This is interesting. Brussels ran an ad last January mocking the notion of a terrorist attack there. I guess they can be excused, what with the headquarters of NATO and the European Union housed there. And then the attack takes place literally next door to those luminaries...

Brussels Ran Ad In January Mocking Notion Of Terror Attack

Published on Mar 23, 2016
After Brussels was linked to terror plots in November, the international media portrayed the city as a war zone. That’s because several of the Paris ISIS terrorists were from Brussels. They slaughtered 130 people in neighboring France. In January visit.brussels decided to change that perception. The group created #CallBrussels —- We gave people in Brussels the opportunity to tell how life really is in the city. From 7 January to 11 January, 12688 phone calls were made from 154 countries. The campaign was exported to the entire world: from neighbouring countries to The United States, Japan, Brazil and even Australia. 74% were international phone calls.

The action was also widely followed on social media. The hashtag #CallBrussels was used all over the world and became the most popular hashtag in Belgium at its launch. Over 9,317,000 people have seen the hashtag. --- The group ran this ad in January. Tonight the Brussels Group’s website got some feedback on their ad campaign... https://call.brussels/

.

I'll also add that I was shocked and delighted to see Trump be interested in diminishing NATO.  I consider this structure to be outdated and one of the most palpable threats of triggering a hot WW-III.

Correct.

Do we have a nuclear threat from Russia?

Can and should we be working with Russia against common foes?

If neither side were on an expansionist trajectory, working together on projects where it made sense would probably happen without effort.  I'm not holding my breath for a situation where we are all holding hands and singing kumbaya (and don't even wish to see it), but I do hope for a situation where there is a 'competition of ideas' where larger nations win over smaller nations by being decent to them and making 'good deals' rather than by sending in mercenary armies to shatter them and turn them into hell-holes.

My problem with NATO, and especially as it absorbs an increasing number of unstable countries, is that you get degenerate freaks like Turkey invading other nations when they see some oil they can seize then run back to NATO mommy if/when they get resistance.  If we actually wished to get rid of ISIS, WE should be bombing Turkey since that's where most of ISIS is living at the moment.  Certainly we should not be protecting ISIS from attack with our nuclear arsenal and making a very credible threat to bring on WW-III in doing so.

Yes, that's sort of what I was referring to.

Russia is not expansionist or is "understandably expansionist," meaning we all know what they are doing with their gas pipelines based on their economic interests.  Way different than trying to spread communism worldwide is the point.

Why Belgium Is Ground Zero For European Jihadis

....In metropolitan Brussels — where roughly half of Belgium's Muslims currently live — the Muslim population has reached 300,000, or roughly 25%. This makes Brussels one of the most Islamic cities in Europe.

Approximately 100,000 Muslims live in the Brussels district of Molenbeek, which has emerged as the center of Belgian jihadism.....

In a race with three candidates, it is not an easy feat to come in fourth. However, that’s exactly what happened to one candidate in Tuesday’s Arizona Republican primary.

With 99.5 percent of the votes in, Donald Trump polled 249,842 votes, 47.1 percent of the total, to win the state’s 58 delegates. Sen. Ted Cruz was second at 24.9 percent. Then comes the surprise. Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., who dropped out of the race, beat Gov. John Kasich with 13.3 percent of the vote over Kasich’s 10 percent.

Arizona allows early voting, which is why Rubio, along with a smattering of candidates who had long since abandoned their campaigns, received votes in the Arizona contest....

The U.S. has scaled back its weapons sales to Saudi-Arabia in recent years. I guess the main reason is much less dependence on oil from there, also they could be making room for European allies whose economy is pretty much in the tank. I remember from last summer how the French were gloating about weapons sales to S-A and how that had created 30,000 jobs. Then Paris happened in November and in January the French President pinned the country´s highest medal on a leading Saudi fruitcake.

Mexican Ex-Employee tells SHOCKING TRUTH ABOUT DONALD TRUMP!

  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dahqHQ8qkjw

----

If the Left is smart, they'll start putting out shills and actors to go viral then exploit the situation later when the story falls apart.  I always keep an eye out for such things, and I wouldn't rule out this person or 'B. Tatum' from a few days ago as an element of such an operation.  If the Left are dumb, they'll continue to fund goon squads to violently interfere with other people's organizations.

WOW: This Revelation About Trump Supporters Will Have Other Candidates Worried SICK

Western Journalism.com  by Jack Davis 2:24 pm

More than a third of voters supporting Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump won’t back anyone other than The Donald as the Republican presidential nominee, according to a new poll released Wednesday.

The Monmouth University survey found that if Trump is not the GOP nominees, 27 percent of his supporters won’t vote in November, while 7 percent would vote Democratic. 43 percent said they will back whoever the GOP nominated instead of Trump.

“A majority of non-Trump supporters seems to be in favor of a brokered-convention process at this point in the campaign,” said pollster Patrick Murray.

“That would probably throw the party into turmoil, with many Trump supporters abandoning the party.”

The poll found that 54 percent of GOP voters said the party should unite behind Trump if he’s ahead in the delegate count, even if he does not meet the magic number of 1,237 delegates to ensure nomination, while 34 percent suggested that the fight continue with additional rounds of voting.

Trump supporters are loyal because they feel no one else speaks for them, wrote Y. Elchonon, author at Yated.

“Trump supporters believe that for almost 30 years the politically protected members of the Republican establishment have cut their convenient deals with their Democrat counterparts in Washington for the benefit of their well-connected friends and the moneyed special interest groups which lavishly support both parties. The elite conservatives have always sneered at the ‘poorly educated’ working class who were known as Reagan Democrats then, and who comprise the loyal army for Trump’s political revolution today,” Elchonon wrote.

Elchonon called Trump the “revenge of the working class.”

“Their interests have been abandoned by the political leaders they voted for. The rise of Donald Trump is their sweet revenge. He speaks for them when nobody else will,” Elchonon wrote. “The media and the intellectual elites on both the left and the right have thinly disguised contempt for Trump supporters …”

Trump’s “potent message, mixing populism and nationalism, is reaching across the partisan divide,” Elchonon wrote. “It has ignited the pent up anger and frustration of grass roots Americans, whose fundamental needs and desires have been ignored by their elected leaders for too long. Trump is their duly appointed messenger. In the current attempts by the left and right establishments, with the aid of the media, to kill that messenger, their cynical agenda lies exposed.”

Trump Learns of Naked Melania Photo Used in Attack Ad

Yesterday we were stunned when we learned that in order to support Ted Cruz and to "attack" Donald Trump, Liz Mair's anti-Trump Make America Awesome super PAC launched a Facebook campaign which in addition to showcasing Mitt Romney's support for Ted Cruz, emphasizing Trump's past support for pro-choice policies, it also crossed the family line when it showed a GQ modeling photo of Melania Trump posing nude.

Crossed lines aside, what surprised us most is that "showing a naked Melania Trump, a successful, multi-lingual supermodel and undoubtedly the most attractive first lady America would ever have, is not exactly an attack ad" and we wondered how badly this ad would backfire "the moment men end up seeing the ad." We will find out the moment the Utah primary results come in, even though by her admission, Mair certainly did her best to only focus on women voters.
