Secondly, since theymos has basically washed his hands with this allowing xDeathwing to set the precedence, we can now all list bounties and change the amount offered after the requirements have been met, using the, "I was just joking!" excuse. If it works for a well-respected mod, it should work for us common users. Here's the deal: If xDeathwing doesn't pay up the remaining 0.45 BTC owed within 24 hours, I will pay it.
