741  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Afraid of August One? on: July 21, 2017, 08:40:43 PM
Many think its best to switch on some alt. See that most dont know what to do and to be honest almost all think this way. No one will say this but most dont know what will be after this. What is good option switch on alt, but what if bitcoin went up double and all alts remain as they are. Lost. And then we have other option bitcoin go down alts go down (they can also remain as they are) then its 50-50 situation.

Believe that most will stick to bitcoin no matter how good or bad outcome be at the end.
742  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the Biggest problem you have with trading / exchanging? on: July 21, 2017, 08:37:15 PM
I'm curious if other people are having similar challenges. But,
what is your BIGGEST problem with trading crypto coins and exchanging overall?

Your feedback would be appreciated.

My biggest problem is only one, patience. I have been lost almost 40% from my money because can't control my emotion. When the price falling down, I should see graphic price chart not sell all my coins. But it's too late, after I sell it the price comes up again. This time I try to control my self-becomes patience people, hope will happen soon. Good luck.

That's my main problem too when I buy a good altcoin with cheap price, I can't wait for it to be more valuable. I instantly sell it out again and get back to bitcoin.

Its not just patience that is problem, also is slow response from exchanges when big money is involved, I mean on this when some coin is gain price rise all want in then when you come to this price went double or triple. This is problem with all exchanges especially with big ones.
743  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: July 21, 2017, 04:12:23 PM
Nice question.
My thoughts on " Why gambling so addicting " are
The will to earn money in a short period of time without doing any work in other words greed for fast money Cheesy

This is what I think going to read what others think.

It's hard to deny this reason, since gambling also affects the element of greed within us, addiction is the strongest driving factor that will continue to enter our minds. The power that comes from addiction can only be stopped by family or religious factors, but as long as we are able to manage well, nothing bad will ever happen.

Yes. Greed is sadly very involved in gambling and addictions follows it, rarely it is passion or joy playing it.
But factor in gambling and betting in general are that we want to win and we will still keep trying to win no matter what would be outcome at the end.
744  Economy / Speculation / Re: WHEN will BTC rise again and WHY? on: July 21, 2017, 04:09:39 PM
Well if you are closely monitoring the exchange sites or trading sites you could've seen bitcoin risen earlier and today it is currently ar around $2800 more or less, so to answer your topic I think it will try to reach $3000 before August 1 and if it drops by that day or around that time by the next couple of days or months coming it'll try to increase more, so keep your eyes on close and monitor its value on or after August 1.

To be honest im expecting on some exchanges for this price to be set for this weekend. We will might see new ATH before August 1st but that is only speculation mine speculation.
Think that after activation and many weeks after it, we will see huge movement in price dont expect to see right away but after some time of adoption.

746  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: July 21, 2017, 04:00:45 PM
Guys, I saw this news today:

Halo: Formula 1 to introduce controversial cockpit head-protection system in 2018

The controversial 'halo' cockpit head-protection system will be introduced into Formula 1 in 2018, governing body the FIA has confirmed.

http://www.bbc.com/sport/formula1/40663158

What is your call on this?

As long as it does not affect the performance of the drivers then it is good to have extra protection. Some say that they do not like the way it looks. I am sure it will evolve with how it looks over time making it aesthetically beautiful and functional at the same time.

My option is bad look for starter and if this is really like on that picture provided by this article this is by me very bad. Poor view side like split screen. Ok safety first but this is hilarious. This is just beginning for going full cover and then it wont be formula 1 anymore. Formula 1 is cuz of open cockpit, if they do something like this then is worse then i tough. First was engine now this what is next speed limit to 200 km/h?
747  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [LTC] Litecoin Speculation on: July 21, 2017, 01:55:28 PM
In last month around in june i found thread starting charly lee joining LTC after leaving Coinbase in that timeprice was around 20$ -25$ but i dint believe one man cant change anything but now price is 40$+ .

A lot of people are predicting 100+ LTC. I missed my 28.00 buy in, hoping it drop back into 30's for a  minute and load the boat. Definitely on a lot of people radar now, seeing a lot of talk on social media, even youtube comment sections.

I bought my litecoin for $4 each and I sold 90% of mine for $8 and now I'm simply depressed. I was happy for making doubling my money but now I see what I missed.  Cry

Dont worry usually it happen on first trade you sell at your goals profit but some wait cuz some coin are know to go 5-6 time the price invested so good old advice wait longer next time it can be very profitable but sometimes we as people are very greedy and we want we we think its good for us.
748  Economy / Economics / Re: stable currency on: July 21, 2017, 01:52:09 PM
What do you consider as stable currency. If you mean on fiat some are pretty stable but if you look on crypto its completely unpredictable world. One day its up other is down, very unpredictable and most importantly fluctuation on price, this is something that its not just on bitcoin but on some other alt to. Still most of the alt are stable most of the time.
749  Economy / Marketplace / Re: how earn btc from online??? on: July 20, 2017, 08:02:24 PM
The easiest way I think is by joining in some signature campaign in this site,
You would be pay by posting some constructive post in the threads.
True. You can earn BTC online. But if you are pertaining to earn money, 'online' is broad which means there are lots of ways, signature campaigns, investing, trading and the likes. You can use your skills, especially in language to promote advertisements. Freelancing is also one of the choices, web developing too.

Definitely true. Joining some signature and on top of that with social media you can make big time now. Faucet like some mentioned here are now waste of time reason is simple very low paying. Here also is good marketplace where you can offer your services and receive payment for job well done.
750  Economy / Economics / Re: Cashless society on: July 20, 2017, 06:57:22 PM
Have you ever wondered how would the world's economy be like in the future as a cashless society?

Perhaps, with the increased traction of blockchain acceptance nowadays, could lead to the creation of digital fiat currencies powered by blockchains that are managed by governments themselves. With this in mind, there would be no need for physical cash, as digital fiat currencies would provide many advantages such as quick settlement, global payments, full transparency, implants use on citizens to make payments, and more.

If this becomes a reality, which I'm sure that it will, it would radically transform our lives for the better and reduce criminal activity as a result of the full transparency and auditability that a digital fiat currency would have thanks to the power of the blockchain technology.

Also, it makes me wonder if cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin would exist by that time, or will they co-exist with digital fiat currencies.

Nevertheless, I would like to know your opinion about this.  Wink

Cashless society. If this will be come true. This will be great because of fast transactions everytime you make payment. No more snatchers in the street just a hacker or phishing site that will cause threats. Easy and convenient way of living.
Cash and cryptocurrencies have their own strength and weakness. It is not right to say that the transaction will be faster in the cashless society. As you can see, when you make a face-to-face trade, cash is always the fastest way because you only need to give them a piece of paper which has value come from the government.

Sometimes is better to do this on paper like you said especially if this is used for "corruption" of government. However we are in era of internet and wireless communication and 80% of all money transaction in the world is being made on line. So for each passing day we are more and more cashless society in some sort of this word.
751  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [LTC] Litecoin Speculation on: July 20, 2017, 06:36:29 PM
Hey all.  I got litecoin at around 50 dollars or so and a bit more when it went down to the 40 something right as it is now.

Do you guys possibly see litecoin going to 1k or 2k in the future like btc?  The reason i ask this is because well its still pretty cheap now.  Because if you own say 250 litecoin now... and it goes to 2k each... that would be 1/2 a million dollars.

How much litecoin would you say you need to buy if you want to make 1/2 a million dollars in the future holding it?  As of now, i have some btc, ltc and some waves.

For short answer no. Litecoin wont go over 1000 only if bitcoin would be around 20-30k other wise wont happen.
Litecoin had initial value 1:15 over bitcoin when he was created if I recall but now many other took his place but still many said that litecoin is dead and this proves that he is very much alive.
Anyway this coin is good in my case for recoving loses made when i lost bet on some sport. I never stop believing in this coin and i will still be stronger support for this coin, but for me realist value for litecoin should be with current price on bitcoin around 120-140 dollars per one coin.
752  Economy / Speculation / Re: How long until $3000 or any other ATH whatsoever? on: July 20, 2017, 06:27:48 PM
Quite possible we could go and hit 3k this weekend or after. We are gonna go over it this time and possible like some topic here predicted and over 3500. My only concern on this is possible splitting chains. Hope that this wont be the case and that we can enjoy in so waited and anticipated rise.
753  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to play gambling in a smart way? on: July 19, 2017, 06:11:31 PM
Gambling for some people is art. Every bet (this i mean on casino or sport bet) is unique, most have chances 50-50, some are plat on luck other on skill and experience.
So smart gambling is skill and experience more then luck. You will have more winning in some gambling game if you have played it before and have some skill playing it and on top of that experience. Will this every game can be play smart.
754  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which Sport is the easiest to wager/win on: July 19, 2017, 07:54:04 AM
Which sports or matches are the easiest to wager on? I know different people like different sports but which one is most or easily profitable than others? Most people stick with what they know only, like me I prefer tennis, world cup football and basketball but which ones you should bet on since they are "easy"

Like yours, I also prefer basketball and tennis. Why? In basketball, for me you can predict the winner by looking at the line up of each teams. Normally, a team that a lot superstars has highest chance to win the game especially at NBA. In tennis, you can base on the experience and history of a player. Though tennis is quite harder than basketball since chances of you to lose your prediction is around 60:40.

In basketball i played on point better odd for some games like you sad easy to predict winner in NBA almost for sure, in Europe basket is little harder but not that much. While in tennis i like more to play on gems is more interesting and fun. Football in something completely different here is absolutely unpredictable cuz favorites now to lose quite often so i play on some 1.5 quite matches and very high percentage of win in this.
755  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [LTC] Litecoin Speculation on: July 19, 2017, 07:37:57 AM
Guys why do you think LTC supposed to rise?
Bitcoin will soon have all features like Litecoin - it will be fast and transactions will be cheap.
So there will be no need in Litecoin as a speedy cheap alternative of bitcoin.

Any ideas or arguments?

Litecoin will always be here for some reasons. First the will test think that want to be implemented in bitcoin like with segwith. Second most stable coin on market easy to trade with good market supply, on top of that people are still mining it. Very popular in china. What more do you need besides this. He may not be second anymore but still he is good coin.
756  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins that might survive in the future? on: July 18, 2017, 07:53:55 PM
Nobody knows which ones will survive for fact, but it's easy to see which projects have the long term potential. It's all just speculating but at this point is quite clear that alts are here to stay. And they are becoming more and more like actual projects you can take somewhat seriously. I think it's safe to assume that top 10 caps will still exist 3 years from now
Yes . I think the top 10 coinmarket will definitely survive as it gets more attention and investment. Especially all whales are concentrated in this market a lot so be sure these altcoin can survive for a long time.

Not necessary need to be. Coinmarket list can be easily changed and this is not good point to look it can be just starting point to see coin name at least but to see what coin can be good or survive future. Any coin can be potentially good or can be sleeping giant waiting for his wake up call. This is crypto world anything is possible.
757  Economy / Gambling / Re: BetKing Online Casino Relaunching Platform Alongside ICO on: July 18, 2017, 07:15:53 PM
What do you think about the ICO?
Why they want to collect funds from ICO, can't find any real reason for this. Why they just don't want to accept direct bitcoin investments like many other casino does.

I will not invest in any casino based ICO because it looks risky and where those ICO funds will end up is quite confusing in such ICOs.

Bad idea. Better is to try to make investment in bitcoin all online casinos based on crypto have this with some interest. ICO based on casino is more them to risky investment, like mentioned it can be besides confusing more like worthless at the end or can be used just in this or that casino. Not very good option better to try to take on some unique coin for all casinos let say casino coin or something else with mention on casino.
758  Economy / Economics / Re: Cashless society on: July 18, 2017, 07:12:09 PM
Its almost here actually. Visa card had already made it happen, they are not talking crypt but if all are using visa card, cashless is possible. crypto society may not really be happening during our generation, it may take another10 years before half the world will accept coins.

Lol, yeah if we see it as only cashless option we can use that itself. If you are planning for digital currency option in the sense you need to wait for bitcoin or other altcoins will increase it more everywhere and legalization of digital currency happen in every country.

Still we may not seen this in our lifetime. True with not just visa cards, more we use this more we are in cashless society. But we need to know that not use card (visa, master, diners, maestro) and that they are still countries that relay more on fiat rather then plastic. For cryptos to achieve this will take time maybe like btctube mentioned 10 years maybe more or less but eventually it will come to this.
759  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Future of Cryptocurrency world on: July 17, 2017, 07:54:49 PM
I'm sure the future cryptocurrency will continue to be improved, currently almost all prices cryptocurrency down due to segwit issues, but I'm sure the future cryptocurrency will continue to improve.
I agree. Cryptocurrency will continuously improve as time pass by. The exchange values of the coins might be in dump as of now but eventually it will get back to where it came from and get high compared to its prices as of now.

Everything improve over time so is the case with any crypto. Some improve less other more that how thing go, some have bigger value other not.
But if we look at altcoin that is something completely different no many have been stable and have good development most new ones are based on tokens, in my opinion just another way to take bitcoin from us. Many of them die completely after few month few are examples that other ones need to follow.

760  Economy / Speculation / Re: WHEN will BTC rise again and WHY? on: July 15, 2017, 04:10:27 PM
Ive been watching the markets sence bitcoin was 150$/BTC, i have been promoting bitcoin and the use of it for a long time, but why should BTC ever rise again? There have been a peak thru overbuying and now somebody has to pay = coin value drop.

Hard fork, soft fork doesnt matter the value wont rise above 2k$ again?
It wasnt meant to?

I have not sold my Coins but i dont believe in 4-10-100 000$ /BTC

Price is just little part of bitcoin ecosystem. It can fluctuate with little news, rumor, panic and more. There is nothing to despair at the moment. $2000 isn't any bad for bitcoins in such circumstances when it is about to go through chain split.
Keep supporting bitcoin and we could see it crossing $3-5k once again this year. All we need is unity after chain break.

Hope that chain break wont happen. I dont like idea having two different blockchain at all and many think the same. What will this end up after that.
With price still over 2000 this is good hard resistance is on 2000 and dont expect to see it below. For rise dont expect to see it after 1st August maybe weeks or few month after it when result come to sight.
