~
I can see my posts starting in 2014., when i wasnt active much, and wrote only a few posts until 2017.

Every account with a "temporal gap" between 2014/2015/2016/2017 can be suspected as hacked and/or sold after the hacker attack on 2015.

~

Do people really don't know about SegWit or SegWit address?

Nope, they are here to earn much possible. Some people don't really deserve their rank.

I'd also try to screen some of the posting quality (before and after the long break) as this could be a genuine absence from some people (not talking about the people in this thread, just a general view) As we could be blacklisting people that simply just got access to their account back, and just came back after the hype of bitcoin.

2522  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Gold v/s Bitcoin. What would you choose as an investment? Why? on: December 04, 2018, 04:44:44 PM
People don't seem to remember that both have very different aspects to consider when it comes to investment, as gold is practically like a store of value when it comes to investing -- this is what some people want to see out of Bitcoin, but with the current price action it's not something which is present (unless you bought a year and a half ago or something)

Bitcoin is a pretty volatile asset class compared to anything else, and I truly do think that comparing it to gold is dangerous as it strays from the world currency that bitcoin was supposed (and is supposed) to be
2523  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Bald men discrimination on: December 04, 2018, 02:32:53 AM
It's not okay to mock fat women but somehow it's socially acceptable to make fun of bald men?
Bald men are discriminated against for jobs and are often joked about but it's not like they can control their genetics.  Fat people can actually lose the weight.

What about those, who are bald AND fat, and still get good jobs, money, fame, and women?

Fat Vin Diesel is laughing at your rant.

I think he means that something like this is going to be the exception, and sure as shit not the rule.

Also, this isn't saying that bald people aren't going to be successful in life. It's just pointing out that in society it is fine to make fun of someones looks when it falls under certain categories (OP is talking about, in particular, being bald) but you can't do it (or it's frowned upon) if you're making fun of someone's weight.

The double standard is all it is, really.
2524  Other / Politics & Society / Re: US-China Trade War Update! on: December 03, 2018, 10:51:12 PM

Thank You President Trump.

Uhh, he started the war.... why thank him for fixing something he caused?

Probably due to the fact that as of right now, the 'war' seems to be going towards it being mutually beneficial towards both sides. As all Trump wanted to do was fix problems that have been persisting from the Chinese side for a pretty long time (such as theft of IP, Opioid Crisis - Fentanyl, tariffs on American goods coming into China, etc etc.

So yeah, I see this as a beneficial part of negotiations and hope that the tariffs can be removed once negotiations are complete.
2525  Economy / Speculation / Re: "Buy the dip" is only a strategy for losers on: December 03, 2018, 10:49:57 PM
Buying the dip is only a strategy for losers when it doesn't work, and it's a strategy with winners when it works. The price can go up, or it can go down.

When it comes down to the price increases and decreases, both sides have their own fighting going on about why they think this is temporary, and the other side thinks that this is just the beginning of the end. Obviously, the bulls are going to point to the fact that the price has gone through this sort of thing multiple times before -- and the price HAS been able to blow past the previous ATH.

Though, the bears are going to point to the fact that this time is different and Bitcoin is practically a household name at this point. Everyone who could have invested in it (or lets just use the real term, speculated) have already gotten in and lost money.

Who knows what way it's going to go.
2526  Other / Meta / Re: Please Unban wawanwawan96 on: December 03, 2018, 10:44:24 PM
what should I answer? I have already acknowledged the mistake I made.

"I acknowledge that I was driving at 120mph while three times over the blood alcohol limit, and that is against the law".

"Oh ok, as long as you acknowledge it. You are free to go then." - No police officer ever.

Ignorantia juris non excusat.

Is it sad that when I quickly glanced at this all I saw was

'I was driving at 120mph... and that is against the law' --> I then thought, you MAY be able to get out of that one if you explain it well enough (Some people are good with that sort of charisma and instant bullshit)

But yeah..... analogy is pretty solid for this situation.
2527  Other / Politics & Society / US-China Trade War Update! on: December 03, 2018, 04:57:38 AM
Big news on the Trade War that's been going on between the US and Canada, and I think this news is going to lead to a market that's going to fly off the hinges tomorrow (US market, is what I'm talking about specifically)

First, there was this news story - https://www.bbc.com/news/world-latin-america-46413196 - "US-China trade war: Deal agreed to suspend new trade tariffs"

Which in layman's terms, practically meant that the US and China agreed to not further increase tariffs on one another's goods while negotiations are ongoing (I think it's like 90 days to allow for this). China also agreed to buy a substantial amount of US agriculture, energy, and industrial products. Unknown on the numbers at this time, but that's what's being said.

Also CHINA AGREED TO DESIGNATE FENTANYL AS A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE Meaning that this drug that is playing a huge role in the opioid crisis, will not be allowed to be made in China any longer (also, China has some pretty crazy punishments for controlled substances. I'm talking about like death for any amount)

Plus some agreements on protecting intellectual property, which China is infamous for disregarding.

Another story also just came out about 15-30 mins ago - https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2018-12-03/trump-says-china-has-agreed-to-reduce-remove-car-import-tariffs - Trump Says China Has Agreed to Reduce, Remove Tariffs on Cars

I don't think I have to explain that one, it just means that a 40 percent tariff that was on cars produced in America and imported into China would be due for a 40 percent tariff (pretty hefty) Big news if American car makers are going to want to expand into the Chinese marketplace. But I guess we'll see what this does.

Any comments on any of this? Would love to hear what others think about it.

I don't know if this is the new one, though it seems like the funds were moved to this wallet.

Check this link - https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/1LPMwgumJAwnRTenftfKEVboBn8jV442c7

DogecoinMachine said they will update FAQ with new address (see my post above).
But also mentioned the reason is new change addy after withdrawal. So i guess we can expect new address after each withdrawal (hmm... not much practical to keep tracking).

Oh alright, this makes sense.

Just wanted to make sure all of the investors were safe, didn't want to see people losing funds over this!

Thanks.

Not completely on topic, but from where did you find the cold wallets of the gambling places you looked up? I tried searching for some in the past and came up with nearly nothing. It'd be great if you could give me a source, whether it's a list or scattered posts here and there.

Can't hurt to post in their ANN thread or simply PM the owner of the Crypto- message Bitcointalk account about this. Both the thread and the owner of the account are extremely active here, so you should get a quick response if you choose to go down this route.

You could check here for the info - https://www.crypto-games.net/faq - check the investment faq, it's all in there.

....

Let's focus on the problems folks, on both sides of the aisle.

That's actually what the largest part of the people would like, but it is not what either party has sought in decades.

Hence you and I got Trump.

I'm not complaining.

Of course, this is how it works. This is what as known as the 'uniparty' where both sides are just going to fight as a distraction for how they're really just working with one another on most things.

Batman needs the joker, eh!
With one clarification, namely that "how they're really just working with one another" is NOT EQUAL TO "working with one another for the benefit of the people" but is in many cases contrary to those interests.

Well of course, they're working for their own interest -- together.  And when I mean their own interests, I mean the highest bidder.

Crazy system we have, but it seems like the best that we've got as of right now.

Was just checking out the cold wallets for some gambling places, though it seems like the one for Crypto-Games is fresh out. I'm more or less expecting this to be an issue with updating the site, but I would like to know if I'm missing an announcement or something like that.

Let me know folks, this is the link to their normal cold wallet - https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/19JK42EVP192PXwxiektEu7CT5PfersA1X

https://www.justice.gov/sco

ALL THE INDICTMENTS.

The Russian collusion investigation actually earned the government money via civil forfeiture.

Are we really just going to act like once the government takes something, through civil forfeiture, that it's going to be theirs forever. There's, of course, going to be lawsuits relating to what has been seized. More and more attorney fees, and then boom -- no one wins in the end while the lawyers make money and the American people are distracted and problems aren't being solved.

Let's focus on the problems folks, on both sides of the aisle.
2537  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Jim Acosta karate chops intern’s arm & loses White House press pass on: November 10, 2018, 03:15:38 PM
Everybody in that room was asking questions Trump didn't like, but he answered them.

Jim Accoster thinks the press room is actually "The Jim Acosta Show."

+1
Jim had been told that he was to sit down, as Trump was done with his questions. I don't understand how people are going to be able to support someone who's openly not listening to the rules of the WH press conference.

Even after this, he got up and started talking while someone from NBC was asking questions to Trump -- I don't get it folks.
2538  Other / Politics & Society / Re: 13 Dead at mass shooting in California Bar on: November 09, 2018, 09:04:41 PM
I have seen news, lately, that shows that most of the mass shooters were on some form of medical drug that heightened their sense of insecurity.

You sure it's not chemtrails? Or something in the water?

Unrelated to conspiracy theories, 26 of 27 deadliest mass shootings included the perpetrator being fatherless.

Check it out - https://www.patheos.com/blogs/markmeckler/2018/02/27-deadliest-mass-shooters-26-one-thing-common/

I'm not certain making a law that will benefit the insurance industry racket is really a good idea. Sorry, but I don't want any bones thrown to those thieving scumbags.

It doesn't have to be "industry", it could be a non-profit co-op running it but I can already hear screams of "socialism" if something like that is suggested.

AFAIK the NRA is "non-profit" too. Since they are the ones most devoted to the cause, are they the ones who aregoing to be running this mandated co-op? Furthermore, just because a group is non-profit doesn't make it immune from corruption. I really think a government mandated "non-profit" co-op would be ripe pickings for someone "benefactors" to line their pockets.

Isnt the NRA basically the right hand of the gun industry?

Not sure if you can call it non profit  or unbiased Huh

I actually did some analysis into where they are getting their funding from, and most of the money really does come from individual contributions. I'd have to dig through some of my old reports to see if I can find the source on that again, but it's at least 70 percent of their funding comes from individual contributions, events, etc.

The gun lobby isn't as big a part of the NRA as some people would like to think.

The NRA really has such a small amount of money compared to other lobbies, they're just a very powerful group that has a sway over public opinion. With that, they don't need money in order to be effective -- which is crazy to think about.

Since the mods love to delete my posts that I spend 15-30 minutes researching and typing... I'm done here

I can't believe they let the trolls on this forum like BADecker, Spendulus, TECHSHARE, CoinCube, B1tUnl0ck3r, etc., post whatever the fuck they want... little 1-liner insults... multi-posting... off-topic nonsense all the time

But, if I post information to debunk their bullshit... my posts get deleted... fuck this, I'm out

Enjoy your trolls

Of course your post are awesome and perfect while theirs are trolling.  I don't think I have ever agreed with one of the trolls listed above and they have all accused me of censoring their posts as well.  I have removed MANY MANY posts from the "trolls" above.

You on the other hand have reposted the same thing that IS WAY OT 4 times after I have deleted it and tried to PM you about it, now you have sand in your pussy about it.

Honestly I fucking hate those retards as well but theymos has made it crystal fucking clear they are allowed their opinion just as you are, as long as everyone follows the rules.  I get it you don't like how I apply the rules because I try to apply them evenly and not to suit your benefit I am not perfect and I don't see every fucking post from every fucking user.

TECHSHARE has accused me of being a rapist do you really fucking think I am protecting him beyond the rules I have to enforce....

Sounds a lot like you're a fucking troll as well...

I Disapprove of What You Say, But I Will Defend to the Death Your Right to Say It

Thought this was a good time for this, carry on!
