Replacing dollar is unreal, but bitcoin can become better than dollar and people will start using bitcoin soon. But it's require many time to become trusted as dollar.
Exactly people who are unused to bitcoin will take a long time to trust it, as they have more faith in dollar as a currency as they are using it since long time. No state will abandon its currency under normal conditions, therefore the replacement of the dollar until. Not only dollar but neither of any fiat currency will be replaced by bitcoin in future, fiat is the identity and representative of each country and bitcoin don't hold that high power to replace it. Let's just not talk of replacement because it will not happen even, bitcoins is a separate currency and its has his own value, if we can use both today and in the coming future the better. I absolutely agree with you that they are different things and they can coexist with mutual benefits. If we have a lot of currencies available in the market then it would be good for everybody as we have a variety to choose from base on our comfort level and the most important thing monopoly will not happen. |

of course yess  bitcoin will be 1st cryptocurrency in the world If we ask you the reason how dollar gets replaced by bitcoin, you'll be blank. As you quoted among digital currencies bitcoin might be in the lead. Also sometimes replaces all other cryptocurrencies but never the dollar. Yeah bitcoin will be king of digital currency in future but it doesn't hold that high power that it can replace any fiat currency and especially the powerful currency like dollar. I dont think that it will happen soon and that is because you also can see now that the Bitcoin is of course going to be more worth but many people still use Dollar as their payment method. It can maybe replace it after some 20 years or something but it wont happen soon that is too fast if that will happen. |

Well US controls dollar and that is their power and they will not allow anything to replace their currency. Because it is already known and used all around the world, unless the US government will adopt bitcoin. But I think, that will be long time before it happens. |

I feel It will not happen that fast. Because many people use also Dollar and that is hard to chance around this time. But that is maybe possible later in the future if the world is becoming more digital so that will be also good for Bitcoin. |

Me either, maybe bitcoin or other coins will just be treated as a second currency for usage of it. And if the government will adopt it, and will create a bill for declaring the bitcoin as replacement of dollar then it will be possible for bitcoin to replace dollars, but of course there are circumstances that needs to be considered. |

You can't compare giant stones to dollars or any currency.? that time humans were don't even know about lots of things that today we know.. bitcoin is very strong and powerful but I am also doubt that it will replace dollar in early days. It can only happen if it replaced by USA Government. if US low order that to block dollar and use bitcoin. then it can be possible. |

Bitcoin will not replace government-owned currencies. Not in the near future.
Bitcoin will be a wonderful alternative to them. Will be the payment to access the best public ledger. And it will (continue to) be an asset.
