Hi,
I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the site. I'll try my best to address the points that you've made.
Every game on our site is provably fair. It's simply not possible for us to cheat on the shuffle. We are not able to manipulate the shuffle to create whatever patterns you happen to be noticing. If there is an error in our provably fair code, then please let us know. If not, then we must acknowledge that each game is 100% random.
We disabled chat because many users were abusing it. Users were posting links to malicious sites. Many users were also harassing others and constantly begging for free coins. It seemed to us that the negative aspects far outweighed the positive, so we disabled it. If you need to speak to someone here, you can always send an email to
admin@bitcoinvideocasino.com.
Some users have asked us to see all of their games played. We then send a CSV file with all games played by the user. You are then free to open the file in Excel or use whatever programming language you'd like to use. We certainly don't require that you use Python to open the file. We send all games played in the most basic file format possible -- I'm not sure what else you are expecting from us in this regard.
Finally, we disabled the stat display because it was thrashing the database when viewing some users. Some queries were taking many seconds to complete, which was causing all games played to slow down to a crawl. Rather than slow down all users, we disabled the stats display, which admittedly is not great. I think the correct solution for this would be to update all user stats in the background and then cache the results, although then the results wouldn't quite be up-to-date, which might confuse users.
We are 100% accountable to our users. We have been up for over three years now, and we have no intention of cheating our users in any way. It simply doesn't make any sense for us to risk getting caught being dishonest. We keep users happy by running a fun and honest site, and that seems to work pretty well!
Until the site offers proper play auditing, they're no different than any other "We're fair!" casino. All claim with no true proof. They make their bank off their API. Congrats Bot 2e3ee3f1! Another bonus paid out!
Site has a stats link...doesn't work. Chat...doesn't work....history only shows last 20 hands. Any more, you have to email and get a partial history that you have to learn python to decode. Doesn't include your bet size or whether you double down or split. Impossible to track true play via their own stats.
So you're left to track them yourself.
My own tracking noticed odd patterns. Not patterns over 50 hands. Patterns over 25,000 hands.
This is before Halloween. So maybe suddenly this place turned over a new leaf and became fair.
Dealer shows an ace. Probability 31% they have a face (blackjack). Yet over the last 70 times I took insurance, dealer had blackjack 11 times (15.7%). Over the last 70 times I didn't take insurance, 41 times (59%). Small sample I guess.
How about splitting against a 3. Dealer busts 37% of the time statistically right?
Non splitting...dealer shows 3. last 50 times. Dealer busts 19 times (almost exactly 37%)
Splitting hands against a 3. Last 50 times. Dealer busts 4 times.
This is how these sites can claim to be fair without any true accountability. They don't offer a true audit. They make it near impossible to get even a proper hand history. There's no bet history. They're accountable to no-one.
