Well, that must have happened when it was inadvertently posted in public (which has been a known issue with this case from day one). This is the first indication I've gotten that the code may have in fact worked originally.

I understand it takes time to figure out what happened with the intial code, etc., but I would really appreciate a new code that works while you do whatever you have to do on the back end. I've already missed the opportunity to sell my BTC at a very high price, and I am also now missing a low BTC price. Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

I was buying a plasma tv on bitcoinstore.  sucks, i never had problems with your company in the past, and the day i invest in a fairly large sum on btc, i have problems.  My information isn't even showing on blockchain.info, but it's shows complete via zipzap and bitinstant.

i heard this was the forum in which i can speak to god personally.. Please help me out good sir.

Lost Money

Hi! Almost 24 hours ago I tried using BitInstant to fund my Mt. Gox account. Some of the transactions eventually showed up in my Mt. Gox, but there is one that still hasn't, and it's worrying me to death. $503.95 of my money has disappeared after successfully getting through ZipZap. The money was never deposited into Mt.Gox.

I lost the order number, but I know that it's one of these three ZipZap transactions ($503.95 each):
893711812, 899646723, or 224400564

Could you kindly give me the status of my support ticket (4/9)? When can I expect the money to be deposited into my account? Your response is much appreciated.

Have you been able to figure out which 3 of the transactions that you actually have the issue with?

URSAY, I don't believe that's possible at this point. All I have are the 3 ZipZap account numbers for three transactions of the same amount, and all three transactions were successfully processed. So BitInstant got all my money, but I only got two deposits in my Mt. Gox account and the account history doesn't give any details other than 'Transfer from bitinstant: BitInstant transfer', so I have no way of knowing which of the two made it, and which one didn't. Hopefully I was able to explain that properly.

Because I lost the Order Ids (my computer crashed and BitInstant doesn't send e-mails with Order Ids), I only have the ZipZap account numbers. If your team could look up the account numbers and see which ones were pushed through, you could manually push the one through that didn't make it.

Could you please 'escalate' my issue? It's been a week. Thanks for your help with this!

I understand and I realize you have no direct power over this, but it is not acceptable for BitInstant's processes to not provide for a solution such as this, as opposed to just keeping me in limbo when what you are doing on your back end will not effect me either way -- I am owed 480 dollars -- which you have assured me BitInstant will honor given this EXACT situation -- regardless of whatever else happens with your investigation. Thank you and I appreciate your help with this.

I would agree that this is not completely acceptable but I would like to assure you that we are doing our best to clean up all support issues.  We hope to have ALL support reps on the same software solution sometime this week which will help clean up some of the unresolved issues and better organize ALL issues so we can communicate with you better.

Since there is nothing in my GOX account that says which ZipZap went thru.

It could be that
ZipZap - 920-446-697 - OrderID: 19274754-2e2f-4a74-8cbe-64fc139f698a was the bad one. Or that I have the order ID backwards with the ZipZap Accounts.

Realistically I can't provide any ETAs but we are working very hard to catch up with customer issues.  We hope to finally have ALL CS reps on the same support software sometime THIS week which should help speed things up.

It could be that
ZipZap - 920-446-697 - OrderID: 19274754-2e2f-4a74-8cbe-64fc139f698a was the bad one. Or that I have the order ID backwards with the ZipZap Accounts.

The emails I received when the orders were processed did not pair the ZipZap Account number with the Order ID from BitInstant.
So the only thing I can think at this point is that either
ZipZap 920-446-697  - OrderID: 19274754-2e2f-4a74-8cbe-64fc139f698a
Is the order that did not go thru, or I have the incorrect ZipZap Account number with the incorrect OrderID
So that would flip the order IDs with the ZipZap Account Numbers.
