6661  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: bitnopoly.com is a scam!! on: September 08, 2013, 07:02:11 AM
@ Bitcoin Scammer

I'm going to have to respectfully disagree with you, Bitcoin Scammer. Clearly, you were the one that place bitnopoly on your site 4 hours after the OP was penned, with you providing the second post.

I can easily dig up threads where there were strong arguments made against BitPay and Memory Dealers, but clearly they are not scams.

Surely, if somebody were to now start a thread claiming BitPay was a scam and provided the same number of pieces of evidence, and if you were to come along and be the first to read then comment it, you would have to add them to the site using the same criteria used in this thread.

Please reconsider, bud. Again, I have no issues with you, for on the service it seems like you provide a needed service.

Peace.

If you are MAD at BFL, then "wreak havok on the lives of the persons mentioned"

 Unacceptable behaviour. Don't to this.

I recommend forum administration move to ban anyone suggesting vigilante justice.

The worse I've ever stated was egging Pirate's car and maybe some banter involving a broomstick. I feel so liberated since...

Raspberry.

I see that payment is not actual its from yesterday, come again tomorrow and we'll check.

18 seconds after posting the above and changing the 0.5 to 0.05, xD altered the OP.

xDeathwing could have theymos take it out of his pay for being mod on the Turkish section. Surely, he's getting some compensation given that Turkey is a difficult language and all.

xD was quoted prior to the change:

But, for the life of me I can't figure out how the quote was changed.

BitPay
6667  Other / Off-topic / Re: In on: September 08, 2013, 04:22:58 AM
In's IN in IN increased in value.

In 1 => person
In 2 => Indium
In 4 => Indiana

Unless my 7 ins is not grammatically correct that's the number to beat. I see that I forgot to exclude plurals and possessive usage as well--only singular ins.
6668  Other / Off-topic / Re: If you live in the US, in which state do you live? Poll. on: September 08, 2013, 04:12:48 AM
I voted Tennessee for the hospitality, among a myriad of other attributes.

But...

Wisconsin for the fishing.
Alaska for the isolation (though an extrovert), scenery, and the fishing.
South Dakota for the fishing.
Mississippi for the soft poker games at the casinos due to the number of fish...
Texas, because most the women I bedded there smelled like...

States I haven't been to:

Hawaii
Alaska
Oregon
Washington
Maine
Vermont
New Hampshire
Rhode Island
Delaware

The letter I, among other letters, can be found in "in", in "In the Misty Moonlight", or in "VIII".

For those keeping score at home, we went from 4 to 5 to 7, then back to 4 ins in a row.
6672  Other / Off-topic / Re: In on: September 08, 2013, 01:27:49 AM
The capitalisation rule is cheating. I really don't think the last "in" in "in in In" should count.

Being that this is my thread, the last "in" in "in in In" in "In" thread should count.

Wow, I woulda missed this thread if someone hadn't linked it!  I'll be in KC that day and I love sushi!  Tell the restaurant not to run out of wasabi!!!!!

I thought you were aware, but I didn't bring it up via our brief PM session since I understood you had to get back home early enough to be ready for the next day's activity.

See you Tuesday noonish at the lab.
6676  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: New Josh Zerlan scam: BFLS.RIG on: September 07, 2013, 09:33:44 PM
Yes, I agree with OP. Josh is scamming on the BFLS.RIG

As the IPO agreements show, the issuee of the security are offered to have BFL's mining rigs to mine Bitcoin. The owners of the BFLS.RIG take most of the risks to wait the Mini rig until recently. Josh should get the mining rigs and mine for the BFLS.RIG owners. However, he chose to end this contract at the beginning point where it starting to generate revenue.

Josh has no right to end the contract in this way. As he can mine. The mining business is still profitable.

Josh did not sell the asset at a fair market value. He is stealing from the BFLS.RIG owners.

Josh has claimed that BFL did not give the mining rigs owned by BFLS.RIG to him. He has given no solid proof that Butterfly Labs has really done this. It is highly likely that he had already get the mining rigs and steal them from BFLS.RIG.

I go with that Josh should be labelled as a scammer.

Unless I missed the memo, theymos discontinued the scammer tag practice.
6677  Other / Off-topic / Re: satoshii on: September 07, 2013, 09:21:06 PM
Well the plural form of pi is 'pis' so i guess the plural of satoshi would be just 'satoshis'?

Traditionally speaking, that is correct. But remember, Bitcoin is breaking tradition, hence...

Contrive a grammatically correct sentence using four ins in a row. One or more can be capitalized but don't use Inn--only "in/In".

I'll start with using three ins in a row to get the ball a rollin'.

The choir joined in in "In the Misty Moonlight". (Is the period suppose to be inside the quotation mark?)

EDIT: No plurals or possessive usage.
6679  Other / Off-topic / Re: Any Legit ways to make money online? on: September 07, 2013, 09:09:47 PM
My parents have just let me know that they wont be paying for my rent next semester at school so I will need to make up the money. I will be getting a job but I was wondering if anyone had any ideas where I could make up the other 150-200 a month I need to pay for rent and food. I would prefer no bullshit survey websites that pay 10 cents for an hour survey, but I guess all ideas are appreciated. It needs to be something I can do in my freetime since I will be balancing school and a job. Thanks in advance!

Get your ass back here and talk to us kind folks that have offered up some neat suggestions.

Quit question: What are you majoring in in college?
