Hmm, looks like I'm stuck with the second tag.
682  Other / Meta / Re: KYC now required on: April 01, 2019, 01:21:06 AM

Why thank you. It shows my best side. Only problem with the KYC form is that it did not include my gender. I'm a transitioning paleoquirkyfreak.

Message modified. He "wins."   Grin

684  Economy / Reputation / Re: Request to Delet my 9 Negative trust on: March 31, 2019, 02:57:56 PM

Also please avoid to call me a scammer, it can make you in troubles Smiley  its basically diffamation,   I never made any  deal here
In case of an investigation, it will be very easy to proof that

I didn't call you a scammer. That would be an upgrade in status. I stated you were a wannabe hustler. Perhaps you can eventually upgrade to be a full class hustler. Or if you are female, you can be a diva.  Wink

Pay it forward.  Wink
Forwarded  Wink. Now accusation would be stronger. OP may be will include you now with us for merit abuse because you are merit source Grin

Well, I've seen other merit sources give out way more than 2 merits to resupply someone's smerits. I don't see anything wrong with it as long as I am not meriting a complete shitpost.
686  Economy / Reputation / Re: Coolcryptovator and Shasan ABUSE MERIT on: March 31, 2019, 02:18:05 PM
Ah ! Just did a mistake. I had not sent merit to shasan due to lack of smerit. Perhaps you might send me few then obviously I will send it to shasan. So your accusation against us will be stronger. Wondering why you haven't mentioned us a alt account instead of merit abuse. Obviously I have to say thank because you are promoting me all over forum. And it's totally free.

Pay it forward.  Wink

@OP, I decided to add to your collection of negative feedback.
687  Economy / Reputation / Re: Coolcryptovator and Shasan ABUSE MERIT on: March 31, 2019, 01:57:59 PM
Shasan isn't a merit source. The post only earned 1 merit, which is far from helping Coolcryptovator rank up. Also, the post isn't the most rotten post in the world. You just don't appreciate it because coolcrytovator announced he was adding a negative trust comment for you. It appears getting a negative trust comment is well deserved.

688  Economy / Reputation / Re: A boycott of replies to the recent extensive trolling by cryptohunter on: March 31, 2019, 01:48:59 PM
You can say CH is just against whole DT members.

It extends beyond that. He also is against some people who are in the top 200 merit receivers, some merit sources, some staff members who delete  his posts, some who uses the report to moderator function, some who disagrees with his "facts," some who belongs to a signature campaign, some who ever invested in Dash, etc etc etc. Unfortunately, when his sparring partners get sick of being belittled and don't feed him anymore, he always finds someone new to respond to his posts. Quite frankly, the only temporary solution to counter his behavior is to shadow ban him, which I'm sure will never be implemented. If he ends up getting banned, I'm sure we will be treated to a string of alt accounts, ad infinitum.
689  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Are there people attempting to brute force random keys? on: March 30, 2019, 06:43:31 PM
How about if you generated a vanity address? Would it be more feasible for someone to crack the private key if they used the same vanity address generator? Or are random generators so good these days that any bias is negligible?
690  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: StackGambler/StackGod Liar, Cheater and Scammer on: March 30, 2019, 04:52:26 PM
The guy who stole the hashes is not the sites dev.  He doesn't work for the sites.  He simply was put on teamviewer to fix some things with the server because he knows the game code very well and he screenshotted the master seed.  They are simply attempting to strong arm a payment out if us.  If it was a legit win, they would have been paid.  It's fraud.  Nothing more.

This seems like a serious flaw in your security practices. Hopefully, in your future endeavors you will apply the lesson learned here. Or is there no way to allow someone to work on the server without having access to the master seed? If that is the case, I will never use a site that uses "provably fair" again.

The above charts suggest that I am getting backstabbed more times than the top 100 list suggests.  Angry With all this red, I'm practically bleeding to death.
692  Other / Meta / Re: Being able to comment on the merit given. on: March 30, 2019, 12:15:29 AM
So in addition to reading a whole bunch of posts, looking for some posts to give a merit or two, the OP wants us to write a justification as well? Like the trust comments?

You read because you read if you deem proper you can merit.

I am a merit source. I try to do a good job by distributing all of my source merit to as many posts as possible. Currently that involves giving merit to 200+ posts per month. If I had to also leave a comment on each merit that I gave out, I either wouldn't have a life or would have to just give more merit to fewer posts. I'm trying to spread my source merit around as much as possible.

694  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: kilo17 (Dr. K), a green-trust member, is now scamming people. on: March 29, 2019, 09:49:34 PM

I heard I was the source of some new entertainment and thought I would check it out. I see my old friends are out and about.   What’s up Suchmoon, been a while.  I see owlcatz and bones showed up.  If only Paul Revere was around we could rehash the old days.

As far as this thread is concerned, I think I will go back into hibernation, nothing new on Bitcointalk.  Same cesspool it has always been.
Toodle-loo
I still have an important question though.
So when will I be able to put the .001 BTS that I have remaining to good use? Cheesy
You see, I still have a piece of you on my hard drive and will never forget the great times we shared. Bye bye for now.

Interesting, thank you for that. I thought it had been deleted altogether! Glad to know the thread is still out there. Welp, I will try to dig for some more conclusive dirt, and in the meantime I hope some other DT members would neg him. He's a danger to the community: thankfully, he isn't active on this particular forum anymore.

Interesting, it appears that the Kilo17 account just woke up about an hour ago(Hasn't posted anything yet.). Minutes later, this Stackus Aurelius account is created. Seems like the sleeping dragon is now awake.
696  Economy / Lending / Re: Trustworthy and reliable, need BTC loan of 0.03694827 on: March 29, 2019, 04:55:04 AM
Well it appears that you have now pushed the envelope. I was going to let you slide with the 1st request, but not now. This formula is not going to work for you.  Please do skedaddle and don't return with another throwaway account. This really is wasting everyone's time.

Edit:Reducing the request to 50.00 bucks from 150.00 bucks isn't going to work either.  Cheesy

Trust needs to start somewhere I guess..
Suggestions for collateral would be helpful.

In general the amount lenders will be looking for is collateral equal to 110%-120% of the amount you are being loaned. Why is this? Well, first, they want to discourage you from running off with the funds. Collateral also needs to be something that can easily be sold, which brings me to my second point - your $500 worth of ink isn't going to cut it as collateral. Normally lenders will want things such as Altcoins or precious metals, although things that can be sent electronically are preferred.

A common question is why don't I just sell my collateral? Well the reasoning behind collateral is that you think it's going to appreciate in price or do not want to sell it, encouraging you to pay back the loan to have your collateral returned.

However, you must also watch out for collateral scammers. These guys take your collateral and run, without sending you the loan. Avoid this by using escrow.

This applies to lenders too - for your own sake, please follow this rule, both for your wallet and to discourage scammers from coming here.

697  Economy / Lending / Re: Interested in a fruitful business endeavor? on: March 28, 2019, 08:53:36 PM
You can guarantee the repayment of this loan, based on what exactly? I don't see any valid and thus a valuable collateral.
So it seems that you reach out the community to find fools who will believe your very lucrative business model.

Unless you tell us how you will secure lender's money, i see you been red in a sec... Roll Eyes

That is exactly why I provide 2 ways to discuss the matter of collateral and guarantee privately, obviously for the sake of discretion. And no where did I read that it's mandatory to state in the original post all of that sensitive information.

You can find the sticky message, here. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=577765.0 Since you just mentioned the possibility of offering collateral, I will leave your account untagged, for now. However, you may want to mention the possibility of collateral in your opening post. Other default trust members may not be so merciful. Also, the preferred collateral is usually an altcoin that has reasonable volume.

As in 2013, it seems the trend has continued - a massive influx of users, both new and old, has continued to hit the Lending section with more and more loans being asked for daily. Due to scams a "rule" has been created which, while not currently "enforced", is basically a minimum requirement to get a loan. Note that this isn't an official forum rule, it's just a rule that most lenders will follow.

The rule of "No Collateral, No Loan" means that in order to get a loan you must give collateral that is equal, or preferably higher to the amount you are being loaned.

If you completely ignore this sticky and make a loan request with no collateral, without having massive trust on the forum, the chances of you getting negative trusted feedback and therefore having a Trade with Extreme Caution tag is almost 100%.

698  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]XDNA-Revolution in mining|GPU ONLY HEX algo|Charity Support|NoICO|Cryptopia on: March 28, 2019, 07:02:40 PM
Which exchanges I can join and accumulate XDNA coin for now?
The volume of XDNA on Crypto Bridge in recent weeks is too low, that is hard for me to accumulate the coin.
If Crypto Bridge can not give big support for XDNA coin's volume, I think the team should consider to send listing request to bigger exchanges,

big volume for XDNA is cryptopia.

we need to wait until they back in business

I suspect if and when Cryptopia gets back in business, their volume is not going to be anywhere near what it used to be. I suspect that many of the traders that will be taking a haircut will withdraw what they can and never return. What xdna needs is to get on a better exchange. However, most of them charge too much for listing these days.
699  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: March 28, 2019, 06:02:46 PM
I wore my first sig in mid/late 2018, and it was for free (for Bruno's YuTuCoin ICO, which was a jaw-dropping failure of epic proportions). Whats funny is c-hunter (let's not say their full name here) also wore it, even well after the ICO ended, and my first interaction with that person was telling them the YTC sig campaign was long over and they didn't need to wear it anymore, just as a courtesy. That was decidedly before they went off the deep end.

Thanks for injecting some sanity amongst their (her? i heard its a "her") trollery in that not-so-cleverly disguised thread about me. They're on my ignore list now. Talk about a fucking troll. C-Hunter makes everyone in this thread look like an upstanding citizen (well, almost everybody).

I miss my hat too, but it feels great to whore myself out for a little extra BTC.

Let's just hope C-hunter doesn't migrate over to this thread. I'm sure he will find our merit cycle here quite unpalatable. When it comes to merit cycling, we do it best around here.
700  Other / Meta / Re: Community Opinion - Signature Campaigns on: March 28, 2019, 05:30:54 PM
I think its OK but I if I was wearing a porn sig I think people would take what I have to say even less seriously than they already do... I can imagine it going something along the lines of:

Me: Craig Wright is a fraud. There's no way he's Satoshi, man. How can you guys believe that stuff? Plus that Calvin Ayre guy is pretty creepy.

Them: Yeah well at least we're not advertising porn in our signature space.

------

Probably just gonna stick with Bit Blender.

Depends what the money is saying. If it’s better pay than my current campaign & a trustworthy, legal & legit site then I’ll wear any kind of sig/avatar Wink

I’m such a slut Cheesy

Unfortunately, I won't be participating in a porno signature campaign. I just can't bring myself to wear a signature with a picture of some woman with a look of ecstasy on her face and huge hooters. I'm sure most here would feel the same if it had pictures of glistening muscular men.
Edit: Now that I think of it, these signature adds can't contain realistic pictures, right? Maybe this is nothing to be afraid of but to embrace.
