India is extending its leading with great partnership for 8th wicket Jayant Yadav to about to put ton on the board and on other hand Virat Kohli is playing very responsible inning, I think India will will play around 15 more overs and than declare its innings, England have been lost chance to make comeback into this series because in case of draw India will win the series.
After lunch its been aggressive batting from India and it costed them Jayant and Kohli's wicket but it doesn't matter as they have done their job . India aren't declaring , Umesh and Buvaneshwar just swinging their bat at anything . Its upto England's batsmen now to play patiently and end this match as draw . |

230 runs is a great score on its own and now already 3 wickets have fallen for 49 runs. Happy that Ali got out else he would have easily made 100 this time. India can win this easily without the need to have their second innings if the bowlers help. I wish it doesn't go till the last day and England finish playing today itself.

Those two centuries made in record partnership played an important role to bring India at front foot so quickly. England like all the time again failed in 2nd inning to show any kind of resistance. Already 3 wickets down and there is a mountain of trail by scores. I think it has been cleared already the fate of this test match without staying to think anymore.

England has now lost 4 wickets for 141 and they still trail by 90 runs,they have to produce an outstanding performance if they plan on drawing the game but looks like India is going to win this match in the final day.

India have been secured this victory no doubt today India delivered awesome and make record against England highest total runs in test cricket at home ground, now this match has been turned into one sided way and under the fully control of India, tomorrow India will win this match by some overs spares. |

They lost a couple of more wickets before close of play and finished the day at 182/6. With England still trailing India and only 4 wickets to get, India will be favourites to win this match. I suspect they will win by lunch on the fifth day, given the nature of this pitch and England's record against spin. |

There is nothing remained what England can do to save the game. India once again has played smart way and this match suddenly took dramatic turn with those 100s what took place earlier today. I was having an idea to see maximum of 100 and some runs lead but it was surprising. Neither draw nor England can be taken even in consideration at this stage. All the opportunities and things have gone once 6 wickets are down with trailed by runs.

Why do you say that ? I mean I think England can still push to draw because still Buttler is yet to come , Woakes and Rashid can bat ( somewhat) . I am not telling this will end as draw but there is a chance for England to prevent loss by building up "one" good partnership of 150+ runs . If England plays till Lunch and give a target of atleast 200 then they still have chance . I know that this looks unrealistic but all I am saying is England still are in the game. |

Indian Spinners have done a great job and will be surely looking forward to win this test match also. |

Ashwin just picked the rest of the wickets and surprisingly India won by an innings which i never expected. Kohli is the man of the India ,if not for his innings along with Jadav's this would have being a draw. Kohli is becoming one of the best captains in the world and he has to prove that in away tests too that he could win matches outside the subcontinent.
