What will happen to any coins that don't get exchanged ? If someone leaves their coins on C-Cex and does not move them to Gorillaex. There is always someone, whenever a swap is done, that does not swap their coins, will they be lost ? Will 10k and Balls be delisted from other exchanges ?

PS: The number of compounding periods in a year does not have a material impact. It is subject to the law of diminishing returns. Compounding periods lose impact dramatically as you go over 12 so that in the end if you have 50 or 1000 or 100,000 or 700,000 makes very little difference. Will post some graphs later based on the above specs. As you go towards infinity you can actually just use a constant to calculate the effective interest rate.
An illustrative example:
If you put your money in the bank with no compounding and you decide to change the interest to monthly compounding, the effect on your interest for the year will be much bigger than if you change from monthly compounding to daily compounding. If you change from daily compounding to compounding by the minute the effect on your total interest earned at the end of the year will almost be negligible.

When making buying decisions, remember the people that bought Crave at 800k. At this point there are only promises and nothing concrete. High prices only make sense when there is something sustainable eg. implemented use case, proven dev team, proven implemented tech and promises delivered on. Any abnormal price increases not based on these things are baseless and not sustainable. Be careful not to give away another 400BTC n00b money to a pump group a la Crave.
For every winner there is a loser. Who will be the winners and who will be the losers here? However, each to his own to make his own decisions based on risk appetite.

You mean .00900000 right? Think you added an extra 0. At first, his statement had an extra zero, but now with the lower difficulty it works. Well I hope it starts out @ .00900000 because I paid .00552500 to rent a mining rig for 6 hours to mine only 1 coin. Never rent rigs on the first day, unless you are part of the instamine right at the start or if it really is a coin that you know will be worth a lot in future. |

C-CEX is still in maintenance mode and their wallet on 1.0.1. They should upgrade to 1.0.2 and take it out of maintenance mode otherwise people will not be able to transfer coins there for the swop.

Yobit are ready for the hard fork! Confirmed by email today.
(unfortunately their IP addresses for wallets are private so cannot act as a seed node for the wallet)
But anyway that's great Yobit are on board with the hard fork.

The fork code worked as expected in my private test fork. Staking started up right away  One thing that I am thinking could be a serious problem is the 200 confirmation time. This could lead to a frozen chain if we stake all of our blocks and then are left with no blocks with 200 maturity. This is something that I would only realistically be worried about in the first few days after the fork, but I think it would be much more comfortable to bring it down to a range of 30. The difference between 30 and 200 in terms of security is fairly marginal. I have HYP running at 30 and never had any problems. Thoughts? Agreed. 200 is too long. 30 is fine. |

Maybe they are just upgrading with the latest source. I would suggest you wait. I also believe that DEV should allow people to swap their coins directly with him.
Why do you want that?  An exchange is more independent and transparent. Nobody knows what happens on the PC of a dev. Unless of course you have a problem with things being done transparently. I don't know... but that would help that guy problem  Yes, a exchange is the best way, no cheating etc. As soon as maintenance is over the coins should go through. |
