I hate to be the first one to say this, but you're really not in position to oversee this venture. Does anybody else see how I came up with this assessment? Buddy, your idea was dead on arrival.

I see what you did there

Is the Zombie Coin website live yet?  Grin
Nope its dead :c

Now, you've piqued my interest!

6683  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: bitnopoly.com is a scam!! on: September 07, 2013, 09:24:42 AM
Wow. So you get one report of a scam by a disgruntled troll and you add me to the list of scam sites? What about the 50 people in the coinchat.org bitnopoly channel that play games all day long and I have processed ALL of their withdrawal requests. The full story behind this guy who has reported me is a scam is this:

He created over 50 accounts using yopmail.com email service to get a free 100 Bit Points per account. He then requested withdrawals immediately on each one. I then put in a limit of 500 bit points minimum to prevent his gaming of the system. So then he played games against himself using his 50 accounts to pool the free 100 bit points into one account and as soon as he crossed the 500 bit points limit he requested a withdrawal of 550 bit points.

I spent two days investigating his activities, looking at ip addresses, game logs, etc, and then messaged him on coinchat that I wasn't going to be able to process his withdrawal. He then made up this story of this other account "korven" which has one game played and has rolled the dice 36 times and passed go 6 times. He claimed in coinchat he was 12-0 on that account (which frankly is nearly statistically impossible in monopoly..i dont know anyone else who has won 12 out of 12 games) and that I had reset and deleted all his points and activity. I checked the database and its just not true. I have 0 other complaints from other users, and databases dont just mysteriously choose to evaporate data from just one user account.

Notice how he also says he has no proof from other screenshots of his 12/0 wins, and there are no other users that remember playing any games against him.

Please don't add sites to the scammers list based on ONE single report, when there are dozens if not hundreds of other happy users using the site all the time.

Appreciate your consideration. Feel free to contact me directly to discuss the issue further if you'd like. bitnopoly@gmail.com

Jay

How is it that I can read this post, and without even visiting the site nor viewing a single post of Jay's, I'm able to believe wholeheartedly that Jay is on the level?

To be clear, I honestly believe that this is NOT a scam site, and I'm not being sarcastic.

Nice post, Jay!

This is bullshit! It's been stuck at $125.63 for almost 2 minutes. When is it going to move again?
6685  Other / Off-topic / List the latest DRAMA threads here. on: September 07, 2013, 07:10:17 AM
Don't believe this's been done before. For those who love DRAMA, now there's a central location to link from to other BitcoinTalk threads.

Feel free to use whatever format you desire, but providing some info accompanying the link would be appreciated.

6690  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer - MtGoxUSD wall movement tracker - Hardcore on: September 07, 2013, 05:04:20 AM

Nah. Look at the Bitstamp market depth. To do any sort of meaningful arbitrage you've got to go down to the $115s. Red herring....

lol

10% is not worth it?

price was well over 10% difference when stamps first fell

you don't HAVE to buy at market to do arbitrage

No it's not worth it when you can't get your cash out of Gox. When the price difference was $10-$15 one can buy on bitstamp, sell on Gox and wait for a convergence such as this to sell back as I have had, but since the depth on bitstamp is pathetic, you basically end up back where you started. Waste of time...

What are the chances that major Bitcoin vendors liquidate their bitcoins at Mt Gox, but use BItStamp (or a near average) when they price their products/service?

The guy singing needs to anunciate better, I can't really understand him.

Because of his condition, he has a unique singing voice, but I bet he's a terrible muff diver.
6692  Other / Off-topic / Re: SCAM ALERT: Johnniewalker's Bags of Cash on: September 07, 2013, 03:52:48 AM
I just don't get it

Is someone here selling shredded money?

You can get those if you visit a certain place in the US pretty cheap. It's not really worth buying them (I don't think).

Brainfart!

Counterfeit shredded dollars/paper currency/fiat, and not just limited to the US dollars. Simply print, shred, bag, and repeat. Just would have to make sure the advertising copy is oblique enough to withstand a lawsuit.

Who's hungry too? Smiley
Me too.
Anyone wanna send me a pizza? I'll pay 10,000 BTC.

For 10,000 btc I'd fly anywhere in the world to get you your pizza, then deliver to your house, and hand feed you. lol

I'd even let you keep the jet. lol

No, just 1 pizza.

I remember that one. lol

I'd even let you keep the jet. lol

This would most likely be a very used jet... or maybe a helicopter. heh

Do we all agree that one BTC has more value than one liter of water?

...So these guys rob a bank, and they're trekkin' across the desert, it's right around noontime and they're traveling light -- just a paper wallet with one bitcoin...

You almost had me!

With all due respect, Honest Abe, I do have well over 15280 15281 satoshii stashed away for a rainy day, albeit a few satoshii shy of a full coin.

The title has nothing to do with the first post ...
You don't plan to do an alt coin named ZC (zombie coin)
its in referance to the service i am providing

Still don't have a clue, do you? I should make you sweat a tad longer with my little gag, but you're an okay guy, so I'll provide the clue: ----->   The first live betting site for Bitcoins!   - BitcoinLiveBets.com

A goat, an asshole, a l*#@, and an alcoholic walk into bar to attend a meetup...

Seriously, all, this event will eclipse Pirate's LV meetup. Where's everybody's sense of adventure. On top of all that, it's in Kansas.
