Never mind URSAY, the coins and money went through so my problem is resolved. It just took a little longer than expected. Still love using Bitinstant!

Hey, I am new to this thread but also having issues with bitinstant today...
Tried to send money from dwolla.com to my online wallet. The money was taken out of my dwolla account but I got "Dwolla failed verification - unable to locate" on bitinstant's site.
What do I need to do/what do I need to post in order to resolve this issue?

I made 2 transfers to bitstamp about 2 days ago and haven't received not only the money to my bitstamp account, but any replies to emails or tickets made. reference numbers 47406279 and 73239276 to accounts 146065032 and 304863772 respectively.
Can you tell me what these #s are? Any # you supply should have a label as to what it is. Thanks! They're the moneygram reference numbers and zipzap account numbers.. Which is which? Can you label them properly for me? That would be of great help! Thanks! I don't know how I can label them any better, I said which was reference and account, respectively... Perhaps this isn't the proper thread for this, but I am a newbie to BitInstant and I have a question...
Suppose I want to help a friend obtain $500 worth of bitcoins. After creating the order, with the ZipZap fee, the amount to pay is shown as $503.95
How much bitcoin can I/we get for the $500 order amount? - What is the current cost of a BitInstant bitcoin? (I am assuming that the BitInstant price would be slightly higher than the MtGox current price, but I would like to know how much)

price of 1 bitcoin is about 189 +/- so divide 503 by 189 and it should come out to around 2.66 (give or take a couple of numbers after the decimal)

Sorry, I don't think I'm explaining this well enough. When I created the order on BitInstant the option I chose was Cash Deposit to MtGox (on accident) when I was trying to choose Cash Deposit to Bitcoin Address. So instead of puting a MtGox account number in the box, I typed my bitcoin address that is not associated with MtGox. If this was the case then the deposit would fail without the correct info and the system may try and spit you out a GOX code. Have you checked for a confirmation email with a GOX code? |

Hi I am new to bitcoins but have made a handful of deposits before. I made a small moneygram cash deposit for just over $100 yesterday to a new wallet created on blockchain.info. I received a email saying it was done at 9pm last night....
The problem is that they deposited the money/coins in a different wallet! I contacted bitinstant and they said they cannot help me. I have also contacted blockchain via email but have not heard back from them...
I have the wallet address that the coins went to but cant access the money as it is not my wallet. What can I do to get my coins in MY WALLET. Please can someone help me?
