To think the guy who started this thread had a btc price of 10-$20 back in 2011...he sure must be an elite gentleman by now !  Roll Eyes
Yes of course the first investors in 2009 and the same years will be now quite elite gentlemen. I sometime also feel very upset, why I not bough bitcoin in the early starting years. I would also be a very elite gentleman in 2017, and the years upcoming. So nothing can be said before the time. Late come, faith come is saying in my country. There is no tension at this time. Everyone eats his luck and will be happy with that.
I agree. But there are still chances we could be the elite gentlemen in the next 7-10 years.Just keep on buying even the current price is definitely high. Then hold it for long. After all,it's the profit we are really looking forward to.And yes,it will definitely 3× or 4× from the amount we invested. And that will make us soon the new elite.

Back in 2010 and 2011 (and 2012 etc) people were saying the price was too high or “definitely high” and wouldn’t last, it was a ponzu etc. Every time I hear stuff like that I remind myself that at each new high, people will repeat the same things. But that if you have patience and wait a year or two, bitcoin’s fiat price has continued  rising.

I very much hope that everything will continue to go on as well, bitcoin will grow and strengthen in the world economy, and nothing global will happen that could change the planned course of bitcoin development. Then you will be right, we will really become wealthy people.

If I had only seen this back in 2011... It makes me think that even having about 0.3BTC in 2017 will bring you pretty good wealth in 10 years.

After reading this, the scale of black market and digital economies and the effect Bitcoin will have on them I am pretty certain we are going to be very wealthy men -- even with a sum as small as 10 Bitcoins. It's just so hard to believe. We are only in the beginning storms with these significant rallies from 10 to 20 dollars. I will not be surprised to see prices from hundreds to thousands in the coming months.

The world just isn't going to be the same and we have been blessed as the pioneers.

What are you going to do with your Bitcoin wealth once your coins hit upwards of $10,000 a pop?
Man, this thread gave me goosebumps. I hope in 3 years from now, bitcoins would hit the $10,000 mark. Somehow, I want to experience life without needing a job or a boss at all. Once bitcoin hits that mark, I'll become a millionaire.
just a qurious question howmuch bitcoin you are holding right now.I have bought it when its at 5800usd i think i am preety late.
That 2011 guys bought bitcoin at 25usd ohh my god i wish i have a time mc and i go to that phase i was a 2nd year college student back then ,and all i know back then to play cricket ,i wish i have known this bitcoin back then...shit happend.

Interesting how 'anonymous' was amazed and thought BTC will hit $10,000 in months next to June 2011. I don't doubt he made money. However, I'm sure it wasn't easy with all price falls and scams. Besides, six years after his post we still have some way to $10,000. All this should make us think about our expectations..

And you were right! You are the new elite! Bitcoin value has increased a lot in the past years. I wouldn't be suprised if we hit $10000 before the end of this year. I have invested in Bitcoin a bit later than you so I haven't profited as much as you but I still managed to make enough money to start a mining farm and do trading frequently. I still believe that we will be able to make even more money.

math will show that a person who expects to be a millionaire at $10k per coin has approximately 100 coins or expects to have 100 coins by time price hits $10k.

There is a shit ton of people who either did not know about bitcoin in 2011 nor have enough information to be able to figure it out, and that is true after 6 years later with folks just becoming aware of bitcoin.

Yes, it is quite likely that bitcoin is going to experience a considerable amount of continued volatility in the coming years, so it is likely that bitcoin is not going to have a straight shot upwards in price.

However, it is also possible that any person can create an investment strategy that accounts for various scenarios while at the same time employing a buy and accumulation strategy. that minimally involves dollar cost average buying and buying on dips.

1) Self-Custody is a right.  There is no such thing as "non-custodial" or "un-hosted."  2) ESG, KYC & AML are attack-vectors on Bitcoin to be avoided or minimized.  3) How much alt (shit)coin diversification is necessary? if you are into Bitcoin, then 0%......if you cannot control your gambling, then perhaps limit your alt(shit)coin exposure to less than 10% of your bitcoin size...Put BTC here: bc1q49wt0ddnj07wzzp6z7affw9ven7fztyhevqu9k

Of course such suggestion(s) bear a lot of repeating because there seem to be a lot of people who just do not seem to get it.

There a lot of people who think that they gotta play balls to the walls kind of investing and then they end up investing more than they can afford (and they do not have sufficient cash flow and they get emotional and nervous) and then they end up buying high and selling low (the exact opposite of what they are supposed to do) because they panic... .. so frequently it is good to emphasize proper thinking and proper strategy.. whether for newbies or for other people who may not have considered such fundamental investment strategies.

bitcoin is yeas easy to earn of you will join signature campaigns.

I remember 7 years ago when faucets used to give out 1 BTC, which is now worth $5000+. Who knows, the BTC you earn from a single shit post might be also worth $5000 in 2025. Better not convert it to fiat!

That is great, i didn't know that. I hope that back in time that the faucets that i used are giving 1 bitcoin and i hope that even there is no faucet that is giving 1 bitcoin. I still want to reach more than 1 bitcoin in holdings and i know that it is not easy just like before but i believe in trading that bitcoin and altcoins will be more volatile so i can make more bitcoin.

You are here in a bitcoin thread, pumping ethereum,  and trying to act like either ethereum is the same thing as bitcoin or bitcoin 2.0?    Why do you need to come here for that?  Why don't you go talk about all the wonders of various alts in some other thread?

Thats what wealth is a good example man but now as we are living in the era or in the time where in the wealth is measure on how rich you how big is your house how much money do you own or do you have that how people think wealth is and lets just say we see wealth is like that but for some people that simple as you we see wealth in a very different.
