Version 1.3 now available! Mandatory Upgrade! The protocol upgrade looks to be a success! Please upgrade at your earliest convenience and do not attempt at moving any EGC until you have done so and verified you are on the correct blockchain. Do not move any EGC to or from an exchange until you see an announcement that the exchange has upgraded and has been verified. Once again awesome work to all who were involved and thanks for a nice smooth forking...  Recompiled and running all updated nodes here and mining has recommenced... Lets hope the exchanges make a nice smooth upgrade as well in a timely fashion. |

These old wallets still might appear to be working as they will find other pre-version 1.3 wallets and sync with them. But they are not on the correct blockchain. Only version 1.3 wallets are on the correct blockchain. Older wallets can not communicate with the correct blockchain and have been locked out. Any EverGreenCoin wallet, besides the new version 1.3, is useless as of a few hours ago. Everyone must upgrade to version 1.3 if they wish to send or receive on the correct blockchain. |

I have notified Richie that the new wallet is available. I have yet to see a response or indication he has started on it but he usually is very quick. Considering he did know beforehand that this was coming, I would expect a turnaround within a day or 2. That is just an approximation and I can not speak for Richie or Bittrex. I will notify the community the instant I know more. |

Many thanks to everyone that has upgraded so fast. I am already seeing 35 v1.3 wallets connected to one of the seednodes. Of course, ONLY v1.3 wallets can connect now. Great to see so many acted so quickly. I greatly appreciate that. p.s. you're welcome faucet goers. Small 'new version' surprise for you. |
