even this price is good, but on other side its good to be optimistic in any way so for this i will go for 12-13k by years end. Its to optimistic and wild for price of single bitcoin comes to over 20 grand in single month.

IMO, ethereum is the most successful coin in cryptocoin market. It has a value not only monetary but also functional. Since bitcoin get further away from its own base functions, eth can reach 1000 dollars at the beginning of March.
Probably right, ETH is becoming huge coin in both ways. Everything that is happen this year is good for cryptoworld but seem like only bitcoin and ethereum good best of it. Its not that big deal that it will be huge success for eth maybe hitting this 1000 is easy for ethereum and maybe will happen sooner then you anticipated. |

This is correction small one off course, if this was crash price would went huge bottom and hitting maybe 2000 to call it a crash.
We saw this in last few month several times but now its a big deal cuz price for the first time reach 5 digits and when went down this is crash.
This will be in motion until Christmas then we will probably see huge correction in price.

We see that price is going up even if price went down with same rate like last time was this big surge back in 2013 we could expect to see bitcoin going down up to 4000 and that is big if follow the same path like before which i dont think it will be for me bottom line price would be if comes to it around 6000.

Many consider bitcoin as retirement fund, me as well. Trying to collect the amount that i think will be good for me.
However this is also good think for some saving in long run but lately is good for short run as well. We saw that price of bitcoin rapidly go up and this is good for those who waited this moment and for those who invested some amount a month or two ago, they made quite profit.
So from some perspective depend what is good for you at the moment.

The most obvious difference between bitcoin and real money is that it can be controlled or not, real money is easily controlled by the central bank while bitcoin can not be controlled because it is decentralized.
Some countries makes restricted regulation of money, there is limitations about how much money that you can withdrawls per month or how much money that you can send to another country. Bitcoin is the real freedom for us, its so much better than real money. This is true about limitation. In my country we are limited to daily bases of 2500 euros per day only companies can take more. Bitcoin is something else you can withdrawal how much you want when ever you want. |

Here is a perfect example, yesterday break about bitcoin reaching 10000 was major my national and local television made quite a good announcement on this and must say in prime time they dedicated 3 minutes about it. Not bad for something that is worth 10k.

In the traditional investments like buying of stocks, real state, commodity market etc., it requires a lot of money and documentations to begin with. In bitcoin, you can start with it by just learning the system and it does not requires a lot of money to become an investor. The returns is also far higher than what the traditional investment promises. The risk are just the same, just be well informed and updated by the rising and falling of bitcoin rate. This is sure one way to put this. Bitcoin is just "simple". Not to mention that in this moment bitcoin is huge, and if we look at the profit range then bitcoin is at the moment sure investment with huge gain in the end. In look on the risk everything have same risk and for the moment for bitcoin can be expect to go, for other its depended from demand and offer on the market. My opinion is that bitcoin will jump until Christmas then will go down for some correction. |

If you consider that even bitcoin cash at the moment is manipulated in price my biggest estimate for bitcoin gold is to reach max 1000 if also be manipulated in price. If stays as it is don't think it will break over 500 in any longer time or will be stable on that price.

Only one country if I recall that wanted to do this was Sweden with E-Crown coin that was with good idea but bad team back 2-3 years ago. Sweden is country that use most of the time payment card and rarely real cash in every day trade.
Considering how that turn out in the end dont think that any more countries will ever try this.
