I'm on the 4/8 list and have been trying to stay patient. I haven't received any emails or pm's and didn't contact bitinstant through their support page, so I'm just wondering if my issue is with level 2 support or something? There's my Mt. Gox account since i never provided that before. Thanks!

Hey, I made three orders to transfer to my mt gox account. Only three went through. I made a mistake when sending funds and misspelled my email. I also neglected to save the quote ID etc. I DO have the receipt from wiring the money. including reference I.D. account number etc.
Providing any info is helpful. Also logging your issue at bitinstant.com/contact will make sure that you are in our support queue. Alright. I realized that when you requested for my account number I was advised on the webpage that I need to use a exchange number that they have or my username but I used the cash deposit to mt.gox and realized while I was on my account today that you may of gotten my incorrect account number. Did you guys need my full account number if you did are you able to change the Mt.Gox account that I advised. I know it was my screw up and would be awesome if you could help

Please help me. I just deposited all my money to wal-mart doing a moneygram to my bitinstant email and I sent it to the wrong email... The email I meant to send it to was just made today, and instead of it having .com (domain) at the end like most emails, it has .fr (france) and I wasn't aware of that. So I sent it to a non-existant .com email instead of my .fr email.
I sent a message via the contact us tab on the bitinstant website, but I am worried of how long a response will take, and I really need to get this solved TODAY. Please and a future thanks

I made a typo when entering it, I said to send 80.375 when the mtgox coupon was for 80.3745 it's such a delay for 1/2 of a cent.

Did you not receive an automated response which states that your issue is logged and we are working on a solution? Have you checked your spam folder? Yes, 6 days now. and yes I checked my spam folder. If you try and log the issue again the system should tell you if it is indeed already logged so you can be confident it's in our queue. I am confident that it is in your queue, I have checked a few times already. It being in your queue does me no good, I need this issue resolved, it has been 12 days since I used your service and 6 days since I opened the ticket. This is just unacceptable. I have been contacted by a member asking to join a class action law suit and will be seriously considering it if my problem is not solved within the next 24 hours. EDIT: I am seeing refunds get done fairly quickly, so that is fine as well.

Usually my bitcoins appear within a few hours. My girlfriend and I each submitted 2 orders yesterday and they have not shown up yet. Please help. This is $1800 worth...I did log through the contact page
