New wallet works perfect. Updated blocks, clicked on "unencrypted" in wallet page, got new password, saved it (copy and paste to word doc). Closed SIA out and killed "said" in task manager. Reloaded new wallet, clicked unlock, prompted for password, pasted my password and it unlocked. Next, I went to "load legacy wallet", the file window opened, pointed to 0.3.3.3 directory and found the wallet.dat, opened and new wallet shows may balance carried over in the overview page of wallet. I tested and sent 20 SIA coin to Poloniex, was ask if I was sure, clicked yes and it said sent to SIA network. Coin appeared shortly thereafter on Poloniex. (0 of 6 blocks confirmed) lol Great job Taek! Thx

May I suggest that the passphrase is called "passphrase" everywhere through the UI? And that the input field be sized appropriately (I.e. much bigger)?

Let's pretend that I have used this command line: siac wallet init -p and used 'gfkfmffv' as a password. Will the phrase be derived from the password? Or is it random?

Still 0 confirmation of the 20 test coins sent to poli? I suppose hash rate could be real low that may explain it? EDIT: 3 of 6 confirms! All confirmed

Please someone explain why I see only once the new address that I created? I neglected to write it down and now I do not know! How to see who? Is there a problem to use the old wallet of version 0.3.3.3 to version 0.4.2. At least I know it. Compatible Are? Thanks!

Are you referring to an SIA address (send and receive) or the new SIA password that is generated at first when you encrypt your new wallet? Also if you create an address it will go into your address list as well.

Ya it would be in your address list if you don't see it, but you may not spot it real easy or just create another one or I think you could use one from your address list as well.... so..

Ya agree! the new wallet is great. I just uploaded my first mp3 lol. Was trying out the share feature, pretty cool. This is going to be really good (SIA) as it keeps getting better. I just fired up a miner on 4.2, so far so good. Seems to be hashing just fine.

Does anyone know if this is working right now? (Sunfish) https://staging.siafiles.com/#/upload/ I noticed all the previous files that were there are gone. Was trying to upload something.

Why is it called "unencrypted" ? Will it be more intuitive to call it something like "create a wallet" or "get your password"?

I was going on memory since we only get one chance to see what it says Once clicked it generates pass.. anyways" long as it works

Hello, I am mining on windows. The new wallet has a strange behaviour : - correct amount on "overview" (without the new block mined which is normal I presume) - On the wallet tab (the wallet is unlocked) : "Balance: Locked Pending: Locked Unlock" Is this normal?

I don't think you need to use staging anymore you can now go directly to https://siafiles.com but there is only 1 file there as well.

Hey, yes I am seeing that as well in the wallet page. Not real sure why it looks like that. I think everyone most likely sees that as well right now. Mined blocks wont post until 144 blocks if I am thinking right lol still drinking my morning coffee
