I did receive the CURRENT price for BTC on Mt.Gox weighted average. ~189/BTC.

However, my Quote and deposit were made on 4/7 at 4:45PM, at a weighted average of ~165/BTC.

I would like to start a ticket to make up for the difference in BTC, as per Charlie's statement that quotes are always honored at that price.

By my calculations, the deposit was short by .16 BTC.

I sent USD from a Mt Gox coupon to my paypal account 2 days ago and haven't yet received the funds.

Anyone that used zipzap and gave me their zipzap #s...

I am about to resend your orders thru manually.  I find this can resolve the issue in some cases.  However, not all cases are resolved in this way and I will need to forward zipzap issue with further problems up the chain.  I will post a list of people that have been pushed thru manually in a moment.

UPDATE: MY 4/8 ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED. I HAVE RECEIVED FUNDS INTO MY MTGOX ACCOUNT. THANK YOU URSAY FOR THE AMAZING CUSTOMER SUPPORT, YOU SIR ARE A GREAT MAN. Smiley

Now I would like to open up a new ticket regarding the price when I deposited my bitcoins. I did the deposit around 5:30 Central Time at CVS. The price of bitcoin at that point was somewhere around 150 - 160. I put in 480 (after fees for everyone). The current market price is 193. That is a total of 2.48 bitcoins.

At 155 (estimated cost at time of deposit), it would be a total of 3.1 bitcoins. This means that I am missing about .6 bitcoins. Here is an address where these can be deposited:

Unfortunately it's difficult for me to open a ticket on a problem that does not yet exist.

I deposited $$$ to GOX this morning thru Moneygram.  I actually had 2 deposits.  Moneygram was only able to process 1 but BitInstant worked just fine!  Cheesy

Unfortunately it's difficult for me to open a ticket on a problem that does not yet exist.

I am not sure how to tell? I have 2 ZipZap account numbers that have successfully been transferred but have only received the corresponding order ID for one of them.
I also lack the knowledge to tell which Zipzap goes with the Order ID I did receive, that's where I hoped you could help due to you asking for either Account numbers from Zipzap or Order ID numbers? If I am incorrect in my conclusion, please advise.

On the bottom of your order receipt there should be a code something like MTGOX-XXXXX-XXXXX or something. This is your mtgox coupon code. enter that into the funding option on mtgox. You should receive your money!

  I spent nearly $160 to using zipzap and bitinstant in ordder to purchase bitcoins for my blockchain.info address. I complete the purchase at around 5:30pm est and it is now 1:34am est the next day! This is really troubling considering I need the coins asap. Normally i do not have a problem. Just like other people i received a confirmation from zipzap saying my order was completed successfully but did not receive one from bitinstant. If i can (considering this is only my 2nd post) I will be Pming the ceo right after this post.

If you do not provide any details about your order then we are unable to look it up in our systems and help you!  Sad


I summited my information via pm and support ticket. The support tickets say resolved but yet my issues has not been resolved and no feedback was given on them.. Why is this?

Got my money finally. INSTEAD of the refund i was asking, they still sent it and took the fee %. No profits in issuing a refund i guess.

I thought that you got that information in an email. When I first used bitinstant, that was the mistake that I made, so I figured it was a similar solution. This doesn't apply to you. I wish it would have been this easy Smiley URSAY will take care of you as long as you are kind and just be patient. They are getting to everyone as quickly as they can.
