801  Economy / Speculation / Re: Same Bulls in Stock Market and Bitcoin? on: July 06, 2017, 11:29:27 AM
I am expecting a correction in stock market very soon. Is this correction affect cryptocurrency positive or negative way?

Do you think bitcoin will go in bear market if stock markets go in? Or the whales in stock market will move the monet into the coin market?
Crashes into stock or into commodity market will always have positive impacts on cryptocurrency markets as cryptocurrencies are new alternative investment vehicle for investors. When money inflow is not happening into stock nor currency markets, we can expect cryptocurrencies to get those money flows.

Sometimes market sentiment will differ between stock and bullion markets as these two are reciprocally connected. Same applies to cryptocurrency market too. We cannot predict that all the times cryptocurrency market will go up when stocks find crashes.

They are good alternatives but they can sometimes crash, this is basically what i mean if you put you investment in some alt then you can go crashing. Bitcoin is good alternative cuz its value for the time being more then gold. Some say this is good other that is bad. Any crypto have good markets now and there is every time less changes to lose all you investment. But when stock crashes like mentioned above usually crypto go up but dont need to be the case every time.
802  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Cryptopay Bitcoin Debit card + Giveaway on: July 06, 2017, 09:46:21 AM
I thinking to use this card several friend use this card and they recommend it. I want to try this cuz we have received another BTC ATM in town. Im hopping it will work well with it if not I will use it for online payment and purchases.

803  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will we ever see bitcoin lower than 1000$? on: July 06, 2017, 09:30:44 AM
BTC wont go below 1000 not anymore, it can go just higher not lower. Now like most of you here are writing and hopping to see so you can buy it, well not gonna happen. We can all just get sorry for not buying when it was "cheap" cuz now he is definitely not. So for this we can just buy on current price and expect to see price surge up in next month or two.
804  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin and bad scenarios on: July 05, 2017, 11:07:26 AM
The premise of this theory is wrong. How is it even possible for an entire country to abandon their jobs and focus on bitcoins? What will happen to agriculture, construction, banking etc all very important to their survival?

In a country like Zimbabwe it is highly unlikely because of lack of electricity. Urban cities have outages too. The internet infrastructure isn't there, and where will the poor people in rural areas find the funds to buy smart phones or computers they cannot even power?

This is something that wont be in motion for very long time. Japan tested first before they fully accepting it last month. So you need lots of preparations and lot of background work for this to be in motion at all. For everything in this they will always be good and bad point of view. Its normal that some accept it other dont that how thing work in real life.

805  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Afraid of August One? on: July 05, 2017, 09:58:07 AM
if i was going to spit ball, I would say you could possibly cut your SC and LBC holdings by 50%, and pick up one or two more alts, but that could hurt as much it would help you. Just the only suggestion i could think off. you have a much more balanced portfolio than me!

It will be maybe something like. The more we are close to this 1st August the more will be pressure to holder in some way. What to do? What to expect?

Some will say this or that, but point is that this will be single decision. Some will back down, other will transfers some amount like you mentioned on some alt that are stable will small chances of lost, other will go all or nothing. Time is ticking for decision.
806  Economy / Speculation / Re: Japan ends 8% consumption tax on bitcoin Today on: July 05, 2017, 06:37:14 AM
Good BOOST for monday.

The boost won't be that big. Japan still isn't the leader in trading. Also, somebody should investigate how their Bitcoin businesses are really doing.
I suspect there could be big interest in the currency but only out of curiosity and very little real use.
Even if that was the case and most business owners began accepting bitcoin as a novelty, that is the way many things begin, at first people did not know what use they will give to computers, but still many bought them, and then a market for new software and computer related products began to appear, so I think it is good news even if there is not a lot of transactions taking place at the moment.

Every breaking point in human history began with one small step. This is also the case we have to start somewhere and Japan made his move. Good is that they started more and more to accept this and more are using this to. Think that we will see major improvement in next month thin that this is still testing for bitcoin acceptance in Japan.
807  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can cryptocurrency make real money disappear? on: July 05, 2017, 06:34:17 AM
I think real money would likely make crypto disappear 1st.

The reasoning behind this is, crypto may be more likely to be hoarded than fiat which could lead to crypto disappearing as its hoarded in greater quantities, while fiat is freely traded.

Eventually we will go to no money or just some sort of digital money, they will not be paper money. Think this as if we as society evolve trough history then money or should I say mean of paying has to evolve to. We might not witness this perhaps some of our kid or grandkids will, but this will happen eventually.
808  Economy / Economics / Re: Cashless society on: July 04, 2017, 12:34:24 PM
Its very hard to turn the world totally into cashless society. We could get lessons from what happened in india  and venezuela after banning of high value notes. They thought that all people would change to digital transactions. But it didnot happen.Despite suffering, people stayed using paper currency continuously.More people are still unaware of digital transactions. They don't even have a credit or debit card.So its hardly impossible to convert this world immediately into a cashless society.

Believe me hard is small word for it. It will take much more then just crypto. Turning something that is from start in cash society is nothing that is done over night or just by someone say it. This is process or should i call this evolution. For every evolution you need time like everything that has happen trough history every invention and everything that we as society have done no matter how small that is.

809  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC 2500$ / $3000 ? on: July 04, 2017, 11:52:59 AM
Now the entire bitcoin community is much focused towards reaching $3000, because we already crossed $2500 and the fluctuations keep happening with the price taking it lower than $2500 and increasing all of a sudden. Possibly during this month we may experience $3000 as more investment is gonna take place expecting a big price increase after august 1.
Long bitcoin prices have persisted and stabilized at the price of 2500 USD. Still quite difficult to break the 3000 $ limit. Currently the news on August 1 is still quite confusing. Some say that the date can make the bitcoin price drop dramatically, while some say bitcoin prices will rise significantly and start to exceed 3000 $. This is all still a matter of speculation and we have to wait for the 1st of August to make sure.

Some say that maybe on 21st july when they will maybe release segwith2x and then we might expect to see some price change. I also expect to see this on 1st August and even some time after this activation. Think it will take some time week or two for thing to stabilize and then price will be pumped.
810  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins that might survive in the future? on: July 04, 2017, 11:34:06 AM
I will go for Dogecoin and litcoin. They really have the potential to survive in the future. ETH may be considered but there are a lot off pumping and dumping is happening with ETH so we can not say with surety.

It might be so. Both Dogecoin and Litecoin are old and well-established altcoins in the market, making them survive for many years to come. They have a recognized branding and community support, making it hard for them to stop trading in the markets anytime soon.

As for ETH, it has managed to rise over the years in development and popularity, making it the second largest cryptocurrency in market cap. Since it has many advanced features, and usability, it may survive in the future as well. On top of that, Ethereum has formed the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance, allowing it to evolve and retain its rightful place in the future.

While we may not know for sure if this will remain as is in the future, one thing is certain and that is every altcoin which has a foundation behind it, and a good development team will most likely succeed in the long term, making it survive for many years to come. Just my opinion. Smiley

Besides those 3 you mentioned, add monero and dash maybe they have good potential, also we could expect some newcomers to make some entry and make way for them to be recognized in crypto world.

On last statement i will add that every 25 crypto will come for long term most are short term with even cases with project abandoning.
811  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: July 04, 2017, 11:25:52 AM
Gambling is so addicting because of the money that you can have if you win, the urge of playing it everyday to make money is the one that makes you addicted to gambling.

You are right mate, you are simply right. When you get to make it in a pont that you are playing almost all of the time, then beware because at anytime soon, you will become addicted to it and it is a bad thing. really a bad thing.
It's all about self-learning, and you would want that all the time was knowing that you have experienced it once, probably you wanted to repeat it, and you will try to continue it until you hit it and once you have done that, your bankroll would be over. Don't expect people to help you because they only care about themselves, except if they are family.

When you have experienced some skills obtained, you will most likely get to earn more by excuting some succesful trades out there.

Agreed that trading and other methods of earning are much better for people who dont have official qualifications. But if you do have educational skills do go try for a job for earning. In case you dont you can always try bitcoin and altcoin trading for earnings money. Once you gain some skills in it you will find it much better than gambling even if both involve some degree of risk in it.

True on this. Trading is good less changes of full lost and you can return some fund is investment goes down in gambling you can do this. You are in gambling in win or lose situation, but again in gambling you can win big time. That is why is most risky but most profitable.

812  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC sudden price fall? on: July 03, 2017, 12:12:03 PM
We the bitcoin users can save the bitcoin from falling its price low, when all the bitcoin users will prefer to hold the bitcoin and not to sell it, I think it will really work

Most Bitcoin users are there for profits

So true. Dont know many users that are not here for profit. Most put some life time savings into this and hopping to see it double or triple the investment

I don't really know if anyone actually put their life time savings in Bitcoin

But that would be an outright insane decision, anyway. I've heard it many times about people pouring all they had into some Ponzi scheme (even into the Ponzi scheme which had been started by Charles Ponzi himself) and losing all in the end. On the other hand, I read posts of some folks here which pretended to be early adopters (not actually the very first adopters like Hal Finney but those who could still successfully mine Bitcoin on graphics cards), and they claimed that they were going to keep their coins till the end, i.e. until Bitcoin becomes a mainstream currency (and they a new wealthy elite) or until it bites the dust. Though I don't think there are many such people left, and some of them will definitely cash out long before the end of the game, so to speak

Yes this is true. There are some that made good profit with good investment and there are some that put some or all savings in bitcoin ans in that case made profit. For this it will always bee some ponzi or pyramid scheme that will be only to take you/mine/someone else money and runaway. This is something that we cant stop. But for some early adopter i will say with almost 100% they sell immediately after that coin is on market for profit nothing else.

814  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Barry Silbert segwit2x agreement with >80% miner support. on: July 03, 2017, 11:54:58 AM
SegWit2x intention peaked at 89% today. I hope it gets activated soon. This drama is reaching diva proportions.

It still nothing only some more drama to be putted on us. This is still no concluded yet tomorrow will be something else. Think that they test our patience.
Or will this innovation take aggressive actions to ensure a hard fork would enforce a 2 MB upgrade, and if this is true how many mining pools will run this resolution?

Should they, according to you, buy more bitcoins since how otherwise they could prop the prices up?

And there are some that dont understand how thing work off course.
816  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best Altcoin to invest in for 2017 and WHY !!! on: July 03, 2017, 10:01:19 AM
Every alt can be potentially good and every ICO can be good also. Read so many articles online on this topic and every article that i read point that this or that will be the "one" coin that will blow up in price. But after some guidelines and some sorting in my head some stable ones can be surprise (Ethereum, Litecoin, Monero or Zcash), on some that are coming or just come out as new ones most fuzz is on MobileGo and Giga Watt. Why are these coin, cuz in almost every article i found that some of these names if not all of them.

Personally for me is hard to pick one right "one" or can i just pick all of them and invest small amount in every one from them.
817  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin reduces unemployment on: July 03, 2017, 09:33:24 AM
Bitcoin wont effect this much for unemployment it will encourage more people to freelance and do online at least my point of view. In some ways maybe in near future bitcoin will reduce unemployment but for now i dont think so. But now for example price is quite high  and in some countries whole day is payed less then 1 dollar in this can bitcoin can help cuz you can make more then one dollar with faucets of any kind.

Dont you all think the same.
818  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will we ever see bitcoin lower than 1000$? on: July 03, 2017, 09:13:05 AM
Actually it all happens because the bitcoin price always have a fluctuations, this can certainly be profitable but also can be detrimental. And there is always the possibility that the bitcoin price will go down, but we expect the decline not to fall below $ 1000, let alone up to $ 600. Because if it's happen it will reduce our butged.
$1000 is deadline for Bitcoin in present, if the price breakdown under $1000, next price maybe is $800 because in that time can have panic seller everywhere. I think if this is true, maybe by SegWig failed and split Bitcoin to 2 Blockchain Network

Not possible even if segwit failed. Think little we have this year some improvement that are hard not to be noted. Japan fully adopted bitcoin in every day trade, Australia made no double tax and going to do the same as Japan fully adopting it in every day trade. Some other countries are on same path but this will only make for bitcoin to remain strong in price and i dont think that even if everything went down price wont be under 1500 ever again.

But i dont expect for segwit to fail i expect something similar like what happen to bitcoin maybe not that much but still i have confidence that price will break 3000 or even 3500.
819  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Advise needed: CEX Withdraw ** NEw to exchanges and Altcoins ** on: July 03, 2017, 08:15:51 AM
Thank you, but the only one I was able to get verified and use for my country was CeX so far, even it's prices are very high, but the only one I was able to use.

I just received the money couple of hours ago finally was very small amount though 550 use.

I used them to from time to time, they have problems only when you send more then 1000 in any currency (dollar, euro or GBP), receiving instantly smaller amount  only problem is how much time you bank need to verify this payment some do instant other need up to 72 hours.
820  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is the bank transfer to CEX.IO normally? on: July 02, 2017, 12:39:02 PM
Never had any issues with them and support is excellent from them. I send several times money also i withdraw money with no delay. But now they are overwhelmed with transactions give them little time, withdrawal is fast now but for sending they have huge request. E-mail support they will help up as much they can also use app from them.
