By the way I also agree about lowering BTC limits for the games here.

Back when one bitcoin was worth about $300 bucks, playing for 0.0001 per spin or blackjack hand etc was equal to three cents whereas nowadays with one bitcoin north of $1200 we're playing 12 cents a throw, at minimum 0.0001  Shocked

Twelve cents a hand for video blackjack is already HALF of the price of these kind of video poker or blackjack games in a real-world brick and mortar casino!

The cheapest those games run around where I live is 25 cents minimum (yes, I know there's still nickel games in Vegas, especially at some of the seedier joints downtown like the good ol' El Cortez, LOL,  but unfortunately I don't get out to Nevada anymore, as much as I'd like to).

Anyway, an internet-only bitcoin gambling website that's charging half-price of what a billion-dollar real-world mega-corporation charges, for essentially the SAME GAME, is pretty steep!!!

Enabling just one more decimal place "downwards" to set the games as minimum 0.00001 -- or about a penny now -- would be ideal...!  Wink

Had an issue with the site tonight - sent an email in.   Thanks

Hey Jonas...

Was your issue this same one that I wrote about, above...?

Hi again guys...

Hey can you please post an announcement or something HERE when the recent withdraw-crash bug is resolved there?

Once again I really appreciate the good customer service in replying to these issues when they happen BUT I've now been bitten by this bug three times and I kinda don't want to risk playing on BVC again until you can assure me it's not going to happen any more.

Hopefully you guys can understand that even with Jon re-sending the bitcoin that's caught in limbo fairly fast (couple hours usually) it's still very stressful to us loyal long-time BVC customers, to have to WAIT, when we're used to getting *instant* deposit and withdraw results.

I've been WAITING to hear something from the BVC guys as SOON as this is resolved... not really wanting to play any more lately on BVC until this is fixed !!!

It's really annoying having the withdraw crash/delay.

Until it's fixed for sure I'm personally only playing over on the bitcoin.com site "games" section (same software these guys here sold to Roger Ver apparently, runs about the same and I'd assume just as trustworthy site operator... knock on wood? LOL)

Sorry I didn't reply on this issue sooner.
Last week we switched the entire site over to a brand new server and this problem should now be completely solved.
Please feel free to play again with confidence that your withdrawals will be processed instantly, just as usual.

We will see what we can do on this issue next month.  For now we are busy with a number of other improvements.
If you want to play a lower stake game for now, I would recommend giving our Dash version a try:

FYI the "game stats" link has been non-functional for ages.  I think they disabled it around the same time as the user-chatbox functionality was also turned off (maybe for same reason, something was going on with people spamming or asking for donations or something... I don't remember what it was exactly).

Anyway, yeah, for newcomers it'd probably be better if they just took that link OFF the page entirely.  Doesn't look good to have links that simply do nothing.

And, OMG... srsly...?  DASH??  R U frikkin' kidding me?  Shocked

Dash is a total scam coin and despite the epic PUMP it's been getting lately, IMHO it is due for a massive, epic, history-making DUMP very very soon.

It is seriously irresponsible to encourage *anyone* right now to buy Dash to gamble with... LOL I am a gambler (presence here on this site proof of that) but I wouldn't touch that shite with my worst enemy's dick, not by a long shot.

A single plunger bet on even one number roulette would probably be a safer bet right now LOL

To get Jackpot you must draw royal flush on max coins bet and on blackjack you must roll three diamond 7 to win jackpot.

Um... LOL wut?  "POSITIVE you know who this is" Jason are you referring to yourself, or Jonas or ME?  "know WHO is"...? WTF

Whatever's the problem, I'm sure if you just spell it out the BVC guys will be here to help.

P.S. {Edit} but, yeah, okay I agree that BVC support being only here and by email is kind of shitty: Roger/Gary/Tom etc why don't you guys re-implement a live always online support chat box again?

Having a customer service rep *always* right there to answer questions and help with these kind of problems really couldn't be that hard to handle, could it?  I know you can even get the chat pings on your smartphone these days: you wouldn't even need to be tied to a keyboard and could help customers from anywhere you happen to be with just an app in your pocket...

That is a great suggestion.
We will see about reinstating that again soon.
For now, feel free to email admin@bitcoinvideocasino.com any time.
We have someone staffing it at most hours of the day.

In other news,  we have some improvements coming to our Android app soon.
If you haven't already,  give it a try: https://bitcoinvideocasino.com/android

Thanks for the kind words!
The Dash version is up and working well. We should have the Android app for it out this week too.
The next versions we are about to add are
Zcash, Zcoin, Litecoin, and maybe Dogecoin.
It likely will be in that order as well.

All of those are super easy for us to add because they are all based off of Bitcoin.

After that, we will see about adding Ethereum and Monero,  but those will be a bit more work for us to add and will take some more time.  Thanks for the support,  and be sure to tell your friends using our affiliate program!

I think it's important to warn users when someone encounters a bad casino site.

Just as important, when a site treats users right, it needs to be said.

Lately I've been dealing with Gary (and to a lesser extent, Roger)

Fast, personal responses.  A confusing issue was resolved by them quickly.  Gary kept me in the loop the whole time.

Absolutely there are other sites that offer more games etc.  But if you want to bang out a few hands of video poker, blackjack, or play some roulette and then (hopefully) cash out -- there's no other site like it.

I have no signature campaign link, and these guys paid me nothing to say this.   Of course everyone (myself included) has gotten frustrated with variance (once lost 22 of 24 hands in bj) - but that's a caveat emptor situation with gambling.

Zero risk playing here.   Thanks for the great service guys.

Actually my opinion is that the games.bitcoin.com design looks like a much better version than the actual bitcoin video casino design, lol. You guys sold the script to them if I remember correctly, right?

You should probably switch to something like that, it's more aesthetically pleasing that way, at least imo haha.

You'd be surprised how many people enjoy playing on the classic style of Bitcoin Video Casino rather than the somewhat flashier layout that the guys over there have implemented using our codebase!! I guess you could say that we cater more towards Vegas enthusiasts who want a taste of old Vegas, but with the modern day advantages that Bitcoin offers! Cool

Appreciate the 2 satoshis in any event, it's always good to hear feedback and suggestions! Wink

I much prefer the retro theme. It's what makes the site great
