682  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to know is someone real and trusted for Bitcoin trading? on: April 18, 2020, 05:56:05 PM
The easiest way to fix this is if you are having any doubts to the one who you transacting with you will always have the option to opt out an escrow. Even though Satoshi have specifically told that Bitcoin is a solution for P2P transaction availing a middleman for holding payments is something accepted in a Bitcoin transaction since you can never be to sure someone is looking to scam you in the web. If you ask for escrow to the other party and he made several excuses not too this is also a good indicator that the one who you transacting with is just there to scam you and you should back off right away.

I'm not too familiar with GitHub pero isn't this the V0.1 source code? Medyo sketchy lang kasi hindi mismo sa Bitcoin naka post ito and it is uploaded by a user named Maguines. For us normal people who barely has knowledge about sourcing baka pag pina-keelaman natin yung V0.1 magkaroon pa tayo ng corrupted copy.

Yeah, this is exactly why I have been isolating myself at home and not going outside unless I am really forced to to buy some stuff at the grocery store and even when I do that I literally wear a mask, a glove, clothes that I put to washer at the very moment I get in (literally undress fully naked right inside the door Cheesy) because I am afraid it doesn't care about any age. For example, a football player who was only 21 years old died, dude didn't smoked, he trained hard, and he was only 21 years old which means he was literally the best case for anyone who can beat corona, yet dude died anyway.

I am also overweight and not even a little bit, I am overweight a lot and I personally smoke as well (cigarette, not illegal substance) and that means I am in the risk group. All of these news scare me a lot.

It's really not about the physical fitness of a person nor how healthy the person is, no matter how strong you or how healthy you are if you came in direct contact with someone positive or has touch surfaces with their droplets you'll get it more so if you always touch your face without washing your hands. Look at how Rudy Gobert got it and how he infected Donovan Mitchell by toying with him around while he was perspiring after a game, we all saw how he played around with the mics and look at him now he got positive from COVID 19. Washing your hands, cleaning surfaces with alcohol, and avoiding touching your face is the best way not get it.

1000 investors??? Seed Rounds are supposed to be a limited number of people involved for that investment and 1000 investors is too much for it to be called a seed round since you are asking for a lot of investors to join in your company. What you are looking for right now is sort of a crowdfunding campaign where you are looking for several people and potential first customers depending on what type of business you have. 1,000 members controlling the company is too much and I don't think it will fit in your system depending on how you manage that number. Also for your sales pitch I don't think you will catch someone with just words without backing it up with illustrations and a clear road map, right now you just sound like a scammer who just created a new HYIP site.

~snip

On this also they talked about to isolate 1500 people, players and helpers of teams for 2 months and play games every 3 days in south Italy.
Every day they have a new idea but the time is ticking, also according to one study on one vaccine here in Italy, we have a small chance to have a vaccine usable on large scale on September.

For sure they want to try to play the rest of the season to limit the economical damage.

A lot of news are really going inside Serie A right now so I wouldn't  assume everything is correct, it's just that with this news about plans on how the league will start it looks like they are serious on resuming the league. However even if they have all these plans set in place I think that the Italian government still has the final say whether or not the league resuming will push through or will just be plans without any direction going. If there is any more delay later than May there is a big possibility that the league still hasn't ended yet the transfer market will be open so we can expect it to be like a January transfer window where there will be no off season for the teams.

The only thing I can think of is mandatory identification.
Lahat ng local board user would present their valid ID's and if anyone has alternate accounts, their usernames should also be disclosed.
Halos lahat naman siguro dito may Coins.ph account and has undergone through their rigorous KYC process. So losing your anonymity within the forum won't be a problem?
I'm not saying that's a bad thing ha).
Siguro talaga, for now, mukhang hanggang sa pag-connect 'lang muna ng mga known addresses at socmed profiles magagawa natin to bust them and that is not an easy task (been there, done that Grin).

Mahirap yata gawin ito and ito ay opposite sa gusto na gawin ng forum and would go directly against the belief of Bitcoin being anonymous, kahit nga yung forum na ito ginawang April Fools joke ang KYC nung nakaraang taon and hindi naman sila naging seryoso sa ganitong usapan kahit kailanman. Coins.ph is a different thing also they are a custodial wallet operating under Philippine law kaya no choice talaga tayo dito as compared to Bitcointalk just being a website rather than a corporation running in a country. And can you imagine how hard will this be to prove lalo na kung gaano kapursigido yung manloloko? This wouldn't change anything at all baka nga mas maging kampante pa sila pag nakalusot na sila sa ID verification.

So anyone here have a proposed solution regarding how we handle alt accounts from Filipinos? Siguro tayo tayo lang naman nag-uusap dito and yung mga Pinoy na campaign abuser ay wala dito and hindi natin sila mababago hanggat di natin sila mahahanap lahat. Yung ideya ko kasi is we start our own investigation regarding Filipinos who are part of campaigns, obvious naman kung sino sila from their post history and their signature under their posts. Maybe we can connect them early and tag them before someone else will do it in the reputation board. Ako personally negative tag lang mabibigay ko as of the moment since mayron akong work from home hanggang Saturday but I'll gladly help in tagging each and every single one of them. Another solution I can think of is adding a pinned thread for newbies to read para mabawasan na din yung mga masamang balak nila.

According to "Gazzetta dello Sport" here https://www.gazzetta.it/Calcio/Serie-A/14-04-2020/coronavirus-champions-mercato-regole-piani-uefa-fifa-board-370211196551.shtml

For FIFA teams cannot oblige players to stay on teams if their contract will expire on 30/06/2020 but the league will end later.

IF Seria A will start back they are talking on the play every 3 days with 5 up from 3 possible changes for the game.

With several different sources saying the same thing I can't help but say that Serie A starting its league is a possibility. It's not rumors about any dates or whatsoever but the actual plan on how things will re-start for the league, that includes mass testing for all the players before they start training, matches will be played on empty stadiums until 2021, and the matches will also be played south of the Lombardy region which is the center of the coronavirus outbreak there. Right now it looks like Serie A will be one of the first leagues to resume their season given that they were the first one to suspend their league. I don't know how the Italian government looks as this since they are essentially avoiding all the lockdown protocols just to start their league again.
690  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Judge Rules Poolin Cofounders to Return Compensation and Pay 1.2M Fines toBitman on: April 15, 2020, 06:57:44 PM
Regarding about Micree Zhan I guess that his legal action isn't over yet with Bitmain and there are still news surfacing about it. With all this noise happening in the courtroom it would be less and less likely for the company to be listed in the NYSE.

Does anyone know why Micree Zhan was fired in the first place? All I can see from news articles is that Jihan Wu fired him without telling him first.

First of all Micree Zhan is not "fired" but ousted from his position in the board, even if he was removed from the board he still has shares of Bitmain that's why he can still pursue legal action against the company of his own. After all Zhan himself has 36% shares of Bitmain as compared to Wu who only has 20% but the thing is Wu might have allies himself to other members of the board that's why he have greater voting power in this decision. Also Zhan being clueless with his ousting is also one of the strategies of any board takeover to surprise the current seating chairman.
691  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Unionbank Stablecoin (PHX) on: April 14, 2020, 07:32:49 PM
so ibig sabihin niyan bye bye na ang union sa xrp? at tsaka maganda ito kasi suported yung pnb mas madali para sa akin to mag cash in at cash out kasi pnb yung bank ko..

Sa palagay ko hindi naman. Union Bank has a partnership togther with XRP and also Coins.ph for their Crypto ATMs so hindi nila basta basta pwedeng putulin yun dahil mga mga kontrata sila para dito. Sa tingin ko din kaya din sila nag-launch ng kanilang mga crypto atms para na din maging gateway ito for PHX and also for other cryptocurrencies that they will offer. Ripple might even be helping Union Bank SECRETLY when it comes to Phoenix since hindi pa naman sila ganun ka-aware sa Blockchain technology and crypto market compared sa alam ng Ripple.
692  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Trades using Paxful on: April 14, 2020, 06:24:14 PM
So @cabalism13 before you became part of their team nag-background research ka ba tungkol sa kanilang reputation and reliability? If Oo ano mga nalaman mo tungkol sakanila? Kasi medyo alanganin ako sakanila.
Yes.

For the Filipino Community, marami pa din naman ang gumagamit ehich is nakakatuwa kahit papaano.

Just a Note: If you're going to use Paxful, make sure that the seller/buyer has a lot of positive feedbacks.

At panghuli.

Hindi na mawawala yung mga scammer na yan dahil peer-to-peer exchange nga ito pero to think that aside from the users scamming other users meron din threat from Paxful itself regarding of missing crypto/cash as well as the freezing of accounts. Dito ako nagtataka kasi when it comes to name reputation kilala talaga ang Paxful pero yung mahirap dito is may dinadala din silang bad reviews with their service. If only active lang ulit sila sa account nila dito sa Bitcointalk baka may mga bagay na malilinawan ako and hindi lang one-sided yung mga reklamo sakanila. Maybe as there community manager you can suggest it to their higher ups about looking into some accusations in Bitcointalk.
693  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: The elephant in the room on: April 14, 2020, 05:39:21 PM
694  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Judge Rules Poolin Cofounders to Return Compensation and Pay 1.2M Fines toBitman on: April 14, 2020, 03:53:04 PM
And I though Micree Zhan is the only person having troubles with Bitmain and now I am seeing that they also have non-compete issues against their former employees. Honestly I don't have any issues regarding this, even if it looks dirty and all if their bylaws and contracts state a non-compete clause and NDA agreements they will most likely fail if their business will ever come close to what Bitmain is offering. What I didn't like about the court's decision is even their compensation for the two years their work for Bitmain will be given back to them which honestly is unfair for them. Regarding about Micree Zhan I guess that his legal action isn't over yet with Bitmain and there are still news surfacing about it. With all this noise happening in the courtroom it would be less and less likely for the company to be listed in the NYSE.
695  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Trades using Paxful on: April 14, 2020, 03:02:12 PM
Sorry for bumping this thread up too but based sa mga nakikita ko sa Bitcointalk about reviews and accusation sa Paxful they aren't really a good service to be trusted with. Madami na din silang accusations about users losing their crypto as well as their accounts being froze, well mostly mga newbie yung gumagawa ng accusation na ito but it's a lot for a me to ignore may mga ilang high ranking members din na nagsasabi na mga panget dito. So @cabalism13 before you became part of their team nag-background research ka ba tungkol sa kanilang reputation and reliability? If Oo ano mga nalaman mo tungkol sakanila? Kasi medyo alanganin ako sakanila.
696  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: April 13, 2020, 09:09:20 PM
I just saw a news article Spain are relaxing their lockdown.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-52267376

Good news, I saw an article today also saying possibly the PL restarts early June, hopefully there’s some truth to that.

We couldn't say the same thing for UK as you can see the death toll in United Kingdom recently surpassed the 10,000 mark and as of today there are 4,000+ new cases for them, the pandemic situation in that country is simply not getting any better for them. Also when Spain says they will "ease" the lockdown it only means that certain jobs related to producing goods will be open for business since they also need these businesses to produce the basic needs of that country, it doesn't necessarily mean that even LaLiga will resume their season soon.
697  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: How to send balance from multiple address to a single address? on: April 13, 2020, 04:14:26 PM
If you figure things out this wouldn't be a problem if you use your main BTC address as the payment address for all of your clients.

it is hard to do accounting if every payment go to the same address.
i do not know which payment coming from which client.

so, it is easier to give a client a dedicated btc address.
any payment goes to that address, will link automatically to that client.

Sorry what I mean is wallet and not your address. Let say if you have a Electrum wallet you have the capability of having multiple addresses from that wallet all of which will have their own txids shown in any blockchain explorer website so you can easily identify which is which from this method. Also all the addresses connected from that wallet will be receiving all your payments from the same wallet. So really there is no need for you to create 1,000 different wallets to sort things out.
698  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Trade now using Bexpress Pro on: April 12, 2020, 09:32:33 PM

I can confirm that Bexpress is officially recognized and licensed under Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas through their official list aside from Betur Inc. (Coin.ph) and Rebittance Inc. (Rebit.ph) yung na box na yellow is yung Bexpress. In terms of their KYC process masasabi ko na parehas lang sila ng Coins.ph when it comes to verifying your account. The problem that I see here is of course the exchange service itself right now as of viewing it walang nag mamatch na orders due to lack of activity which means konti palang nagtre-trade dito, for a trader's point of view panget ito and makikita itong disadvantage lalo na kung day trader ka. Other than that the UI of your trading platform itself is simply bland, this might be depending on each user's taste but even for me personally I think the platform itself isn't comparible to other exchanges out there.
699  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: How to send balance from multiple address to a single address? on: April 12, 2020, 08:28:56 PM
This will be a hard thing to do with Bitcoin, since Bitcoin in the first place isn't like a credit card where you can allow and automate your subscribers/users to automatically deduct something under their name. Easiest way to do recurring payments is using Coinbase API which even them only has the feature to notify them on a fixed period and it still requires the user to manually pay what they are due. Other options are using a time lock function for your clients but in this method it makes them feel that they spending the whole period and not taking monthly payments for you.

How can I send the balance from all 1000 bitcoin address to my main btc address?

If you figure things out this wouldn't be a problem if you use your main BTC address as the payment address for all of your clients.

The pandemic we are experiencing right now is not only the government's fault but also our own citizens play a part in it, di ka na talaga magtataka na kahit may lockdown dumadami pa din nahahawa. Launched a lockdown without thinking about the needs of the ones who are affected.
