one day bitcoin will surely replace dollar, i have no doubts that its price will soon rocket to the sky

I don't think so, bitcoin will be more popular in future for sure but it cannot replace any major currency, and if you think it can replace dollar then that's simply not possible.

Yeah, bitcoin will always be used as a secondary currency and I don't think it can take place of dollar in future as the users of dollar are huge as compared to bitcoins.

probably true..it can be an alternative currency for the fiat/ dollar, bitcoin's value is very erratic, so it would be difficult to use it in everyday purchasing of Physical goods...

But I doubt it very much if bitcoin will replace any type of established paper currency. Still, I can not simply ignore your statement as bitcoin has all the potential to do so.

no, in my opinion no one can replace dollar.
because dollar is an "real currency", and BTC not.  Tongue Tongue
Yes I think so too. It is hard to replace dollar. Many people and companies need dollar for their daily life.
Many people dont even know what Bitcoin so it will be hard to replace dollar. Older generation doesnt even know how it works.

Nah it won't make any sense that the dollar will be replaced. It's the biggest currency in the world.
It won't just dissapear. I guess bitcoin has to compete with less big currencies first.

First of all it is very hard to replace anything that's been established for many centuries and what people have come to rely and depend on. But dollar lacks in digital world, that could give more space for bitcoin to groom.

The world’s centralized banking interests will do anything to continue to control the world’s monetary system. There’s a lot of money in it. Therefore, the prospect of bitcoin supplanting the US dollar as a global reserve currency is an altruistic, but unrealistic outcome.
Fiat banks are holding lots of money in it, Its not a easy goal to make it fast Sure It would take at least 25 years from now.

It may come but I don't think that it will be at this lifetime...businesses are still dependent on fiat and most of us are using fiat..  Smiley

This is just about the time where the old will die, and young people who use bitcoin, will take over

That will not happen so fast. I dont even think that will happen. But maybe in the future that it can be possible.
Many people doesnt even know what Bitcoin is so that is difficult to replace it. I hope also later that more people will use Bitcoin more.

Not any time soon, the currency has no real wide spread adoption yet so it needs that even before it could even be thought of as replacing the dollar.

Yes, paper money is actual money that can be felt, counted and saved in any shape and form, whereas bitcoin is digital, it is relatively new and probably needs much more time to establish itself and become the next big monetary replacement.

nothing can replace the dollar in the comming 20 or so years. if eventually there is something that will replace the dollar, then it will be from the same entity that is issuing the dollar right now. Wink

There's no way that bitcoin can replace usd and i think it will not happen even in the future.. it is not the same because bitcoins is ecurrency and usd is currency or physical money.. Usd is our main currency and its possible to replace it as bitcoin..

Yes I think its possible but it will not happen due the problems it got with the banks and the bad name it has because of all the media that is speaking bad about the bitcoin itself.
I think the bitcoin can do it but it will not happen, I think there will come another coin that will take over the dollar for sure.

Possible, sometime in future maybe but not as easy as that we think. There are too many considerations and issues as we are too dependent on fiat money. Many will be affected but as technology progress, many businesses are adapting bitcoin.

No this will not happen, the bitcoin has to many haters around the globe on this moment, the bank will never let this happen this is because of the thing they only want the system of it.
They love the block chain but hate the bitcoin because they cannot control the people with it.
