Why do Atheists Hate Religion?

Because they do not believe in Allah. If they believe in Allah or obey any religion, then they will not be able to go as a stranger. So they(atheists) hate religion.

I don't hate any religion but yeah, some facts and rituals are quite unfair. Almost all religions have different rules for men and women. I don't think any religion should differentiate between two genders.

My religion as well has some facts I don't agree with. "If someone strikes you on the cheek, offer the other cheek as well." "If one doesn't go to the Church on every Sunday, he is a sinner".

Religion shouldn't make someone lose their self respect or make anything compulsory for a person else they are called sinners. I'm not an atheist but do criticize religion at times.

Like you said your religion say you to "If one doesn't go to the Church on every Sunday, he is a sinner". its wrong because your heart did not believe on it. Because NO one religion bound you to pray. There are out comes if you dont pray, but not the boundness.

There are many false things in science... like big bang, and evolution, and even the generally accepted understanding of why gravity works the way it does.

I don't think atheists hate religion. It is just that they do not believe in God unlike most of us. And they also have their own way of living. Let's just respect whatever they want and they will do the same to us who believe in God or to whoever our god is.

I understand why you hate all religions. Because i myself questions its existence. There are some beliefs that are not proven to be true so why should we believe in it right? Another thing, i maybe a christian but i still have unanswered questions which other people could not prove, they only say this and that but don't show a legitimate fact if its really true or not.

I dont hate religion, I just hate religion being pushed on me by others. I hate being preached to or told I am going to end up in a fiery hell because I dont share someone elses beliefs.
I hate how many people have been slaughtered in the name of religion over centuries. I hate how religion is used to control masses of people who need to be lead and are often lead to do wrong. I hate how religion is used as a crutch or an excuse.

I dont hate religion itself, just how its used and abused.

Atheist Hates Religion, the question is Why do they Hate it?
In my own opinion, First is, Atheist are always basing on Science Explanation and Second is They really want to prove anything that they want to believe so in other words, to see is to believe and they really want to know where is the references of those evidence,

I know that Atheists are Smart, and Knowledgeable in any things that they have studied of, but what i really wanna suggest in some atheist is there are things that doesn't need an explanation. sometimes what athesit look for is out square.

And in some point, they dont really believe on the Word  "BELIEVE" and "Faith".

You have a point in that matter, as what you had mentioned above which is written in the bible. I also don't agreed in someone doesn't go to the Church is a sinner. There is no person who don't get sin in a day, in fact, we don't know as well how many times we commit sin before end of the day whether unintentional or intentional sin.

I am not an atheist and have no atheist friend, but from some conversation and from what I read is that an atheist basically does not believe in God so that he does not believe or even hate religious rules.
You hate religion because you have no belief in God, you are convinced that without God you are able to do anything freely and unboundly, all according to what you want, you feel that you are able to live life without the help of God or anyone else, and by chance you Seeing that religious people do not have what you have, their lives are bothered by their religious rules, not according to what you believe, all things in religious life are against what you understand.
