Zion Williamson in an interview today said that, "I haven't felt like this since college."
Could this be the year he stays healthy and breaks out into one of the best players in the league? I sure hope so because he could’ve been one of the greatest ever, but so far has been a disappointment.
In six NBA seasons, 70 games is his limit in a single regular season. At the same time, it should be noted that he averages only 35 games per season. So, in principle, it doesn't matter how he feels before the start of the season, because knowing that Zion is extremely prone to injury, he could get injured literally on the spot in the very first game.

Maybe they need to finish this coming season before they move, harden and Leonard should be traded and start the rebuilding process no matter what the result is, throw some trade for a upcoming star, but the question is could other team offer for this players, I'm not sure how many years left on their contract, but getting them out, should open a cap space for pre-agent stars on the market.
That's a wise decision to make to start rebuilding, trading both Kawhi and Harden will give them a lots of space and can be use to offer a known superstar to start their new campaign, better to it now while both still have value, though similar to what you mentioned, it's a question now who's team are willing to take the risk and take or acquired these two past primes superstars.

A painful truth, A very good player is ruin again with an injury, not just once but it is a yearly injury for him. We never saw the full potential of this man as he laways on the bench and nursing his injury. I wish that this coming season, he can play the full 82 games and shocase his talent to everyone.,

He probably said that because there's too much bad reputation that is being said by many NBA analysts. Although he still has 2 more years with the Pelicans, I think it is also the fans that is getting impatient with him. I cannot really see the changes in the weight loss that is now part of his contract, and he only played 30 games last season. That's going to make some people mad, especially the fans who want to see him play every time they watch home games. Anyway, I am still hoping he will show why he is the number 1 pick. Maybe what he says is true. The games and stats will tell in the upcoming season. Fingers-crossed on injuries.

Its like he need to chase something because he's threaten to get traded out of their team. But Pelicans concern is really valid since they are paying huge money for him and yet they cannot used them because Zion is so fragile. To bad that he didn't reach his full potential since his injuries stop him to do that. Maybe he make this situation as motivation so that he can do more better since Zion is really a good player when he's healthy.

Kawhi situation will be a big one. Because it will show some example for it, I am sure this has happened before but I know that it hasn't happened in a long time. Or even if it has happened, it wasn't one that got so out to everyone, and stayed hidden.
I always believed Lebron did get something under the table in name of Hollywood of course, but not this one. So whatever punishment Clippers and Kawhi gets, it could be very good example for the future and teams may try to attempt some stuff like this or not based on what is the punishment. If it's too little then they could do this, and if it's big then they may just avoid doing something like this. So the punishment for both has to be huge in order to prevent it happening again.

They are now facing serious issue and once they would find out that they made a huge mistakes from the past deals they made this could affect Clippers badly and maybe automatically they would enter on a rebuilding phase.
So before anything bad happen maybe its time for them to decide to trade Kawhi on other team so that at least they can get an exchange if something bad happen.
Hard to achieve what OKC get and they need to get a good scouts for that to happen so that they can really use well all of their future picks.
Yeah right, better to make that hard decision while Kawhi still have that decent value, and similar to what you mentioned OKC waits long time before they manage to win a title, that's a long time rebuilding process which they managed to earn decent young stars who really help them to accomplished what other teams and stars wanted to have in thier resume. Let see if what Clippers will do now that they are in the middle of investigation and the chance might be affected for them being competitive this upcoming season. It's not even a hard decision the way I see it, the owner and Kawhi or even some players relationship might have been cracked already with the allegations on Leonard and then the owner admitted in a interview that he felt that he is the victim here and been scammed by Kawhi himself. And the owner has the total control, so after the investigation, it's not hard to predict that he might want to part ways with Leonard and could make a trade. Even if they got the short end of the deal, Steve Ballmer might just want to get rid of Leonard because of what had happened. So there could be a rebuilding phase already in the upcoming season to the next. They might just be delaying everything on their end specially on Kawhi. For Harden, yeah maybe they can start rebuilding around him. But I think they will have to let go of Kawhi and get some players for a trade or a future pick. We've said that there are teams that might still interested on Kawhi despite the issues. But the contract might not be that long, maybe a two year to see how it goes. As what we have said, he is prone to injury already and his prime years might be slipping. And if the Harden rebuilding was a failure then reset everything.

they should rebuild, paul era did not make it to the finals, leonard and harden era fail, i thought at first they are going to the finals after few tries but yea turns out its the other way around, but they should need to start tanking after releasing those players, or they would need to wait for a long time until they have a new player that can carry the team, or spend another millions for a free-agent player.

They always get their star player already on the injury phase right after their prime era which is way they never make a good roster that is healthy until the finals. There’s always someone that will be injured and break their teamwork since their team is always reliant to star players that is injury prone. I believe it’s time for them to rebuild using young players and stop paying huge amount to injury probe players.

But it's all the same result, they can't even get to the playoff or even if they got there, they just fell on the first round. That's why many fans are still laughing at this team, specially from the Lakers as they say that they are the only team from Los Angeles. Rebuild from ground up, get young players in the draft or trade their players now for future draft picks.

There were respective punishments already placed on Ballmer and Kawhi. They're going to pay for that but it seems good already because Kawhi is looking for another team. And regards to how heavy the punishments were for both of them, here they are: - A fine of up to $7.5 million.
- A suspension of up to one year for any team personnel found to be willfully engaged in the violation.
- Contracts or transactions that violate league rules can be voided.
- The forfeiture of draft picks.
And Kawhi's contract was already voided with the LA Clippers. That's why many fans are still laughing at this team, specially from the Lakers as they say that they are the only team from Los Angeles.
It's just a chant from both LA people and a banter that people shouldn't get serious with.

He bought the team, poured in the money, and wanted to win. He attends the games and is always fired up. He's a great owner. I think he probably surrounded himself with businessmen who were going to make sure that his investment performed by any means (a glimpse into Microsoft) which resulted in back alley deals that got them in some hot water. I doubt Steve Ballmer did anything against the rules though. He has no reason to. He's successful and enjoys the games. He wouldn't risk his reputation on bad basketball management.

But they almost beat the Nuggets last season. They forced a Game 7, which nobody really expected. They also have a solid rebounder in Zubac. What they really need is for Harden to be consistent in the playoffs, but he’s not, and that’s what he’s known for. Plus, the West is stacked, OKC, Warriors, Wolves, Nuggets, and it’s going to be even tougher next season. Rebuilding takes time; it’s trial and error, and chemistry is another big factor they need to figure out.

Bad news for Russell Westbrook. The only team that was expressing interest in giving him a contract above the league minimum was the Sacramento Kings. Now they have signed Terence Davis to their final roster spot, seemingly leaving Russell out of the NBA. Sure, they may cut a player and probably will, but I don't think they'll be interested in giving Russ his paycheck unless they outperform early in the season and see themselves as possibly having a chance for a playoff run. We'll see... I'd hate to see Russ get forced into early retirement.

I am seeing that one day that the Lakers will have to do this trade.
It's true that AR's value has gone up as well and playing with Lebron, he has taught a lot and learned from that.
Improved a lot and so, if they're going to make assets from this roster. Luka will be the first one on their roster and will have to trade others for added value and help for reaching a title.
But for me I think Lakers don't need to trade AR, they already prove that he can blend well together with their stars. Lakers should find good solution to create good chemistry with their current roster now since they already have solid players on their team. This is projected starting line up of Lakers. PG Doncic SG AR SF LBJ PF Rui C Ayton Maybe what they need is build a solid second unit since it seems that this is where they might get a problem especially if their stars will rest or worst will get injured. You're right, they need to make a good second unit and that's what the other teams are good with. But time will come when AR is no longer that valuable to them or asks for more, he'll step down as a Laker and will find another team that will match his asking.

That would really be a drastic downfall for a former MVP and record setter with triple double. Amazing how it can go sometimes. Sure, his best days are over but he can still ball for sure, also not he is less of a stat patter which makes him an even bigger asset to teams that want some help on PG position and/or off the bench.

The worry with AR is that he won’t be as good on another team. Think Jordan Poole after the Warriors. Larry Bird I believe it was famously said he wouldn’t sign players after they were on LeBron’s team because LeBron makes everyone else better than they are. This could be the case with AR. If so, the Lakers need to trade him this year because once LeBron goes, AR may lose his trade value.

Poole still good when he has been separated on Warriors, but he's ego hits him hard that's why he commit lots of mistake. He push his self to much and try to portray that he's like a Stephen Curry type player. But for AR? Well everything is questionable but I believe he can deliver. He already show some impressive performance when he's with Lebron and Luka. Maybe he would get more chance to provide more numbers especially if he go on the team on which there are less dominant player or he became the second option on scoring. He's also young and provably won't decline that easily.
