just out of curiosity... may i ask what kind of order you placed?... i dont work for bitinstantm im just a bit shocked it would take to so long to resolve and was curious to see what type of order u placed. I just placed the order from BTC-E code to Bitcoin Address. Its pretty simple to resolve, but Bitinstant is taking forever!! EDIT: You can see that second order says "BTC-E coupon deposited at BitInstant account" at the end of event log. Both of these orders executed and were sent to coinapult, please email ira@coinapult.com and if you don't get a response today then PM me here and i'll grab hold of him for you. He is not replying past *9* days!! Some CS rep transferred my support ticket to him 9 days ago, there was no response. About 3 days ago, another (or maybe same) CS rep transferred my new support ticket (wufoo one) to him AGAIN! And from that time, I HAVE NO RESPONSE! I am just: Waiting.....Waiting.....Waiting.....Waiting.......Waiting.........Waiting...... ..Waiting........Waiting.......Waiting.........

It used to be within the hour or less. Now they promise you within 24 hours but if you look at the past 300+ pages in this forum alone there are many unhappy customers lately over the past 21 or so days. I got lucky my issue was on day 1 and i found my way here quickly and i got resolution (4+ days). There are many going on 1-3 weeks with no resolution. I would question my sanity if i used their services again.

The past 24 hours we've been handling the vast majority of orders within 2 hours due to some recent improvements. and what of my order? its been way over 2 hours... its been about 4 days now... and when i did recieve BTC's... it was at a price far higher then when i orginaly paid for it... resulting in much less btc... im still missing almost half my order, i got about .75... i should have goten about 1.4 i was charged fees... nothing was given to compensate for my losses... i dont know what is going on with bitinstant right now... in the past, i couldent get home from walmart fast enough and my bitcoins used to be there already... now it seems like i have to climb a huge hill to complete a transaction that used to be quick and easy.

available info: Zipzap amount $503.95, Zipzap acct #577710585. bitinstant to mtgox account #M84316594X. I used the wrong email! i used dakmed@yahoo.com, but it should have been dakmed@ymail.com. And to make things even worse, mtgox says the funds were rejected because i sent them to the "m and x" account number M84316594X, but they should have been sent to 316594 or cptblack. I have already made a detailed post at bitinstant.com/support. Im afraid my funds are lost, and i have little more information to give. I dont even have the event or quote id because i used the wrong email. Your funds are not lost. You must have gotten caught up in that while mess when they had announced the new MX numbers but not yet fully moved to that new system. You should see resolution shortly as long as you logged your issue thru bitinstant.com/contact I'm assuming you included your zipzap acct. # in that ticket submission? Yes my most recent submission to bitinstant.com/contact included that info and pretty much everything seen here. edit: its only been 1 week, i did the order on 4/10, reference code 37197841 I gave your order a manual push. I'm not sure that is the solution that will solve your issue but if you do not see results from this then level 2 support will be able to help. Thanks for your patience! I don't mean to pester but now that it has been 3 days since this conversation, is there anything you can do now? I still haven't received the funds.

I submitted a ticket on April 11th and I still haven't heard back from your support staff. What gives, ursay, I thought I just had to be patient?
April 2nd Funds sent (after both fees): $303.39 USD Received: $267 USD Missing: $36
April 10th Funds sent (after both fees): $302.43 USD Received: $164 USD(!!!!) Missing: ~$138 You charged me $214 for coins that were trading at $116. I remember checking bitcoinity directly after placing the order on bitinstant. It was not $214 then and it wasn't $214 when I paid through moneygram. You straight up stole half of my money in this instance.
April 12th Funds sent (after both fees): $451.27 USD Received: $361 USD Missing: ~$90 Bitcoins were trading for $105 when I paid for this order, you charged me a rate of $128 per coin. This was the only order that mattered, you guys really fucked me on that one.

Technical issues getting our system to import statements from dwolla - this happens every now and then due to dwolla changing things around without telling us. If you've got an outstanding dwolla order then let support or myself know and give your QuoteID and the dwolla transaction ID and it can be sorted. I should also inform everyone that as of 2 hours ago we're experiencing some latency talking to mtgox which is causing delays - orders from earlier today seem to have been processing smoothly but new orders are running on a delay due to the latency.
