I have sent many emails to support@bitinstant.ladesk.com...as well as phone calls...leaving messages. The only response I got was; Hello Bam, We'll be sending you a new Gox coupon via email shortly. Thanks for your patience. --- Sincerely, Rachel That was 4 days ago. The only reason I was able to locate this forum was because I have been keeping MtGox updated on this situation and they told me about this site.

Please help.
I made a purchase on Saturday (Dwolla to email), but have not received my order, and have received no response from your support.
My order status says it passed Dwolla verification, then says MTGox order loading, but has not updated since. I have sent three emails and chats (Saturday, Sunday, and this morning) including my order ID and the problem.

Sorry. You were on my original ticket escalation list so I had submitted a ticket for you in the past. However, I will put you on today's support list so I can offer you more detailed updates. P.S. I've used your service previously, and it worked flawlessly. However, I made a cash deposit on Saturday evening, and have yet to hear anything. I've called and emailed multiple times, but have not received any replies. The Order ID is 1196a228-be1c-46fe-92b6-d4556bf7e95d. Please respond as son as possible. For some reason my Dwolla verification goes through, and then the verification is attempted (illogically) a second time, so the order is marked as failed. 1. No, a ticket has not been opened for me previously and I am not on any support lists that I know of. 2. No, there have been no deposits made into my MtGox account as a result of this order, and I have not received any MtGox USD codes to redeem.

I'm sorry...if you haven't noticed, we are very busy. Organizing your support requests is a job in itself. 1 post with all info is very helpful.
