I have not had any bad experiences with Yobit so far. In fact I have picked up some bargains there.
People being negative I think about Yobit cause like cryptsy is takes on just about any coin....plus people love to complain in crypto. Imagine no exchange wanted to list a coin. How will such a coin get off the ground? Yes, there are scam coins listed, but there have been good coins as well that started on Yobit. Also, they give coins the benefit of the doubt and take a long time before de-listing which has also seen some revivals and lifelines in certain cases because the coin was still listed. Their withdrawals are also super fast.

Every bank and his dog is 'experimenting' with blockchains now, but are they federated? If you can't move coins and assets from one to another easily they're not worth much IMO. We need a protocol that every blockchain follows, like tcp/ip Over time there will be many blockchains because the world will never standardize. Currently there are fiat service providers that facilitate the translation between currencies and facilitate the movement of funds cross-border eg. SWIFT et al. It is unlikely that this will change in the fiat world as governments and central/reserve banks like to maintain control over their own currency. It is most likely that a similar environment will arise with virtual currency where there are service providers doing the necessary translations between block chains. Reserve banks might have control over their money supplies eg. the VC Bank of England is working on. In a similar way there will be others and the service provider will have many chains in their systems doing the translations.

It looks like LISK (IOU) price is gradually declining, although it could be a general thing currently in the market. It is a pity about the IOU because the IOU might just have taken the steam of the initial rise and decline usually seen with new coins. There is normally a quick rise and decline and then the price settles and then enters the development phase and is dependent on the development work. If development work is poor the price goes down further and if the development work is good then price will rise again. What is clear is that the IOU portion of the LISK money supply is insignificant to the total money supply and should not necessarily be seen as indicative of the price of the main supply of the real coin. This is because a small supply is very much sensitive to price movements especially in an environment where a lot of hype was created and people are impatient with anticipation. The real price could be much higher or much lower.
The next thing that will impact LISK is what will happen on launch day. If a significant portion of the 100m finds it way to the market without the corresponding demand the price will go down. If there is enough demand the ICO investors will exit at a profit and the new investors (and/or whales) will take over at the new floor and do their thing. Most people have a short term profit objective without necessarily worrying too much about what a coin is about as long as whatever the dev team and community does enhances the chances of their objective being met. The chances are therefore higher that a significant portion of the supply will go to market relatively quickly after launch because most holders with a short term profit objective will want to execute their strategy as quickly as possible at maximum profit. The ICO investor mix plays an important part. If the ICO mix were more big investors caring about the coin and future potential less coins will hit the market early on. If the mix were more day traders that would do anything to make a bitcoin or 2 they will exit as soon as they can make that 1 bitcoin and they will jump with joy. Chances are higher though based on statistics that the latter option is the case but not necessarily.
LISK holders must just hope that the wind was not taken out of its sails with the IOU thing and momentum negatively impacted so that that is not seen as the initial rise and decline of the coin. I hope for everyone that there will still be another one after the coin launches for real. However, imo, holding should be more long term for LISK and I hope there are many people with a long term objective in the ICO investor mix.

On page 1 in the presentation I can read this: "The crowdfunding tokens can be traded at decentralized Txt Asset Exchange and centralized exchange partners before the Mainnet launches". What does that means exactly? Is it like Lisk (IOU) on Yobit.net?
Will Waves start trading and exchange when network run fully or testnet already?
Few options: 1. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1387944.msg14456809#msg144568092. If we have wallet ready at the end of ICO, at least for exchanges for example, they can set up a node and tokens can be withdrawn there. Like the option 2 as I dont have to deal with NXT. There is nothing wrong with an asset exchange like NXT and tokens traded on it. The devs will know who bought into the ICO and will manage the issue of the coins when they become available in the end. As long as the initial distribution of tokens is solid (accuracy, integrity, completeness, validity, non-repudiation etc.) in line with the ICO then all is fine. Tokens can then be traded and whoever can produce a token by the time the actual coins become available can swop their tokens for actual coins.

i can setup a nomp pool iff people ar interested
thats a good idea there's no other mining pools It is not necessary for a pool and also not profitable. Stake rewards from POS is much more material than the POW rewards and staking seems to go along ok. POW rewards is negligible. If it ever comes to the point where there are no more POS stakes for whatever reason, then POW will come into play again.
